Our child's key person is fantastic, and our child is always excited to see her and other staff members. The nursery is friendly and welcoming, and we feel our child is well looked after. The outdoor space is a bit limited (no real grass or vegetation) and our child has only been on one activity our of the nursery in the year they have been there. Some of the toys seem a bit dirty, and the floor too, but we appreciate that it is hard to keep things clean with small children. Security could be better, as at busy times we think anyone could walk in. Our child has learnt a lot at nursery, and the educational and creative activities offered are great.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. All the staff are really friendly and have made a real effort to get to know our daughter. She always has a great day and has made so many friends there. The app is great for communicating but I've also always been able to talk to someone at drop off/pick up or call during the day Recently they were able to fit her in on an extra day when we needed which was super helpful

Very Caring staffs. We love the educational activities and the sing and sign. Having the app to track the progress, development and just updates about your child is always reassuring. Very pleased with the nursery, best choice!

Happy Days Cheswick is a fantastic nursery and my son has thrived since being in their care. They have managed to really bring him out of his shell which has been really lovely to see. The staff are all very welcoming and you can clearly see that they care for each and every child in the nursery. Management and the SENCO have always been very supportive with our child's speech and language development and I cannot thank them enough.

The children enjoy their time at Happy Days and the in-room staff work really well with them. The facilities are really good, great to have a purpose built facility with all they could need. Cost wise, beware of frequent price increases and excessive consumables charges. We live in a time of inflation but it feels like they are taking advantage of the shortage of local nursery places and difficulty in moving. Management staff have little knowledge or empathy which makes it more frustrating. This seems to be an industry problem but they should do better.

We visited a few nurseries and settled on Cheswick Happy Days. I am glad that we did as the staff are very friendly, they all know and care about our child. We enjoy seeing the updates of our child enjoying their day at nursery while we are at work. They also offer extended hours for drop off and pick up.

Such a lovely nursery with amazing staff. Although I'm not there during the day with him, I get a sense he really enjoys nursery and the time he spends there. The staff is so nice, always taking the time to do comprehensive handovers at pick up and they don't rush you. They follow your routines and requests, which is amazing.

In my opinion, this nursery is very safe and clean, the teachers' communication with the children is good, and most importantly, my child feels good there, but I think the education part should be more.

Excellent nursery! Has gone above and beyond to make my child feel very settled! Kept up to date throughout the day. Everyone is very friendly and always welcomed in with a smile. Would recommend to any other parents.

My son has been attending this nursery for just over a year and loves it here. It's safe, clean, happy and a lovely environment. All the staff are brilliant and my son comes home happy after every session. They do great food and have a lovely garden. I know my son is in good hands when here. He has excelled since starting here and improved in confidence and speech.

Very happy with our experience so far. Staff are positive, friendly, caring and informative. The atmosphere is very good and our child is very happy there. We are kept up to date with how he is getting on via an app and telephone calls so the communication is also good. There seems to be plenty of activities for him to do and he has developed really well so far under the care/supervision of Happy Days.

I have had two children go through happy days and they both have been so happy throughout. The staff are both kind and great at their job! Thank you for making working life easier! I would more than recommend Happy Days Cheswick!

We are delighted with the nursery: the staff are very caring, there are great activities, the food is excellent and dietary requirements are well catered for. We feel very lucky to have this gem on our doorstep and have recommended it to our friends. It is good value for money although more expensive than some other options in the area.

We are so pleased with our little one’s development and progress at the nursery. She feels welcomed and looks forward to attending now, seeing all her little friends and all the staff looking after her and everyone else. A happy child makes a happy parent!

My daughter gained many skills from happy days, such as speaking English, learned how to help herself with many things, and learned to solve problems. She goes to nursery happy because she knows that she will play, sing, dance, and meet her friends so that she can do new and fun activities with them.

My daughter started at Cheswick Happy Days in March. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. My daughter has settled in so quickly. She really enjoys attending. They offer a range of fun engaging activities for the children.

Happy Days Cheswick have been brilliant from day 1 of our daughter attending. The nursery environment itself is lovely, there is a great range of activities planned for each day and the staff are so friendly and approachable. Handovers and feedback in person and through the app is always good. I couldn't ask for anything more from them.

The nursery staff are all very friendly helpful and understandable. They’ve been very accommodating and I was very lucky to be able to change my son’s days he attends. This was made very easy and appreciated.

An excellent nursery. I cannot fault the staff or the learning space at all. Our daughter has been attending for almost two years and loves it. Our newborn is already on the waiting list for May 2025.

Fantastic staff who are attentive and know my child well. They provide great care and push my child to grow and learn more. My child has become very independent at this nursery and loves to go there.
