The baby room is a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where little ones are clearly cared for with genuine love and attention. The space is always clean, well organised and thoughtfully set up with age-appropriate activities that support development through play.
The staff are kind, patient
and attentive, taking the time to understand each child's individual needs and routines. It's clear there is a strong focus on creating a safe and stimulating environment where babies can explore, learn and grow with confidence.
Communication is always good, youre always greeted by management at the door and I feel reassured knowing my child is happy, settled and well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the baby room to other parents looking for a caring and supportive setting for their little ones.

Outstanding Nursery With Endless Activities!!
All three of my children have attended this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience they've had. From day one, they were welcomed with warmth, patience, and genuine enthusiasm from the staff. Each of my kids settled in quickly and
always came home happy.
What really sets this nursery is the variety of activities they offer every single day. Whether it's creative arts, outdoor play, sensory exploration, farm trips, etc the list goes on. My children were constantly learning, discovering, and having fun - and it showed in their happiness.
The team here truly understands how to nurture children as individuals. They communicate well and create an environment where kids feel safe and comfortable .
I'm incredibly grateful for the positive impact Finkley Down Farm Nursery has had on all three of my little ones. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a place where their child will thrive.

The nursery provides a nurturing and safe environment for my child. During his time at the nursery, he has met and exceeded all of his expected milestones. The range of engaging activities that he takes part in on a daily basis ensures that learning is always fun for him.

Finkley Nursery is so wonderful. The care and compassion they have for the children's wellbeing are outstanding. My niece absolutely loves attending Finkley and hates going home at the end of the day. For the children to have the outdoor area to learn and play and being next to the farm where they
can learn about all the animals is truly amazing for the children's development and caring nature. All the staff who work here and care for the children, cannot do enough for these children and work tirelessly and effortlessly to ensure their individual needs are met while ensuring their safety and health are looked after at all times. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

I was recently invited along to join my niece for a little gathering for Valentines day. We had the loveliest time together. The nursery staff had put together some sweet little activities for all of the children to do with their grown ups. It was so nice to be welcomed into my nieces daily
environment and to see the great opportunities the children get to experience.

Lovely place. Staff are great and so friendly and professional. My niece settled in so quickly and cannot wait to get in and hates to leave at the end of the day. What more could a child want. Lots of outdoor space animals lots of fun and care. She has also come on in leaps and bounds in relation to
her speech vocabulary and confidence.

My son started recently at Finkley Nursery in the baby room and we have had nothing but a great experience! He absolutely loves going to nursery and has come on leaps and bounds with his development. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, giving detailed updates about his day during
hand over. I love seeing my son in all areas of the setting from climbing around the soft play, exploring the farm and engaged in the sensory room.

Everytime I've collected my granddaughter, she always tells me what a great day she has. Also the staff are very knowledgeable about my granddaughter and what she likes to do She always comes away happy. The staff are incrediable and also deal with her health issues with love and care.

After moving both of my children from a previous setting to Finkley in September, they have both thrived in every aspect with their learning and development. It has been fantastic to see everything they get up to and hear all the wonderful stories in the evenings about their day. Communication
between my family and staff have always been brilliant and both my children absolutely adore their key workers alongside the other brilliant staff members they spend their day with.

bonus of a farm! Every day brings exciting opportunities for little ones. They have the most amazing balance between education and play. The activities are thoughtfully planned.
The staff go above and beyond to communicate with parents, providing regular updates and photos of the day's activities. It's clear they take the time to truly understand each child's individual needs and strengths. Amazing nursery - five-star. My son started at Finkley Down Farm Nursery & Pre-school only a few months ago and has settled instantly - he loves it! This is, without question, down to the amazing staff who genuinely care and love their job. He has formed amazing bonds with the staff already, in
particular his key workers who have invested in learning about my son and indulging his interests. He runs into nursery in the morning, eager to see his friends and have fun. The setting itself is seriously impressive - no wonder he enjoys it so much. Communication is excellent from the nursery with daily updates and photos. As a parent, I could not be happier to have secured him this start in life. Thanks team Finkley.

I cannot recommend Finkley Down Farm Nursery highly enough! First of all - what other nursery do you know that has a farm, a soft play, and all these amazing facilities every day? I wish every child had access to an experience like this.
The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and dedicated - it's
clear that they are happy and satisfied with their jobs and are well looked after. With other nurseries having a high turnover of staff, Finkley has a team that stays with them for years - that says it all. My daughter adores her key worker who has gone above and beyond to really personalise her experience and support her journey.
The communication with parents is also outstanding. We get a comprehensive handover each day, along with photos uploaded on the app so we can see what our little one has been up to. They highly deserve their Ofsted Outstanding rating. Our daughter is very happy here and we would highly recommend it to anyone as the best nursery in the area.

We have had our son attend Finkley Nursery for the past year and only have amazing things to say about this setting. My son joined in September 2023 and is now leaving a confident, independent happy boy ready for school a year later. This is completely down to the lovely staff and his amazing key
worker. The facility itself is always immaculately clean, serves nutritious yummy food which my son really enjoys, the activities are always well thought out and stimulating and the weekly themes are an amazing touch as he's always excited for the week ahead! A huge benefit and selling point of this nursery is that they are able to use the farm/soft play, throughout the day which my son has enjoyed so much! What other nursery can offer this on a day-to-day basis (sometimes twice a day!) the staff, setting and everything is 10/10 highly recommended. Thank you Finkley we will miss you so much!

Finkley Nursery has been a huge part of our children's lives with both attending from 2 years old right up until they started school. We would not have sent out children anywhere else. Finkley is a safe, nourishing and exciting setting which creates learning opportunities every day. The quality and
variety of educational activities are huge and learning opportunities are endless. Having the farm so close to the nursery is great and provides a unique childcare setting which really helps the children to develop key early years skills. Plus, it's great fun and who wouldn't want to visit animals every day? The care the staff show towards the children is second to none. It's not just about the children's physical wellbeing but their emotional and mental wellbeing too. Finkley provides support to everyone who needs it, and we especially like the experience bags they have to help explain difficult life situations such as a poorly family member. Thank you Finkley for being so amazing!

Finkley is an outstanding nursery and pre school which I would highly recommend! Staff are so personable and tailor their care to the child's individual needs. The day is planned well and each calender event is covered, for example, mothers day stay and play event with afternoon tea. Whether they
are at the nursery, the yurt or at the farm my child always comes out having had a fun filled day!
