Our 20 month old daughter currently attends Merchant Square nursery 4 afternoons a week. She has a great time, with many varied activities (drawing, water play, cooking, dancing, reading to name a few) and adventures exploring the local area and nature. The staff are incredibly supportive and
attentive - I feel very grateful we found such a perfect, loving place for her. She's also making great friends and building relationships with the other kiddies which is magical to see.

My child has been attending Merchant Square since October 2025 and we cannot say enough good things about it. Graziela is a phenomenal nursery manager, and she runs a very tight ship. All of the staff have such passion and dedication for their work, and they've only ever been helpful and welcoming
in our experience.
My child loves her time in nursery and looks forward to it, they provide such an amazing range of activities and educational outings.
I recommend this nursery very highly and have such gratitude for Graziela and her team.
I'd like to highlight in particular Marina, Rokeya and Maha who are my child's main carers. They're such exceptional caregivers and my child is always excited to see them.
I also cannot say enough about Graziela who goes above and beyond for this nursery.
Thank you to the whole team at Merchant Square, you've been a godsend.

My son joined back in June 2024 and has really struggled to settle in. The nursery staff however have been very supportive both towards my son and I to find the best way to settle him in. The staff are all so lovely and caring. You really get to know them which puts me at ease knowing they genuinely
care and enjoy what they do. The kids all seem very happy with plenty of toys and space to play in. What I really like about this nursery is the amount of children in each room. Compared to other nurseries this nursery doesn't have many kids which is something I really like because it allows the staff to really pay attention to each child's needs and also makes it easier for children to settle into a new environment knowing they get the comfort they need. The safeguarding policies in place are really good. You get a phone call if any accident occurs so no surprises when you pick up your child. There's an app where they update you on what your child has done during each day.

Our son has been at Partou Merchant Square since 6 months old (now 2) and has loved his time until now! He runs in in the morning and always comes home happy. Staff is lovely and really take the time to get to know our son. Would highly recommend it!

My daughter came to the nursery very young and my wife and I were worried how she would get on away from us so early. Luckily for us, our daughter found such a wonderful, warm and happy place that makes her happier and happier every day. We're lucky to have found Merchant Square!

Our daughter settled in super quickly (just a few days!) with the help of the welcoming and caring team at Merchant Square. She gets super excited to get into the pram every morning and throw herself into her key person's arm every morning, and every weekend when we walk by she is quite disappointed
to not get inside. Have absolute confidence in the team for caring for the most important person in my life.

Great place with super friendly and dedicated staff. My daughter has been attending for seven months now and refuses to leave when I pick her up. She's learning a lot and making friends. Very happy with it.

Amazing staff, friendly supportive and kind. All staff help the kids in many ways and make their time at the nursery full of joy. The team are the most wonderful humans and teachers and they create a good atmosphere and lots of happiness. You can see how much they do for all the kids as the children
all love them and respect them. I will defiantly miss them and so will my kids.

Merchant Square are amazing! My son started here at 10 months old and the care and learning he has had surpassed any of my expectations. His speech and understanding is way beyond my expectations and I couldn't be happier. The staff look after him as if he was their own child, encouraging him to try
new things and helping him where he needs it. The meals are healthy and nutritious, the activities and outings are knowledge based as well as exciting and the general day to day care is second to none. The best decision I've ever made was sending him to Merchant Square.

My son had an amazing time and journey at Merchant Square. His learning trajectory was excellent and this was thanks to the care and effort of the staff. He loves his nursery (or tea party as he calls it) his peers, the staff, he brings home lovely stories and memories. I've never felt so confident
to leave my son in the care of someone as I feel with Merchant Square, this is the biggest peace of mind that a parent can have. Thank you very much.

My child has attended this nursery since 2020. Our overall experience has been amazing. The care and education provided is of par excellence. The staff at Merchant Square are so committed and work with so much dedication. They have always kept us as parents updated about my child's progress.
Communication between staff, management and us has been top-notch. Special thanks to the manager for being so warm and has always attended to our needs. Special thanks to two staff members for always welcoming my child with a smile. We will miss Merchant Square!

Our experience at Merchant Square Day Nursery is remarkable! We cannot thank the staff enough, both my husband and I have seen a lot of progress in our daughter.

It was very good to have a review with our keyworker, as it gave me the chance to understand my child's development and areas to work on.
Our key worker is very friendly and open to working on things that I want my child to develop further. I felt very heard and I felt like me and the key worker
are working as a team. My overall experience of the preschool and the staff has been very positive and my child has developed socially due to their hard work.
