We couldn't be more delighted with our experience. The staff's energy and professionalism has been outstanding, playing a vital form in shaping our daughter's development and self confidence. From the initial transition from breast feeding, the staff provided invaluable support with bottle feeds. They demonstrated genuine care and dedication with the smallest details like applying rash cream. We were amazed by her rapid development. The tidy-up-song has even become a 'hit' at home. We (parents) consistently appreciated the quality of care and development monitoring. Daily drop off and pick-up updates, along with monthly reports and photos kept us well informed. Staff promptness in addressing issues and support with at-home parenting challenges are greatly appreciated. The spacious outdoor area is a bonus for our active daughter. It is no surprise this branch has won so many awards: They truly deserve them. We wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons Englefield Green to any parent looking for a nurturing engaging and supportive environment.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool from July 2022 to August 2024 and we feel so grateful for our experience at this nursery. The team are wonderful and it's clear, from the way my daughter responds, how much love and care has gone into looking after her each day. The team has created a nurturing environment to allow the children to grow and truly be themselves, really bringing out their personalities and learning all their quirks. They have a variety of activities and learning opportunities, both indoor and in the lovely outdoor spaces, but our favourite has to be the book and feelings vote each morning which has become a little ritual for us at drop-off. The management has changed over the years but the most recent team have been the best yet - they are approachable, very engaged with the children but also facilitating lovely events that parents can be involved with. We would recommend this nursery to anyone considering it for their child.

I am thrilled to share our wonderful experience with Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool. My son absolutely loves his time there and it has been a joy to watch him thrive in such a supportive environment. Really fantastic nursery! We started here this summer. The settling process here is great and my son has transitioned well to being here. The team are all really lovely, they do lots of fun activities with the babies every day. It's a very welcoming environment!

My daughter joined a couple of months ago and I cannot give the staff enough credit for all that they do. She has settled in so well and loves it at nursery more than being at home. Her development over the last two months has been incredible and we have really benefited from all the learnings. The staff are so friendly and engaging, they really go above and beyond for the children. I completely trust them to look after my daughter and know she is safe and will have a fantastic time.

My little boy has been with Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool since May and I have nothing but incredible things to say about it, we had a rough start with my little one not wanting to go after being on holiday and his eating and drinking was minimal but since we talked to the nursery, we devised a plan and now he eats the nursery out of food and drinks perfectly! Since the start of nursery, we have seen him flourish and that's all thanks to Bright Horizons.

Wonderful nursery with fantastic employees who genuinely care for all the kids. There are plenty of activities going on with a lot of variety. There is also a lot of engagement with parents and attempts to involve you in your child's progress, learning and development. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. We have twins at the nursery and previously had another child at the nursery from a baby through to preschool. Our experience has been very good. The staff are always available to discuss how our children are doing. We are very happy with the care, learning opportunities and safety at the nursery. Some staff took a lot of interest in our older child, helping him to grow in confidence and making sure he was happy and felt safe and enjoyed his time. In my view, the nursery has improved significantly in the last couple of years with more investment in the facilities and more stable staffing. We are very satisfied.

The place is fantastic for our child, having attended from six months. The staff are very friendly, very approachable and the facilities and opportunities provided have clearly benefitted their development. I would recommend.

We are very happy with the Bright Horizons Englefield Green nursery. Our daughter is on the shy side - she tends to feel overwhelmed in a room with many kids (or adults), yet she really loves going to the nursery. She always comes up to the staff for cuddles and I feel very comfortable leaving her there for the full day. The staff are caring and professional, they engage the kids in tons of activities every day and know all their quirks. We particularly like (1) lots of green space (the path to the nursery takes you through the trees; there are three gardens - two in the front and one in the back so that you can stay in the sun or shade depending on the weather) (2) yummy food (the food is cooked onsite, there is a diverse menu and even snacks are healthy options like fruit, vegetable sticks, and yogurt.) (3) smooth running of the nursery (being part of Bright Horizons they can source staff replacements at a short notice, which was especially important during Covid).

My son has attended this nursery since he was 11 months old, and will soon be turning 4. We have been incredibly happy with the care and support he's had at his time with Bright Horizons and can say the service has only improved over time. We have got to know staff from the baby room to the preschool and have always felt that they have encouraged his development and confidence and bonded strongly with our son. All the staff have been very communicative about his achievements, daily activities and have let us know when issues have arisen. The building is clean and comfortable, and with recent redecoration and refurnishing the rooms look really lovely. Every room has outdoor space with lots of fun things to play with. The nursery also holds seasonal parties that parents are invited to, where the children perform and get to dress up and celebrate. We would recommend this nursery to anyone and can honestly say it will be a big wrench when it's time for our son to move on to school.

The nursery is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and nature. The outdoor spaces are big, tidy and with plenty of play equipment to entertain the various interests of children. Through the app I can see what my child has eaten and done throughout the day, along with pictures. Staff go out of their way to provide excellent and tailored support to their families, all within a caring, nurturing environment. We feel very lucky to have found this nursery.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery since she was 1 year old. She is now 2 and a half and she absolutely loves her nursery. As a parent, I trust the nursery to look after my child more than anywhere/anyone else. All staff members are excellent, especially since the new management took over, I can see a positive change and improvement within the nursery. The lady in charge of the kitchen is so kind and motherly towards the children, she always makes sure the dietary requirements are met for each child. The nursery is very clean, lots of interesting toys and activities. My daughter’s development has been phenomenal, thanks to the nursery staff, especially the baby room and toddlers room that she’s attended so far. They have beautiful gardens designated to each room where children can play and enjoy each other’s company and activities according to their age group. Every morning all staff welcomes us with a smile. Thank you for making it a safe place.

My son has been at Bright Horizons for two years and has really enjoyed his time there. The manager and staff create a safe and organised learning environment and I've always felt comfortable leaving my child. The children's needs are met to help them settle in and flourish. The staff are caring and take the time to get to know the children as individuals. They provide a wide variety of activities that are fun, messy, sporty, creative, as well as reading, writing etc. The rooms are colourful and pleasant and there's lots of outdoor space with trees and grass within a very private setting. Communication with parents has always been good, especially during the challenging period of Covid-19. My son is about to leave to go to school and we'll both be sad to say goodbye to all his friends and staff. His time at Bright Horizons has been a really happy experience and prepared him for his next step.
