My 3 year old twins have been at this setting for the past year and have simply thrived and flourished within their care. They are happy going into and coming out of nursery which is simply the best. This is all down to the genuine care, fostering of relationships and nurturing environment created by staff members- thank you! I have always been amazed by the abundance of activities and themed weeks staff plan, promoting all areas of development. No two days are the same! The outside environment, day trips and links with the community were main attractions for us, and it's really helped to develop our children's sense of curiosity of the world! Another positive element is the exceptional communication. We are regularly updated with observations and photos of our children's progress which is a highlight as a parent. Thank you to Vanessa and the team for continuing to take care of our two! We honestly couldn't recommend Finkley Weeke enough!

Polite friendly staff who take the time to understand the child's needs, in terms of educational nurture, ways of learning with an emotional balance. They fully embraced my child in a smooth transition between nurseries, developmentally I have been impressed by the efforts, planning, ideas for learning, fun and safe environment whilst being able to grow as a child. My son loves his nursery and his key worker is amazing with him, she cares about the children's which goes a long way.

Our 12 month old has been attending the nursery 4 days a week for about 6 weeks now. He has settled in well and he now smiles and reaches his arms out to the staff for drop off. He's full of smiles when he leaves as well. We get lots of updates throughout the day with photos of all the activities. The environment not only supports social interaction, but we have seen he's motor skills and problem solving skills starting to soar. They have a dedicated babies garden and do trips out in their buggy. I had planned at home all sorts of activities to help with milestones, however I find that Finkley is already doing most of them day to day with him, which means I can spend my days with him on outings and my mental load reduced. They did a MacMillan coffee morning at the end of the first month which was good timing for me as a nursery new parent as I got to meet other parents and have a chat.

I came to view the nursery and I was welcomed by member of team . I found nursery Friendly, caring, staff is knowledgable and skilled, excellent management . Children are happy . I would highly recommend

My daughter has just graduated from pre school. She has been at Finkley Weeke for 2 years. My daughter has thrived at Finkley Weeke. I loved the setting when I first saw it, since outdoor space and access to nature is very important to me, so the large garden was a big plus. The staff are engaged, caring and imaginative and i have always been impressed with the range and variety of activities they have planned for the children. I also loved that they regularly took them into the community - visiting a local care home, going to the shop, walks, visits to the farm etc. Key workers create genuine bonds with their children, and they provide excellent daily updates and regular reports and "Wow" moments. This was an excellent pre school for my inquisitive, confident, funny, caring little girl and they have helped me raise her to be more than ready for school in the autumn. I am very thankful for the love they gave her every day.

I can't laud enough praise on Finkley Weeke. Our daughter was one of the first babies in the baby room, but you wouldn't know it. From the off, we have been impressed with the activities, outdoor space, food and communication. Parents vote on a new theme every two weeks and the team are so imaginative when it comes to making up activities. Even when our daughter couldn't walk, she was enjoying tuff trays for the "colour" theme and making pizza for "around the world" theme. Every day, someone sends a roundup of what each room has been up to, with photos. It's so nice to see what all the children have been up to, especially when your child is too young to tell you them self. We have experience of another local nursery, where our daughter would arrive and leave crying, and we had no idea what she'd been up to all day. She goes into Finkley happily and is having fun in all the photos. This is thanks to the amazing team, particularly Manager and Baby-Lead.Thank you!

Absolutely love Finkley nursery. The staff are fantastic and engaging with the kids. Drop off and pick up and really well managed and take the stress out of it. They go on regular trips out and provide lots of photos through the app. Our kids both moved there a few months ago and things couldn't have gone better. They have a good outside space with sheltered areas for when the sun is too much. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone, our kids love it!

Finkley Weeke Nursery has been an amazing experience over the last 2 years. My daughter has grown leaps and bounds due to the individual care and attention she receives. Staff always recognise and highlight special moments and achievements within the week, which gives me a better understanding of Hannah's abilities outside the home. The feeling of welcome, care and friendliness is what makes me feel at ease everyday when I do drop off. The school is also accommodating with any requests for additional days and or changes where permitted around staff levels. Big still is around the corner and I feel work all activities and knowledge bestowed my daughter will be ready for her next adventure and challenge.

We had heard excellent things about Finkley Weeke and, even so, it has exceeded our expectations! It is a very special place filled with very special people. Our daughter's key worker is incredible and really took the time to connect with her from the second she arrived. Each week, there is a shared plan sent to parents detailing the topic being covered that week - our daughter has learned so much and will spontaneously talk to us about topics, such as autumn and hibernation! There is a genuine appreciation of the staff team at every level, and it reflects in their amazing work and wonderful manner with the children. The team is always warm and enthusiastic, even down to the way the children are welcomed inside in the morning. We genuinely couldn't recommend Finkley Weeke highly enough and are so excited that our son will get to experience the magic when he starts there too.

