Our son has been at RDN since 9 months old ( nearly 2). It's a brilliant nursery in our opinion providing safe, engaging, enriching care. The staff are all excellent and passionate, without exception. Fewer temp and agency staff than some other nurseries, with some older and more experienced staff
too which I think makes a difference. They offered a longer settling process which was brilliant for our lad,, we love that they provide face to face feedback regularly and also at 'parents evenings' as well as updating the app regularly.
Our boy has had great experience in the under 2s and now 2-3 room, has made good friends and happily walks in and waves goodbye to us. Would definitely recommend.

Royston Day Nursery has been nothing short of amazing since my little one has started with them back in September, the support and care they provided for him to help him settle in and break his separation anxiety was exceptional.
The staff are always kind , welcoming and supportive and they truly
care about the little ones and put an effort to get know them and attend to their needs and there development, the nursery is going from a strength to strength and I can't recommend it enough.

My son has a physical disability. He left one nursery and joined Royston Day Nursery, where ratios suited his needs and he was provided so much support from the start. This nursery have gone above and beyond. Everyone in the team treats my son with such respect, kindness and compassion; as well as
ensuring his educational development in a safe, clean and nurturing environment. The activities are plentiful, as are the resources and toys for the children to interact with. My son's physical development has come on leaps and bounds, especially since his transition to the preschool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this setting to those with age appropriate children. I trust the team and its leadership entirely. I'm looking forward to see where next year takes us!

Royston Day Nursery is well organised, has engaging activities, offers nice meals, and is staffed by passionate and caring individuals. I feel confident that I am leaving my son in a safe and stimulating environment.

So many changes fro the good. They have enough management and alwys someone to a swer any concern I have . People that works there appears to be happy and the children alwys seem to be having good time. The place is now welcoming and clean

Royston day nursery is a beautiful and friendly nursery, I couldn't be more happy with how my son has settled in and how amazing the team have been with our family, they have gone above and beyond to make sure we are all happy and settled into this new chapter of our lives!

We absolutely love RDN. My boys (twins) have been going for the last 2 years, and we have seen changes in management, and ups and downs in staffing levels.
The new (ish!) management are absolutely excellent. Ive never doubted that my boys will be safe and happy at RDN but the management now is
really outstanding. Communication is efficient and regular. Any questions, emails etc are answered well within a day, phone calls are never an issue (like to check up and see how they are doing that day).
My boys also have some medical issues and respiratory problems and the care the staff take is second to none.
Over time I have spoken quite a bit to the staff - all of them are warm, friendly, caring and professional. I really can't thank them enough for providing and fun and safe space for my boys to be looked after in!

Both my daughters attend Royston day nursery and they have done since March 2025. They are nearly 1 and nearly 3.
Coming from another nursery with my eldest, I just love how much she loves coming to nursery every day. She's excited to get there and see all her friends and the staff, she enjoys the
day to day activities and she loves little wiggles on a Thursday!
Both my girls are always happy and really well cared for throughout their day which we are updated through the app each day on how they are and what they have eaten etc. this really puts my mind at ease knowing what the girls have been up to and what they have eaten.
The love and care from the staff is always amazing and it is a huge relief knowing that both my girls are happy where they are.
They have lots of toys, resources and even sensory/cosy areas which is great, especially for my nearly 1 year old.
I will always recommended Royston day nursery to anyone that asks where I send my children!

My son has attended Royston Day Nursery since turning 1, he is currently 2.5 years old and is really enjoying his time there. He enjoys a variety of different activities daily and loves being outside playing which is also daily. The staff always ensure he is dressed appropriately for the weather and
makes sure he is changed when required so he remains comfortable. He enjoys the different food and flavours offered to him and whenever asked he always says he has had a good day. Whenever we pick him up he always has a smile on his face and all the staff at the nursery are approachable, kind and you can see they really do care about all the children.

Our daughter attended this setting from 2021 to October 2023. We had a good impression of the nursery until October 2023 when unfortunately the room our daughter attended was closed indefinitely with no notice due to staffing issues. Apparently many of the staff left due to a change in management. I
felt the way this closure was communicated to parents fell far short of my expectations and I am left feeling disappointed in the handling of the whole situation by the main group. We had to move our daughter to another nursery and will not plan to return to Royston Day Nursery.

