My daughter started at this nursery in October. I was obviously worried because it is my first daughter & her first time at nursery but those worries quickly disappeared. The staff are lovely, attentive to the children & they provide updates/photos every day which I love. They are always available to speak to if you're worried about your child, you just need to pick the phone up & they will help. I have noticed my daughter is growing in confidence & her appetite has increased & I would definitely credit this to the nursery & staff. In short, I would 100% recommend this nursery

Well done on speedy enrolment (after our previous son's nursery was shut down by Ofsted) and helping our son settle in quickly and smoothly. He loves the nursery and the staff and we're happy to see him enjoy his time there

I'm really happy with my daughter's experience at this nursery. The whole team is so kind, caring, and always welcoming in the mornings. They create such a safe, friendly atmosphere, and I can see how much my child enjoys being there every day. I really appreciate the transparency - through the app, I can easily track her meals, naps, activities, and even little details in real time. It gives me great peace of mind to know she's well cared for, eating well, and in a clean, hygienic environment. The nursery offers a variety of fun, educational activities and celebrates festivals like Diwali, Halloween, Eid and Christmas, which I love because it teaches children about inclusivity and respect. The regular newsletters and reading materials are also very helpful for parents. Overall, I'm extremely pleased and grateful to the wonderful staff for making this such a positive, reassuring experience for both me and my daughter.

I fully recommend the N Family Club Jullery Quarter nursery branch. We have our daughter at the same place since she was 10 months old and now at 3 and a half I can say that the journey was excellent, nothing to complain about and I am very sure that all this time will help her later in school development.

My daughter has been attending N Family Club - Jewellery Quarter since April, and the progress in her development has been truly remarkable. The staff are not only warm and welcoming but also consistently professional, attentive, and communicative. They go above and beyond to ensure that each child is cared for by passionate individuals who genuinely love what they do. Since joining, we've had nothing but positive experiences. The team is incredibly supportive, always accommodating the individual needs of the children, and creating a nurturing environment that feels like a second home. The nursery also places great emphasis on supporting families, making us feel just as valued and included as our little ones. The setting itself is clean, safe, and inviting-an ideal space for children to learn, grow, and thrive. I have complete confidence in the care my daughter receives and plan to keep her enrolled here throughout her nursery years. Highly recommended!

We are so happy that our son is attending this nursery! Lauren, Jo, Kimrun, Laila, and Sanvir have all been incredible during his settling-in period. They not only helped our little boy feel comfortable and confident but also eased all of my nerves with their constant updates and reassurance (I must admit, I called a few times-probably too many-but they were always so kind and patient!). Our son has truly excelled in his confidence and overall development, and that's all thanks to the dedication and care of these amazing ladies. They have always met our son's and our family's needs, and we couldn't be more grateful. Although it's only been a couple of months, we're so pleased with his progress and look forward to continuing this wonderful journey with the nursery

I have had a great experience so far with N family Jewellery Quarter. The communication from staff about my child has been very good via phone calls, on the nursery phone app and when meeting face-to-face. My child who is now 12 months old has settled well into the nursery. I have seen her interact with the staff with a smile. The nursery food menu has a great variety of food throughout the week. I would happily recommend this nursery to others who live in the Jewellery Quarter.

Amazing nursery, with even better staff. The whole team at N family is very accommodating and welcoming. They have made my son feel very comfortable in his class and helped him to settle well. Any issues have been handled very well by the management team and actioned immediately. A special thank you to two staff members in particular for always sure our son is happy and enjoying his time whilst at nursery.

Our baby has been at N Family for a month now and they could not be more wonderful. All the staff in her room are engaging, listen to parental concerns, and communicate so well. As with all babies she had a tricky time settling in but I knew I could relax (as much as I could) as I trust the staff completely. Seeing how they interact with the babies during the settling in period was immensely helpful for us as parents too. The food is also fantastic. It wasn't the only, but it was one of the main reasons we chose N Family. It is all cooked on site, varied, nutritious and no ultra processed meals in sight. I have seen menus from other nurseries that serve beans on toast etc whereas the baby here will have harissa salmon or something for her tea! She has a great time, the app is fab and management is superb and approachable and accessible.

Amazing nursery my daughter is coming along so well with her speech and communication. She loves all of the staff and has made lots of friends, when I drop her in the other kids call her name and I'm told when they leave she gets sad. So its wonderful to know she's in safe hands with people who genuinely care for her xx

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 12 months old, and all the staff have been so lovely and brilliant. It is apparent that they genuinely care about my daughter and her development and do all that they can to help her achieve fundamental milestones. My daughter enjoys going ti nursery and I always look forward to seeing daily photo updates posted in the app to see what she is getting up to at nursery and hearing from the staff at the end of the day at pick up.I am so grateful to the staff for taking very good care of my daughter.

While looking for nurseries we never found anything that ticked all of the boxes. Here at N Family we loved the ambience, energy and care towards us and our child. Since starting they have been amazing! The help and support we have received has been amazing.

The teachers at N Family Club seem to care about the children and my son likes them. Even though he's only in for 2 days per week, they ensure to include him so he doesn't feel left out. They take care of my child when I can't, so in my opinion there's no job out there that's more important.

We are really happy with all the staff and feel really secure leaving our son at N Family Club. It is always really clean and the location is really convenient in the Jewellery Quarter. We are really happy with the care he receives at the meals he is given. We would recommend to all of our friends.

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and they've made a real effort to get to know our daughter and understand her individual needs. It's been so reassuring to see how comfortable and happy she is there each day. The level of care they provide is excellent - we truly feel that she is in safe, nurturing hands. Communication with parents is great, and they're always willing to provide updates or answer any questions. We're very pleased with the overall environment and the thoughtful way the nursery is run. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a warm, caring, and professional setting for their child.

N Family Club in Jewellery Quarter has been absolutely amazing with my child. He's flourished here, and it's been incredible to see his progress-they've supported him every step of the way. The nursery itself is beautifully presented, the staff are always welcoming, and the menus and daily activities are genuinely exciting and engaging. We've tried a few nurseries, but this one truly stands out. Special thanks to two ladies, who have gone above and beyond for our family. We feel so lucky to have found this place. Couldn't recommend it enough!

We have had the best experience with N Family in the Jewellery Quarter. The staff are very caring, interested, have amazing attention to detail, have always taken our feedback seriously and made changes. There is very good communication between staff and parents. I would definitely recommend the nursery. It has been an amazing experience for us.

My daughter has been at the N Family for 4 years now starting school in September 2025. The nursery is lovely, warm and care about the children working alongside parents when difficulties occur. My little one is confident, kind and warm with a caring personality which shines and is encouraged by nursery. There have been a few staff, management and room changes which have understandably caused my daughter some anxiety. N Family have worked with me to ensure they manage these anxieties. She will definitely miss her teachers and still maintains a lovely relationship with her old teachers. I would definitely recommend them.
