My daughter is always so excited to go into nursery. The staff are so welcoming and kind. Nursery is always clean and has lots of activities set up for the children every morning! The staff take the children out to the local shops, park and on trips to the beach, on the tram. My daughter has made
some lovely friends there and speak about the staff all the time. The app keeps you well informed about everything. Any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

My little boy goes here and the staff are all amazing you can see how great they are with all the kids, my little boy is coming along great and they support from the staff is amazing they always inform you on everything and keep you updated.. my little boy is always so happy and excited to go in the
morning.. I feel I made the right decision on picking this nursery and the staff all made it so easy , knowing my little boy is in great hands puts my mind at rest while I am at work.

The staff have been great with my child. They were the 1st to notice that he possibly suffered from autism, they put all the necessary procedures in place for him and have gone above and beyond with his care. Don't know where we'd be without them.

My daughter loves going to nursery and from day 1 we have always felt reassured. The staff and managers are always accommodating and on the ball. They always listen and take the time to talk to us and update us on my daughter's progress. I feel very confident when my daughter is at nursery as I know
she is in the hands of great staff! Thank you to you all, you do a fantastic job and it's noticed and appreciated!

My two boys attend this nursery and it has been amazing to see how much their confidence and development has grown. The staff are supportive of our needs, prompt at resolving any issues and no problem is too much. My boys enjoy the messy play and their amazing outdoor facilities as well as going on
day trips/walks.

The nursery is always clean, well organised and ready for the children to have a great day.
The area manager and nursery manager have been so supportive and helpful with our son and handled any concerns we have had. We really appreciate all your support - thank you.

My child came to this setting after being at another for 3 years. The distance they have come in such a short amount of time is a testament to the staff at this setting. Not only in development, but in social skills and confidence. It is always a worry not being with your child, but I feel nothing
but ease whilst they are here.

The staff are great with my little boy, he settled in so well when he first started (which hasn't happened in the past).
He loves his toys there, meals, whoever is looking after him, they take the children out, which I love, the kids are happy. If you have a request, they are happy to try. The
courtesy calls are great and the safe guarding, even getting in the building is strong, which is great to see. 8/10

I Cannot thank the staff at Anchorsholme Kids Planet enough, especially three staff members in particular. They are amazing with my daughter she adores them all. and they have helped to encourage my daughter to gain confidence, all of the staff are very knowledgeable and they help to foster a good
environment to help and prepare the children to learn.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Kids Planet Anchorsholme. When she first started, she was very tearful and upset when going. The baby room worked really hard with her and she absolutely adores coming to nursery now. She can't wait to get in! She is always busy and happy when she is there. The
team are so caring and loving and I know that my little girl is safe. She has come on leaps and bounds in the 3 months she has been attending and has learnt so many new skills.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our baby enjoys the trips out of nursery and the use of outdoor space when the weather allows.

After facing a price increase at my child's first nursery and being let down by another we contacted Kids Planet Anchorsholme where her brother attended. Don't know why we didn't come here in the first place. Easy to enrol, great facilities and my child fitted right in. Love it.

My child is currently in Tots and is really happy. He chats all about the ladies and tells me about his day with his friends. I'm really happy with how he has come on and he really loves coming to nursery. I'm really happy with the updates on the app and the photos sent, my child is happy, so I'm
happy.

Overall brilliant nursery. I have two children who attend and they both love it. Teachers show great care and know my children well.

My child has developed lots over the last few weeks at nursery. He is very happy at nursery and looks forward to going in. He is always happy to see the staff and his friends. His speech and knowledge have really come on.
