My son attended Bright horizons from 2022 to 2025 when he left to attend school. He had such a positive experience and loved going in to see his friends and his teachers everyday. He gained so much confidence and his language grew rapidly. Even now he's at school, he still talks about his teachers
from nursery all the time, especially Katy from pre school, who had a big impact on him. My daughter has now been attending Bright horizons for the past 3 months. From day one, she has always had a smile on her face at drop off and pick up. It's always lovely to see photos of the activities they get up to during the day. Julie, Lilianne & Tazmin have been wonderful, as have the rest of the teachers in baby room. The food variety is also great and it's so nice to see how much they actually eat whilst there. Keeley and Amy have also been great as management, sorting any queries quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Bright horizons Carshalton to anyone with young children. Thank you team!

My little girl has been going to Bright Horizons Carlshalton for roughly 3 months. All the staff members are supportive of individual needs and are very sweet. This has really helped with the settling process. My little one looks forward to going to the nursery in the morning and is happy over
there.

We are so happy to have our child at this nursery. They were very accommodating when we needed a place last minute. Everyone was so welcoming and our daughter settled in really quickly. She loves going to nursery and we almost never have tears at drop off. Thank you so much.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Carshalton since he was a baby, and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The nursery is always clean, well-organised, and truly a step above others in the area.
The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, creating a nurturing
environment where children feel safe and cared for. A special mention goes to the wonderful team in the 2-3 room - Laura, Anita, and Lilly are absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond every day, and it shows in the way the children adore them. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine love for what they do have made such a positive difference in my son's development and confidence.
I am so grateful for the amazing team at Bright Horizons Carshalton. Thank you for looking after my little one so beautifully!

My child has been in the nursery for 8 months and I can't fault the level of care provided both in the baby room and now the toddler room. The team really know my child well and I can see when he arrives in the morning that he feels comfortable and is happy to go to them. The observations on the app
have lots of detail and photos and my son eats better at nursery than he does at home!

My baby has been at the nursery for about 6 weeks now and has settled in really well. The staff are really lovely and welcoming. She rarely cries when I leave her now which makes me feel less bad about leaving her as I know she is happy to be there. I was worried about her sleeping as she isn't the
best sleeper at home but the staff work their magic and she has a good nap every day. The app is really good to keep updated with what's happening throughly the day.

The Carshalton Bright Horizons nursery has exceeded all expectations from settling to looking after our son. Staff are professional, experienced and very emotionally aware of the child and also parent needs. They try as much as possible to keep you updated throughout the day so you have peace of
mind that your child is in good hands. We can also see our son's attachment to the staff there which only shows the care they give to all children. This is no easy job at all and a good nursery wouldn't be good without the dedicated, emotionally aware staff. I could mention the food and the facilities (which are also pretty good) but they wouldn't mean anything without these superwomen looking after our son. Thank you Carshalton Bright Horizons, we will keep on sweetening your days with some brownies because you deserve it!

My daughter loves it there! She's so young and still stays all day and is very happy when I pick her up.
The staff are very friendly, very warm with the babies and always have a smile for my daughter when we drop her off.
We are very happy with this nursery! Congratulations to all the staff for

I would like to say a big thank you to the preschool teachers at Bright Horizons
Carshalton branch. Two staff members in particular have been very supportive to my son, who had a speech delay. They were willing to help him with his speech with help of a speech therapist. Now my son has been very
vocal and has been offered a place in a private school. I would like to say a big thank you to the management team. The manager always makes you feel welcome anything I picked my son from school. Overall staff are brilliant.

The nursery has been great for both our daughter and us. When moving with a toddler and struggling to find a nursery, the management and staff were very helpful. Within a week, my daughter decided she wouldn't wear nappies anymore, even if we were working on potty training for a while. She really
felt empowered. She loves going there, playing, having stories, discovering about nature, etc.

My son has been going for three years and loves the numerous friends he has made and the staff who look after him. The staff are so lovely, kind and attentive and really care for the kids. He talks about them and his friends all the time.

Great nursery and staff. The staff are very friendly from reception to the rooms. They form great relationships with the children. Lovely food for kids and facilities. The app is great and allows parents to view pictures and daily activities.

My son has attended the nursery for the last two years. He has now started pre-school. He has thrived and learnt a great deal including colours and numbers. The staff are caring and the nursery is well equipped to keep kids entertained and engaged.

The staff are very friendly and very attentive to my daughter's needs.
The staff have all been amazing, especially five particular members of staff.

Amazing nursery. Welcoming from all the staff, also lovely to see they all know my son's name, even if he is not in their class. My son loves going to nursery. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for my son. Highly recommended.

My daughter started with Bright Horizons in late August and has taken around 8 weeks to settle in, the staff have all been brilliant with her and supporting her settle, I am very pleased with how the nursery staff have been with my daughter.
At the end of each day the staff always fill me in with
how she has been and what she has been up to, all this info is also available on their app so I can also stay up to date throughout the day as well.
The Nursery is very clean, food menu choice has a wide variety. Overall I am very happy with my daughter being at the Nursery.

Lovely friendly staff who have been very understanding with our daughter as she has taken a while to settle. Nice bright rooms and plenty of activities on offer to keep the children occupied. The nursery is effective at keeping parents up to date throughout the day, I love seeing the little updates
on what she's eaten and pictures of her playing.
