Great staff and my little one loves going to nursery which is great and he is very happy and settle really well. Well organized and always helpful to answer any questions. Highly recommend to other families.

Monkey Puzzle West Acton is the best nursery when my son can be. I'm so glad and happy that I chose this nursery. The staff is amazing they are very welcoming and also take care so much of everything my son is doing. Starting with the practitioners they are so welcoming, they take care so much of my son.He is enjoying it so much and I'm very lucky he can have friends there and also he has an amazing routine. He is learning so much on talking and being nice to everyone. I'm so grateful regards the nursery and all staff management team, the chef as well. A big thanks to everyone and I recommend 100% this nursery for everyone who wants to come and want to be here.

We've had such a fantastic experience with our daughter shes been attending since she was 12 months old, and she's now nearly 2. From the very beginning, the staff have been so warm, caring, and attentive-they've really helped her grow in confidence and settle in beautifully. The team always keeps us updated, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. We feel so reassured knowing she's in such a safe, nurturing, and fun environment every day. We're truly grateful to the wonderful staff for all the love, patience, and hard work they put in-it means the world.

This nursery made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped inside for a show round. The staff was very happy smiling and engaged with the children. They even invited her to join in .Our daughter has settled in quickly and we believe this is down to staff acknowledging her likes and interests We feel like the nursery is already a second home for us - our daughter wakes up every morning (even weekends) to ask if it is nursery time and cries if we tell her no. The nursery has brought out our daughter's confidence and her development is growing strong. The nursery uses an app to update us in her process with monthly observations and daily reports you can also use the app to contact the staff - very fast replies. That gives us Peace of mind I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I'm truly grateful for the amazing care and support my two children receive. The practitioners are so kind, protective, and genuinely caring. From day one, they made my children feel safe, welcomed, and valued. It's clear they're passionate about what they do, always going the extra mile to create a warm and nurturing environment. I've seen such wonderful growth in my children-both emotionally and socially-and they look forward to going every day. This nursery was wonderful for my daughter. All the staff were amazing and taking beautiful care of her. She learnt and developed so much in this nursery and I couldn't recommend enough! Not just a nursery..an amazing family that has grown our kid since he was 11 months until today that he is getting ready for reception. So many good memories and milestones achieved in Monkey Puzzle West Acton. I could never thank enough his key workers for looking after our little one like we would have done home. And to all the staff in general, always accommodating and available, they have been present in the most professional way in every single situation. We couldn't thank you enough. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. This is the best nursery that we have ever experienced. The staff are fantastic and so passionate about childcare. The kids are very well cared. This is a magical and unique place where the children have the most amazing experience and are nurtured as if they were family.

My daughter has attended Monkey puzzle since she was 13 months, she is now getting ready for reception and feels school ready. We are so appreciative of everything that the nursery has done with her over the last 3 years, we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a childcare place for their child in this area. The most important elements for us were continuity of staff and happy employees and this is so evident at MP West Acton, staff are now family friends of ours, most have been there the whole way through and long before we arrived also. The food at this nursery is amazing, such a wide variety for the children and my daughter eats so well, it takes a worry away for us. She goes in happy in the morning and comes home happy with full feedback from the day at handover. The other children and families that attend are all lovely, it's such a nice little community. Location is great too if you need to get to work it's next door to the tube station. 10/10

I will be grateful to this amazing nursery for many years to come. All the carers have always gone above and beyond to nurture and cherish and safeguard my children. I have been able to have the peace of mind that my children are cared for, fed homemade healthy food and taught how to identify letters and numbers from an early age. This nursery goes way above and beyond in everything they do for children. The support they have given me in potty training, in weaning and in raising my children will never ever be forgotten. I recommend this nursery to everyone who asks me for a place they can trust their babies or toddlers with. Thank you Monkey Puzzle West Acton you will always be in our hearts.

