I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery. We have moved twice since our elder son who has just left attended, and our only criterion for where to move to was that it had to be within commuting distance of Busy Bees West Byfleet. Our elder son loved his time here from beginning to end - the staff are caring, attentive, and gently educate the children in an impressive way. The Centre Director is excellent and always has time for parents if they have specific queries or want a quick meeting. They made a huge contribution to our son's development, and now his younger brother is enjoying the same experience. Second to none :)

We couldn't be happier with the nursery and the care our daughters receive here. From the very first day, the staff have been welcoming, nurturing, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. The team go above and beyond to create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment. The activities are creative and varied - from arts and crafts to outdoor play - and it's clear how much thought goes into support learning through play. Communication with parents is excellent. We always feel informed and reassured about our children's progress, daily routines, and special moments. It's wonderful to see how excited our daughters are each morning to go in, and how much they talk at home about the friends they've made and the fun things they've done. Would definitely recommend this nursery!

We've been with Busy Bees since our boys were just 1 and 3, and it's been such a wonderful experience. One of our sons is now in preschool there absolutely loves going every day. The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. As parents, we couldn't be happier with the level of care, communication, and support we've received. It's such a relief knowing our kids are in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where they are thriving. We highly recommend Busy Bees West Byfleet to any family looking for a fantastic nursery

Our daughter loves Busy Bees and has thrived since she has been there. She has attended since she was 11 months old and has been in every room. The staff all make a great effort to know the children and get the best out of them. My child has surprised me numerous times with her knowledge of a range of subjects, all which she has learned at the nursery. She really embraces the themed weeks and will come home knowing the words to the stories. She has made loads of friends since she has been there and is very happy.

All 3 of my boys have gone to Busy Bees since they were 9 months old and we really cannot fault them at all! Currently, I have one child in younger babies and one in pre-school but we have had experience with all 4 rooms with my eldest son and again the quality of care in each of these was excellent. The staff are friendly, caring and accommodating with all the children's needs and my boys absolutely love them. It truly feels as though they care for my boys as if they were their own children, which puts me straight at ease as I know they are in good hands when I drop them off each morning. The Centre Director has always responded quickly to emails and has always been accommodating with any changes/questions I might have in terms of funding or extra sessions. Our children love going to nursery, are in great hands and they learn so much and experience new activities every day - we really couldn't be happier with our choice of Busy Bees, West Byfleet and would definitely recommend it.

I have been really impressed with the childcare I have received from this nursery. My son has been attending this nursery since he was 9 months old and I love much he has learnt. The staff are so friendly and down to earth. I know straight away if there are any concerns and they always make time to speak to me and my partner if we have any questions. My son loves attending this nursery and always has a massive smile on his face going in the morning. I would recommend highly looking at having your child at this nursery. It has a home from home feeling.

Our daughter started at the nursery when she was just 11 months old, and now, 9 months later, we couldn't be happier with how she's settled in. Despite only attending twice a week, we've seen such a noticeable boost in her confidence and development - a true testament to the incredible team here. The staff are hands-on, nurturing, and consistently accommodating to both our daughter's needs and any requests we've had as parents. Communication is excellent - they're always quick to respond to emails and keep us well-informed with updates, which gives us great peace of mind. The facilities themselves are also fantastic: clean, safe, and clearly well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the environment hygienic and welcoming for the children every single day. We feel so lucky to have found such a supportive and professional nursery. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive space for our little one to thrive!

My son has been attending busy bees for the last 10 months. We have had a great experience with the team - as a young baby he had a prolonged settling in period but everyone supported him and me so well and he now is so happy and coming on leaps and bounds. His eating has also progressed well and tries lots of things. I am always able to book extra sessions and the team are very helpful with my changing schedule. My son loves the staff there and is always playing happily when I pick him up! Thanks all!

My daughter is thriving at Busy Bees in West Byfleet. She started in February 2024 in Younger Babies, and has moved through Older Babies and now into the Toddler room. All the rooms are staffed by caring and attentive people who greet happily at the door, give regular updates throughout the day on the app, and provide a thorough handover at the end of the day. The centre director gives us excellent guidance for accessing the funded hours, and my daughter's key-workers developed a brilliant rapport with her.

