This is the second time using HFH nursery. After the care, nurture and support they displayed towards my first child there were absolutely no questions about where I would be sending my second child.
The support they also provide to families is second to none, and there is not a day that goes by
where my child is resistant about attending. I recommend the nursery to all parents as I have never ever had any concerns over the last 6 years. Impeccable.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. The care they give my child has been fantastic. He's always so happy going there that he doesn't even look at me when we arrive. He's been going there for 6 months now and has never cried going in.
They always keep you informed with everything they do with your child
throughout the day. Any concerns they will ring and update you and the staff are very approachable if you have any concerns or need to let them know anything.
This is my 3rd child and 3rd different nursery. Definitely would recommend this nursery!

Home from Home are truly an amazing nursery. The staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is too much for them and they really love the job they do. Their attention to detail with the daily activities for the children is amazing and the constant updates on the app is great for parents to know
what your little ones are getting up to. I highly recommend!

A true home from home. Both my children have attended for a total of five years, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. It has played such an important role in their development. The staff are kind, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. My kids have loved every minute there - and still
do.

My son has attended the nursery from 8 months old and is now 4. He now attends school but still visits in the holidays. All the staff here care deeply about the children they look after, that's very clear to see, and work so hard. I've only ever had to raise an issue once or twice and it has
immediately been dealt with. They've made all the difference for us as we have little family support, and make us feel like family too.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My child has recently joined. The settling in process put me at ease to ensure he was settled & excited to attend nursery prior to going back to work.
The nursery keep you informed throughout the day with updates including pictures which is lovely to see. They
continually help the children to learn and explore throughout the day. It's lovely when my son smiles when arriving at the nursery door and comes home saying new words. They truly take the time to get to know each child individually and help them thrive. Thank you

Our experience with the setting dates back to 2023 until 2026. The setting provides an exceptional standard of care to little ones. The setting is not only an education and play based nursery but also a place that nurtures the importance of these early years.
The staff have become distant friends
and we are extremely grateful for such a kind and passionate team.

My little one is just starting, and just like with his brother, the girls have been incredibly welcoming and caring. They've taken the time to make sure he feels fully settled and comfortable before starting properly, which has meant so much to us as parents. They are also wonderfully supportive and
attentive when it comes to any dietary requirements.
I will always choose and highly recommend Home From Home it is such a warm, nurturing, and professional environment for children to thrive.

All staff in the Home From Home Day Nursery has made a huge difference to my daughter in so many ways. She has attended since she was 10 months old.
All of the staff do an amazing job and I love how they all are involved in every aspect of the job and do it with passion which shows the love they
have for the job.
The teaching and encouragement from the nursery improved her speech and within that her confidence.
Her social skills has improved drastically due to the fun activities that the nursery provides which encourages them to bring it home which has improved her independent play.
I feel that the nursery does an excellent job at the constant communication with giving updates on development changes and the safety aspect of the childrens health alongside reassurance and going above and beyond to do the best they can to make sure the children's needs are met and to cater for what I as a parent ask of them if it comes to specific requests.
Would highly recommend the nursery.

Home from home is the best nursery around. I am so glad I get to take my daughter here, she absolutely loves it! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for the children. The children get to create, learn, form relationships and actually enjoy their time at the nursery. I'd recommend to
everyone!
The nursery is clean, tidy, lots of equipment, toys and resources. It's bright, welcoming and colourful place for children to learn and grow.
From outdoor play, outdoor opportunities, soft play, learning about different cultures, celebrations, arts, crafts & sensory play, my daughter loves it all!
There's a good range of different types of food and they support allergies & preferences well

Amazing place. Every member of staff is worth their weight in gold it is so reassuring that you know your child is cared for as if they were their own. The activity's and learning they do with the children is amazing. My daughter can't wait to go in the mornings

My little boy started nursery back in September 2025, just as I was returning back to work after maternity leave. From the moment I was greeted at the door for our initial visit. I knew that home from home would be the perfect choice. Seeing the children look so content with the staff, holding up
their open arms and all I could hear is laughter and sing songs. The staff were so welcoming and friendly towards both me and my 9 month old baby. He settled in so well for his stay and play sessions. When he started officially in September he began to thrive! He willingly allows me to hand him over to the staff, he leans in to their shoulders and holds out his arms. Which speaks volumes of trust and companionship. Everything is acted upon professionally and in a friendly manner. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I feel safe knowing my baby is secure in his environment at home from home.