I cannot speak more highly of Finkley Weeke Nursery. The staff have been absolutely incredible with both my little girl and my little boy. My daughter, who had attended three previous nurseries due to house moves, truly thrived at Finkley. It had been, by far, the most exceptional experience. The staff supported her emotional regulation, and she made fantastic progress. She also developed wonderful bonds with the team. My son, who still attends, has also formed such close relationships with the staff and children. He absolutely loves going and looks forward to it every day. The staff truly make this nursery what it is. They create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can flourish. On top of that, they offer fantastic day trips to local farms, parks, supermarkets, and nursing homes to name a few. Frinkly Weeke Nursery has been a wonderful place for both my children, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My youngest daughter still attends Finkley and she absolutely loves her time there. She particularly enjoyed the Halloween season with the Finkley staff doing lots of arts and crafts and then learning all about the seasons. The staff at Finkley are all incredibly friendly and helpful and have really kept is informed about our daughters development. Her key worker in particular has a very special bond with her and really helps her develop her learning.

Finkley Weeke has been amazing for the development of my three year old. We are always kept well informed about our son's progress. My son enjoys the different activities and trips provided by the nursery. He is encouraged to be independent and is appropriately challenged to ensure he is school ready. The staff are extremely friendly and are always happy to work with us to help my son's needs and development. I would highly recommend Finkley Weeke to anyone wanting to send their child to nursery. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Finkley Weeke you are all incredible.

My twin boys started at Finkley in October 2023 and it was the best decision we made. Finkley is a brilliant nursery, with a nurturing environment focused on the emotional and learning needs of the individual children. The staff are friendly, professional, experienced and know each of the children really well. They will adapt to support busy working parents at drop off and pick up as well which we have always found very helpful and greatly appreciated. Finkley Weeke provides regular trips out for the children which are exceptional, including visits to local shops, attractions, a care home and Finkley farm which my boys love. The structured activities and weekly themes that the staff create are also incredible and the effort that goes into the planning and execution of activities to suit the EYFS is outstanding. We have always found the daily contact via the app to be brilliant, with detailed information about learning, activities and day-to-day care. Highly recommend!

We are immensely impressed with the overall setting and the wonderful staff at Finkley Weeke. From the beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming and supportive. They have created a warm and nurturing environment that has made our daughter feel happy and comfortable. It is evident that they genuinely care about each child and take time to understand their individual needs and personalities. We are particularly grateful for the open communication and the collaborative approach the staff have taken with us. They have kept us informed about our daughter's progress and have always been available to discuss any concerns or questions we might have. The facilities are fantastic, providing a safe and stimulating environment where children learn and play. The activities are varied and engaging, and we have seen our daughter develop new skills during her time there. A special thank you to two special members of staff who have been right by our daughter's side for this whole transition!

Finkley Weeke has been amazing for my granddaughter. She loves it and comes out so positive about the fun things they have done, including going out on local trips to the moors and in the community. She has grown in confidence which I believe is down to her nursery experience being so amazing and educational as well as fun. She has learnt so much. The staff are great and are always so cheerful and happy and positive. They always make me feel completely welcome. Fantastic place.

Moving my daughter to this nursery was one of the best decisions we made. The staff team have built an excellent relationship with both myself, my partner and our daughter. They provide regular updates via the app and during the evening handovers. Something that I never had at her previous nursery. They take really good care of her and support all of her individual allergy needs and make sure that she doesn't miss out on anything that allergens could limit by replacing them with a suitable alternative. Our daughter has gained so much more confidence since being at the nursery and is really coming out of her shell. The nursery manager and staff team are all wonderful and my daughter is very excited to go to nursery every day and never wants to come home! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone searching for child care!

I have been absolutely blown away with Finkley Weeke. From the first phone call to the manager, I had a good feeling about the setting but I could not have imagined the professionalism and care of all the staff. They have gone above and beyond to support my little one into something which is a very new territory for him and have completely worked at his pace. They have been kind and helpful in our adjustment as parents and kept us informed of every achievement and challenge and worked with us to achieve new goals. We are so happy we found Finkley Weeke and will be forever grateful for all their hard work. Special mention to two staff members for taking such good care of our son.

Since my daughter started at Finkley Weeke Nursery she has thrived. She absolutely loves her time at nursery and has come on leaps and bounds in every way. She has grown in confidence massively. The nursery staff are always so kind and happy, the children adore them all. The nursery communication is brilliant, I am always kept up to date with what they are doing and have done. The trips out that the nursery takes the children on are very beneficial. My little girl always comes home very happy, and she is always learning something new!

We went to the grandparents stay and play. The staff were all welcoming and the activities were well thought out and gave the children the opportunity to use their motor skills, a Christmas theme. It was also a great opportunity for the grandparents to meet each other and see where the children spend time at the nursery.

My 2-year-old has been at Finkley for 3 months and I am just so impressed. It was a big decision to move him but I am so glad we did. The staff are so caring and kind and go out of their way to make every child feel special and comfortable. They plan trips out and support the local community which is fabulous, and the communication with the parents is brilliant. They plan so many extra events throughout the year, all free which brings everyone together which is amazing and as a parent something I am so grateful for.
