First impressions go a long way with me, especially given the known situation I have been going through with my Daughters custody it was safe to say I had my concerns about her coming to nursery full stop. Emma and Hannah, out of all the nurseries I went to see (6 in total) instantly striked me as 'Real People'. They have been nothing but supportive towards myself and my little one from day dot and I couldn't be more thankful. They are both professional, yet friendly in their work ethic and this reflects in the other postive reviews left on this thread. All of the other staff throughout the nursery are always polite, informative, and friendly in their approach. The nursery itself is well equipped, and rather than just being over run with generic 'toys', Kids Planet Waterfront shone above the alternate nurseries I considered due to the hands on approach they have with the kids If this be playing with paints, water, Drawing, Outdoor physical activities, or even in their nature zone. 5*

We can't rate this nursery enough. Both of our boys have gone from baby room through to preschool and graduated ready for reception with flying colours. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help, and reassure parents and children. The resources in the rooms are 100% and the outdoor adventures the kids have daily is great for their learning. recommend this nursery!

My children love being with the staff and their friends. They come out from their day so happy and excited to tell me about everything they've done. Everyone is so kind and caring and really take the time to do things with the children.

The girls at kids planet are outstanding!!! Both my kids have been to this nursery and our experience has been second to none. My kids have been supported and nurtured to learn and achieve the most they can. They have developed lovely relationships with staff and children a like. Were going to miss you all so much.

Kids planet waterfront is amazing. All the staff are great and our children love going there. We have children in both babies and toddler rooms, our eldest has been going there since he was 5 months old and it's been lovely to see him grow and develop with the support of the key workers. The children do a range of activities and learning, and the meals are healthy and varied. Everyone is friendly and I am happy knowing my children are in safe hands. The all inclusive nature of kids planet means we also don't have to worry about sending in various items for the children, it is all catered for which is perfect.

My son has been going to kids planet for 9 months now and he absolutely loves it. He always comes home happy and telling me and his dad about his day! All teachers are fab and my son always has great things to say about them all. My sons development has progressed a lot in the time he has been at the nursery.

My son started at Kids Planet Waterfront in April this year when he was 13 months old. He's already waving me off most days as he goes in with open arms to the girls who work there! They're so attentive and you can tell they do care about their job and the children as individuals. Every day they update the app so you can track your child's nappies, food, naps and then they also debrief you at pick up. My son is already learning so much from being at nursery. He's using makaton sign and showing knowledge of his body parts and lots more. I love the setting, it always feels clean and well laid out and the nap room is adorable. Very happy with my decision to send my son here!

My daughter started at this nursery in 2021 and is leaving this summer. Having experienced all of the services kids planet (waterfront) offer (from baby room, toddlers and preschool) I can only write a glowing review. The ladies are truly wonderful inside and out and go over and above to make sure my daughter is cared for and educated. My daughter's speech, writing, drawing, numbers and general confidence is advanced and that's thanks to this nursery. I can recommended them enough!!!

Both my daughter and son attend this nursery. The whole team at this nursery are fantastic, each and every single member of the team are so welcoming & lovely. My daughter has moved up from toddlers to preschool & has loved every second of it. Her development and confidence has improved so much since being here & is now ready for her big step into big school. My son is in the babies room & the care they provide for my little boy and all of the other babies is outstanding. I genuinely would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Everyone at Kids Planet are amazing. They treat our daughter with the best care, time, and attention. Everyone is so caring, nothing is too much trouble and we truly feel our daughter is safe and well looked after. They always put our daughter's needs first and we feel it is a truly wonderful nursery. The staff work so hard and are always smiling. Thank you for looking after our daughter so well.

This is the first nursery I've used for my 10-month-old, and they've given me so much confidence in leaving my baby with them. They take amazing care of him and has made great relationships with the staff.

Really love Kids Planet Nurseries! All the staff are so kind and pleasant. My child loves attending and always has a good day! A staff member in particular especially is a credit to the nursery and has really taken an interest in all his needs and understands what he wants/needs! Handovers are always so detailed. I feel very comfortable leaving him here.

Kids Planet is such a lovely nursery, I honestly couldn't ask for better. The staff are so lovely and so helpful, nothing is too much for them. My son has been attending this nursery since he was 2 and he is now 4. I cannot thank the staff members for how much his confidence and independence have improved. He loves coming here and I am honestly upset when I have to think that next year he will be leaving to go to reception.

My Daughter loves the nursery and all the staff. She has come on leaps and bounds in her confidence and speech. My daughter loves attending each day and always says how much she loves the staff and her friends and how much fun she's had.