My two boys attend this nursery and they are nothing short of amazing! Constant activities, out for walks, playing in the garden. Variety of different foods offered. Staff are phenomenal (special mention for Annwyn and Emma as my boys love spending time with them).

to anyone needing a nursery for their child/children.

Home from home really is a home from home. Both my children absolutely love attending and adore the staff. The updates home are great to know what my children have ate and what fun things they've done with their days. The staff cannot do enough for us all and take so much time to know each child
individually and the care they receive is second to none.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 2 and a half years and I could not recommend this place enough. Each "room" she attended has been perfectly suited for her age range and has developed her cognitive ability.
The nursery has supported her learning through play, whether that
is through sensory, arts and crafts, song or reading, she particularly loves the outdoor opportunities and the soft play area.
Overall, attending this nursery has developed my daughter emotional intelligence as she interacts with other children, learning to take turns and to show kindness others.
Each member of staff goes the extra mile to show they care for my daughter, even checking in on days she has been unwell. My daughter runs into nursery which goes to show how much she loves it there herself.

Home From Home provides the most outstanding childcare service I have ever experienced. After moving my son here from a previous nursery, I was completely blown away by the love, care, support and attention to detail this nursery provides. They go above and beyond to make parents feel at ease,
sending frequent pictures and updates throughout the day so that you know exactly what your child is doing. They put children's wellbeing at the forefront of everything they do - I feel so at ease with my son being here. Every member of staff I have met are so kind and caring. They do so many different activities at the setting, including lovely walks for the children to get fresh air. I honestly can't rate Home from Home highly enough. It is absolutely fantastic and I would recommend to anybody!

We were nervous about our daughter starting nursery as we knew that it would likely take a long time for her to settle. After visiting Home from Home we felt confident as we could see how happy the other children were, their policies aligned with our values and the environment was really warm and
welcoming. Home from Home were great at settling our daughter. We never felt rushed or pressured and our daughter was allowed to take her time over several stay and play sessions. She now absolutely loves nursery and has formed genuine bonds with her educarers. The staff are always polite, professional and nothing is too much trouble. We love the app so we get updated with all the things our daughter has been up to throughout the day and lovely photos of her too. We would 100% recommend Home from Home.

My children love coming to home from home. They've all settled in so quickly when they first started, due to the loving nature of the workers. My children have learnt so much, have improved their development and grown in confidence. All the workers go above and beyond and are so friendly and happy
when greeting the children in the morning. They can't do enough and I will be sad when my children are too old to come here anymore!

My daughter loves attending on a Friday, all staff are incredible, so accommodating to my daughters needs, go above and beyond, always send updates throughout the day - so nice to see how much she's loving her day there. As it's our only child it was daunting finding the right place, but from the
start, we've received nothing but the best care for our daughter, it was a no brainer for us, transitioned amazingly. I can't recommend this nursery enough, my daughter has learnt so much here, I'm so thankful to all staff for everything they do, just amazing.

My daughter has been attending Home From Home Children's Day Nursery Ltd now since May 2024 and she absolutely loves it there. All of the girls are brilliant with the children and treat them as if they are their own which is exactly what you want when you're leaving your child somewhere. Knowing
that I and my partner can go to work and not have to worry at all about her safety is every parent's dream! Thanks to the app we can see what she has been up to throughout the day, see what she has eaten and see how long she has slept for and it is regularly updated with photos aswell, it's amazing.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody who is looking for a place for their little one.