Many thanks from the heart for all your hard work, love, dedication and patience to the children, and for keeping personal belongings in order (toys, clothes), helping with the routine, caring when they were not feeling well, making everyday a fun environment to go to which was also very important. Many thanks to all the lovely staff who were part of my son’s development and 1st stages in life and taught him through creative and educational activities. One of his most impressive achievements was teaching him to walk. A big thank you to all the team for letting enjoying every second; we will never forget you.

Monkey Puzzle West Acton is an amazing nursery and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is a well organised, nurturing nursery which provides a calm, home-style feeling. There is home-cooked food on site, a lovely outside space, additional activities (french, theatre/dance, football and lots of festivals and holidays celebrated ) which make this nursery a wonderful environment for small people. My son was a tough settler but with the support from the incredibly caring, creative and supportive staff team it didn't take him long before he felt at home. My son always comes back home with joy and excitement to tell me what he has done throughout the day and I couldn't ask for a better nursery for him to be in.

Me and my partner have fallen in love with this nursery it has made us and our daughter feel so welcome even with covid restrictions in place. My son has been attending for over a year and I can honestly say that I have not had a dissatisfied moment. The nursery is lead by professional, caring and loving management ). The staff have been exceptional from the start of my son's journey at Monkey Puzzle in Dec 18, getting to know his personality, his likes and dislikes and always has arms out for cuddles which my son loves. Staff in the Tweenies room has been fantastic and the Chef is wonderful, always a smiling face interacts so lovelily with my son, she is so loving towards the children and cooks healthy delicious food with lots of variety. My son has now moved to the 2-3 group and I am so impressed with all the fantastic educational activities that the staff facilitate. I always get such a warm welcoming from all members of staff at the nursery and feel really happy dropping my son off in the mornings.

I am impressed by this nursery and the staff every day. They do many great activities with the kids I would never think of myself. My son just loves going there. He started as a baby full-time and everybody was fantastic, giving us the reassurance and confidence needed. They are doing a great job at keeping parents informed at the right time and brightening up the day with the occasional pictures and reports of the child’s daily activities. Since we started, my son developed from a baby to a confident and very happy toddler. Credit goes to the practitioners for his positive development. Everybody - management, practitioners and staff - is involved with the children, greeting each child by name in the morning. The rooms have lots of toys and age-relevant play areas and the backyard is great. The nursery has a buggy-shed on the property and is conveniently located close to the Central Line. If you come by car, there is enough parking upfront. We can only say good things about this nursery.

The nursery and the team at Monkey Puzzle are excellent. My child has developed and grown so much in his time at the nursery. It was one of the best choices we made sending him. The team are really responsive and always look to work with us to deal with questions and manage any issues. My child loves going to nursery every day and has a wonderful time exploring and learning new things. The nursery are really flexible and tailor their care to the needs of the child and I really like that. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

We've been sending our son to West Acton Monkey Puzzle since it opened. He's been thriving there. The staff are all very caring. When I leave my son there in the morning, they welcome him, he gets excited about deciding on his breakfast! During the day, you can message to see how your child is getting on and on some days there are also app updates to show their activities. Daily, you can use the app to see what your child has eaten, when they've been to the potty and when they sleep - I like this functionality as you can check the app whilst at work or on the way home knowing how their day has been before pick up. On pick up, you get a good update verbally too from your child's key worker, they are happy to spend time with you at the end of the day to explain this. We potty trained our son last weekend, and I was nervous about nursery after this, the staff were amazing, they stuck to the plan I made for him and it worked! I'm glad we made the choice to send our son there 18 months ago.

My daughter attends Monkey Puzzle West Acton and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The management are so supportive and accommodating to our needs. They have created a loving and warm environment for all the children and as a parent, I have really seen all the positive changes that have taken place this last year. We are really happy we took the decision to keep our daughter at this nursery.

At this nursery my daughter learnt, through games and activities, to count, write her name, wear her jacket, socks and shoes. The activities are tailored with the child at heart. The garden is lovely as well as all other amenities such as toys and nap area. All staff are welcoming and motherly creating a family for the children. I advise anyone thinking about this nursery to come and see before jumping to conclusions.