Both our boys have attended Busy Bees and loved it. They have built strong bonds with their key workers who have been so caring and affectionate towards them. The staff take the children outside as much as they can and carry out fun and educational activities throughout the day. They often update the app and is really useful to see what they've eaten and when they've slept etc. Busy Bees has been a huge part of our boys' lives so far and they've been really happy there.

My son has been at Busy Bees, West Byfleet since he was 9 months old, he has just turned 3 and we still could not be happier with our choice. The staff at Busy Bees are second to none- they demonstrate care and compassion on a genuine level, you get the sense that they really know your child well and care about their wellbeing. We have been supported through every transition (teething, napping, speech and even potty training) with staff communicating well. My son has absolutely flourished in their care, he loves going to nursery- always keen to run in and to tell us about what he has been up to. We are so grateful to the team, they do a fantastic job.

Finding the right nursery for our four-year-old daughter was crucial. From day one at Busy Bees in West Byfleet, we knew we'd found somewhere special. The nursery centre director and her team are exceptional - they create an environment where my daughter thrives daily. The team brilliantly transforms everyday activities into learning opportunities. My daughter's vocabulary and social skills have developed remarkably here. The facilities are bright, clean and thoughtfully designed, with an outdoor area she particularly loves exploring. Communication is excellent, with staff always making time for proper handovers and sharing updates about my daughter's day. I head to work with complete peace of mind, knowing she's in capable hands. I couldn't recommend the fantastic team more highly to local families seeking exceptional childcare.

My second daughter is now at preschool in Busy Bees having moved through the rooms like her sister did previously. The team are very caring and supportive, finding ways to help little ones settle and stimulating them with activities. My daughter is not the easiest character but the team have been helpful in terms of dealing with this and providing strategies for us to use at home. Very happy with the management in place. We've been very happy with Busy Bees West Byfleet from the start. Our daughter has gone there now for over 2 years and she loves it there. She has gained abundance of confidence and friends during her time there. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and never make us feel like we're asking stupid questions. Would really recommend this nursery for any child.

We have been with Busy Bees West Byfleet since January 2022 and have absolutely loved it. Both our boys have attended during this time and as a family we have had a fantastic experience. The staff are brilliant, warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and our boys have absolutely thrived! As new parents we've been talked through the development phases and been supported throughout their progress and time there. From younger babies through to pre-school we have been really impressed and have felt so much love and warmth towards our family and our boys. First experience of dropping off your baby to someone else's care is always an emotional one but the team were so comforting and reassuring, we couldn't have asked for a better nursery. The centre is always immaculately clean each day, and the food the kids eat is brilliant. The kids eat so well throughout the day. They do lots of fun games and activities throughout the week, with plenty of themed days linked to calendar events.

I couldn’t be happier with Busy Bee's West Byfleet. The staff are so kind and caring, they all know my daughter, even those in different rooms. They have been so reassuring to both me and my daughter whenever my daughter is having a wobbly day and doesn't want to go in, but she always has the best day and is so happy and excited to tell me what she has been up to at pick-up time.

My nearly 3 year old really enjoys going to nursery here. He gets plenty of outdoor and messy play and the staff love him. He's been going there since he was one and as he's progressed through the classes we've seen him develop socially as well as with his general learning. Since new management has been in place we've been kept much more up-to-date with what's happening, have more opportunities for parents evenings and general communication has just really improved. Staff have been supportive and attentive in helping manage his asthma and get in touch if they have any concerns. I'll be sending my younger child in the Autumn and would recommend it to others too. My only criticism is the cost as I know it's more expensive than others in the area - would love to be able to afford more sessions!

We have two children at Busy Bees, West Byfleet and rate the nursery very highly. Our youngest is in the baby room and is extremely well cared for and nurtured. The staff were all so supportive during her settling in period and they genuinely care about her and us as a family. Our eldest is in preschool and experiences the same level of care but is encouraged to be more independent, which is great for him. He learns so much there and is being well prepared for the school environment. The facilities at the nursery are great, particularly the garden and surrounding grounds.
