I have just dropped off my youngest for his last day at Leaps and Bounds nursery, and now is the right time to share my experience. Both of my boys have been there since age one, and over five years they've grown so much - learning letters, numbers, social skills, and how to be kind friends. When my eldest struggled with potty training, the staff stepped in and had him nappy-free within a week! Every pick-up came with lovely chats about the day's activities - always varied and fun. The nursery made the transition to school smooth and positive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. They care deeply, and I've always felt complete trust in their warmth and professionalism. A huge thank you to all the amazing team who helped shape our boys into confident little people ready for their next step.

Both of our children have attended Leaps and Bounds since they were 9 months old, and now our youngest is preparing to leave for school. Over the years, we've had a genuinely positive experience with the nursery and feel confident recommending it to others. We went through the challenges of the pandemic together, and although there were occasional staffing changes, the nursery always did its best to manage these quickly and professionally. The current nursery manager has been a fantastic presence-approachable, proactive, and responsible for some excellent improvements to the setting. The key staff have all been consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on each child's development and individual strengths. It's clear they care deeply about what they do. The only limitation we've experienced is the small outdoor space, but the team makes a real effort to take the children out on walks and park visits whenever possible.

Everyone on the team in every room is so attentive - to the point our kids look forward to spending time with their favourite keyworker. The team go out of their way to do fun events for the kids and help them learn as well as keeping us updated on their progress. With so many tickboxes and things to keep track of, it can be a challenge for any nursery but the team at leaps and bounds do an amazing job.

We have now had two children go through the leaps and bounds nursery. Both have always felt happy and supported in that environment. It's clear the staff there go above and beyond to help them and care about the children. My one star being removed is a general concern re private equity firms and nursery ownership, and what this can mean for staff and children. That being said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to local parents.

Both our children love Leaps and Bounds nursery. Our eldest daughter struggled with settling and her key workers from baby - preschool were fantastic in settling her. If we have any questions or concerns the nursery is very quick to answer and appease. We always recommend Leaps and Bounds when other local parents ask us where to go.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 6 months old, and they have been amazing every step of the way. I will be sad to leave all the wonderful people that worked there that have helped to shape my daughter's life The nursery threw an end of term fete for all of the school leavers and it was such a lovely gesture, with so many fun activities for them all to do and was such a special way to bring her time to a close there. They went out of their way to make it a fun and memorable experience

The leavers party at leaps and bounds was such a big effort from all the staff involved. Every member of staff made the effort to come in on their day off. And we really appreciate it. Big shout out to one staff member in particular in the pre school room who has such a strong and caring relationship with my son. I'm sad that my son will be leaving you guys this year

The staff at Leaps and Bounds are excellent, they put a lot of effort into engaging activities with the children and our son always had a great time. The facilities are brilliant and the toddler room has direct access onto the garden with the doors open in the summer months. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Leaps and Bounds and thank the staff for their brilliant care and friendly nature!

We have been extremely happy with Leaps and Bounds. Our son has been in L&B since July 2023 and is now in the Toddler room. We always get thorough updates from the team each day, hear about the variety of activities he has been involved with, and get brilliant advice from them whether it be development stages (e.g. potty training) or encouragement of key behaviours (e.g. kind hands). Our son is really happy and often doesn't want to come home as he's having so much fun when we pick him up.

My son has been at leaps and bounds since he was 14 months old and will soon be leaving for school. He has grown into a kind, caring and confident person with the support of the amazing staff and the great facilities. The variety of activities is brilliant from being creative to learning and some trips to the local park in pre school. The biggest asset to the nursery are the staff, they are absolutely fantastic and a credit to the profession.

Both my daughters attended Leaps and Bounds nursery and I am grateful for all the care they have received over the years. The staff members were always friendly,polite and professional. My daughters were always happy to go to the nursery and spend time with their friends and room practitioners.

Both of our children have been through Leaps & Bounds, and through that time there have been a lot of changes. The nursery is currently at its strongest, with good management, fantastic practitioners and a great format and set up for the children. I can't speak for all the rooms anymore, though I know the practitioners in the other rooms and know they are great, but the pre-school room is the most organised it has ever been. We're very happy with the support and activities our young one has access to in that room. I have recommend Leaps & Bounds to friends, and still do to this day. Well done team!

I have had two nieces attend this setting in the last 3 years and they both have had great experiences. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and have taken amazing care of both girls. The baby room is great and take great care when settling children into the environment. They are helpful and go above and beyond for each individual child and their families. I feel delighted to have had such a positive experience!

My children have attended Leaps and Bounds since 2018 with my youngest now in the pre school room. The nursery is excellent and is going from strength to strength. The staff are fantastic, giving so much attention, love and support to the children. It is lovely to have seen my children grow and develop through their early years. The management of the nursery is no doubt challenging but the managers are excellent. They are responsive, welcoming and willing to support as much as they can. It really is a lovely nursery.

We love leaps and bounds. The staff are wonderful with the children and the setup is inclusive and inviting. Both our children love it there. The children have both learned loads: academically, physically and emotionally.

Leaps and Bounds has nurtured and cared for all three of our boys since 2020 and we are so grateful for their care, genuine kindness and flexibility. Preschool was such a fun time for the older boys, and the little one going through babies is delighted to arrive on his days there. The little trips they organise, the outdoor games, the imaginative use of the tuff trays and play set ups, and the cleanliness is really second to none. The atmosphere is healthy, happy and really kind between the children and any issues are dealt with calmly and respectfully. The care workers know him so well, are so delighted by all his progress and see to his needs in a respectful and intelligent way. We are so grateful for all Leaps has done for our boys.

My son has been at Leaps & Bounds for 7 months and we all love it there. The staff are so caring and friendly. We wanted to change our days just before he started and the manager was able to accommodate at short notice. Our son has settled in so well and we couldn't recommend the nursery enough.

Good nursery with great staff. Only downside is small outside space but everything else is great. My daughter is loving her time there and was made to feel very welcome when she joined from another nursery. Always seems to be lots of activities going on.

The leavers party at leaps and bounds was such a big effort from all the staff involved. Every member of staff made the effort to come in on their day off. And we really appreciate it.