We absolutely love Royston Day Nursery. Both our girls have flourished under their expert care. Every member of staff is warm, welcoming and incredibly nurturing. The managers are approachable, very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help.
The communication is excellent and we've been so
impressed by the dedicated care - particularly when issues arise.
We always recommend Royston Day Nursery.

Our son has been attending Royston Day Nursery since January this year. He has settled well into the shrimps (baby) room, helped by the kind and caring staff. They are knowledgeable about the areas for development and recently wrote a report for our son which accurately reflected everything that we
have observed at home- showing how well they have got to know him in such a short time.
Our son is flourishing in his development of skills and his confidence and he enjoys his time there. The nursery keeps us updated throughout the day and communicates regularly with us. The staff carefully plan activities to develop his skills but there are also plenty of opportunities for him to choose activities that he loves.
He eats freshly made food daily- often better than he has at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royston Day Nursery. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

My daughter has been with the nursery for a year and a half and absolutely loves going. The managers are very hands on and all of the staff in each room have been amazing. My daughter looks forward to going to nursery, they provide lots of creative activities and even movement, music and dance
classes for babies and preschoolers! Really pleased with the nurturing environment our little girl is learning in. Thank you very much Royston Day Nursery.

My school-aged daughter spent four years at Royston Day Nursery, and now my 1 and a half-year-old is there. Both children love going, and we've always been really pleased with the kind staff, lovely environment and great activities. They've been great with my daughter's food intolerance. We always
recommend them to friends and are so pleased we picked Royston Day Nursery!

My eldest daughter (now in school) and my son (still attending nursery) both started at Royston Day Nursery from three months old. I've been dropping them off, picking them up, and seeing the rooms during handover every working day for the last seven years!
They both loved it there and settled in
really quickly. My daughter made loads of friends. My son had to deal with Covid-19, and when everything shut, the nursery was really accommodating and flexible and handled the pandemic in a fair way. They were really good at re-settling my son when he returned to the nursery.
I like how each room has lots of things for the children to do and teach them numbers and phonics, and they've really upgraded the outdoor spaces. The staff and management team are all wonderful people. They recently changed ownership, and the only annoyance was the switch away from the popular app to a log, which has fewer updates and photos of what's happening each day, but it's not a big issue.

Our daughter has been at Royston Day Nursery for three days per week for approximately eight months now. The staff and facilities have been excellent for her. Her appointed key person is caring, attentive and organised. It's all we could ask for as our daughter really enjoys her time there.

My daughter currently goes here. She started in January 2018 and has been enjoying it since. The staff are very sweet and kind to her and she is always happy to go. Even on days when she isn't happy, they always send me an update or picture to show she is feeling better.
They were really great over
the Covid pandemic and have ensured that the kids were safe but still felt comfortable. They put together good safety measures and let us all know in a timely manner.
My daughter has loved being there at pre-school. She comes back and tells me all about the things she has learnt and done today.
Her teachers are so friendly and give feedback on how her day went.
They are welcoming and friendly, have been very fortunate to have such a wonderful start to her learning journey.

My daughter has been attending Royston Day Nursery for the last two and a half years and I couldn't have asked for a better setting for her.
The staff in each room as well as the management truly care about her and the way my daughter speaks about them, even at home, really shows how wonderful they
are and how great the setting is.
I always recommend Royston Day Nursery to friends when I know they are looking for somewhere for their children as I honestly think they are all wonderful.

Our two sons started in January having been at another nursery (in London) previously and we are really pleased with everything about the nursery.
The manager was very accommodating and helpful when planning their settling in and was happy to answer all our questions. When they started my eldest
son settled in quickly and made friends with the other children and the staff immediately. My younger son took a couple of weeks to adjust but all the staff did everything to help him and he is now very happy there.
There are improvements being made to the building and garden at present and it will be fabulous when it’s finished. The staff all seem committed to making it a happy and positive environment for the children as well as themselves. At the end of each day my boys tell me they’ve had fun and I really appreciate the detailed overview the staff give of their days. I’m particularly pleased with how my eldest has developed since joining and would definitely recommend it
