Absolutely love the nursery, the ladies that work here are fantastic, go the extra mile for my children and have really helped my youngest feel comfortable when he was taking a very long time to settle in. My youngest is in the baby room and my eldest is in the preschool room. All of the staff are
friendly, approachable and have helped us as a family (me included) with some big life changes. Concerns or queries are answered straight away, my children love going to nursery and that's a credit to the staff.

Twizzle Tops is a wonderful nursery, and I feel completely at ease leaving my son here. The care and environment are so reassuring that I've already signed up my unborn child as well - I wouldn't want my children anywhere else.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, and it's especially refreshing to
have a visible manager who actively communicates with parents, something you don't always see.

We were very anxious about using a day nursery, but we needed to. Twizzletops were very receptive to us and really supported us during the settling which was extended as needed. My son therefore actually settled on the longer days so easily. The support for this was one of the reasons we chose here,
there wasn't a set settling time that different children with different needs may not conform to. It reassured us about how supportive and understanding the nursery is overall. We loved the spacious rooms, amazing resources and mix of age groups, especially for our son who doesn't have siblings. We do receive lovely updates about what he is achieving based on topic themes and that's lovely to read. Our son is very happy attending and always has a lovely day. Communication is always very good. We appreciate all the care you and the team give to our son, it is greatly appreciated. He loves attending Twizzletops and is getting great new experiences with you. Thank you!

The manager and the staff are amazing and have helped my son come out of his shell. He has made friends and likes to tell me who he's played with. He's always happy when I pick him up and as he's usually covered in food I know he's eaten well. The staff have done well to keep the service going
throughout the pandemic too. This is the perfect place for the nursery, especially as my son loves being outdoors.

My daughter recently joined Twizzle Tops in January after attending another setting. The whole team have made her feel at home, we had as many settling in sessions as we felt she needed, it took a while for her to settle but all the staff went above and beyond to put my mind at rest and get my
daughter settled in. She loves attending nursery and going out on adventures. We are always informed at pick up what they have been up to and how she’s been. She always comes out smiling and talking about her day. Nothing is ever too much, would highly recommend it.

My son has attended Twizzle Tops for 1 year with 1-1 support as he has Autism. In the beginning, he was very weary and reluctant to be away from me for long and not confident in busy places. Over his time there and with new strategies, he has built up brilliant relationships with staff, increased
his session times and recently happily got taken along on outside walks which he previously wouldn't do. He really enjoys the nursery and gets excited to go.

My son has been at Twizzle Tops since November 2021 and my only regret is that I didn't put him in there earlier. The staff have been absolutely amazing and he has developed such lovely relationships with them all, particularly his one to one person. They all truly care about him and his wellbeing
and happiness. Everyone is so happy to see him when he arrives in the morning and I know he is happy, loved and really well cared for whilst I am not with him. My son has SEN and the support they have provided with his EHCP and school place has made me feel like I am not alone in this process and has been a weight off my shoulders. I cannot thank the manager and SENCO enough for the support they have given to me. They have always managed to make me laugh no matter how stressful the process has been. I cannot recommend the nursery enough. They have been amazing with my little boy and he has thrived, since he started. They truly care about all the children at the nursery.

We enrolled our son at Twizzle Tops, the Wat Tyler nursery. We saw the place once and knew we wanted our little boy in there. The staff are fantastic, they are enthusiastic about looking after your child, they want to get involved with everything from their learning to their potty training. The team
have even asked what kind of stuff they want to be covered in their curriculum. The kids go through forest walks on a regular basis too and they have a music entertainer come in once a week who the kids love. The team will work with you on everything, they helped us with enrolment, extra learning and even a pick-up schedule. I’d love to give a bit of a shout out to our son's two key workers and he always talks about them. This isn’t a slight on the rest of the team. The manager has hired a great group of people.

I would highly recommend this nursery! My son found it really hard to settle into Pre -School as it was a tricky time and the staff were so patient and supportive. He now loves going and has learnt so much and I love hearing about his day! You can tell the staff put all into what they do through the
well thought out activities and relationships with children. They always greet you with a smile and nothing is too much a bother to ask them. Thank you all at Pre-School room Twizzle Tops!

My son has been going to this nursery for 1.5 years. The staff are amazing, professional and friendly! He's always chatting away about his what he gets up to at nursery. Would highly recommend sending your little ones to Twizzle Tots.

I could not imagine our little boy going anywhere else. Even when I pester them with continuous emails and requests for help with extra days because I'm so unorganised, no email is ever a bother! Our little boy strives at Twizzletops. He loves all of the lovely staff who are incredibly attentive and
supportive in all aspects of their job and he has come on developmentally in leaps and bounds. The walks around the woods were definitely a factor for us when we chose Twizzletops, but it's everything else that they do for the children that has sold it for us for our little boy and any future children we have.

My son has been attending since October 2021 after moving him from a previous nursery. From the moment we took a tour, we fell in love with the nursery and the people that work there. They are all so caring and clearly love the children. My son is flourishing in their care and settled in very
quickly. He has additional needs and the manager could honestly not do more for us. She has ensured he has a one to one for his session and the kids have access to a lovely sensory area and sensory sessions with a nearby centre. They cater for my son's food allergies amazingly well and he has a lovely choice of food each session. Overall, I could not rate them as a nursery more!

Twizzle Tops and it's wonderful staff have made my daughter's Monday and Tuesday amazing. She's gained confidence and lots of friends that she talks about all the time. Has learnt so much about nature and various other subjects and surprises us with new songs and words frequently. Would highly

Couldn’t be happier leaving my son here, he always has fun and smiles on arrival and departure from this beautiful nursery. The staff always seem so happy to be at work and always so excited to see us and our boy when we arrive. He is always fed to a high standard with plenty of fruit and
vegetables, he never comes home hungry, he always comes home clean and he always comes home happy. The building itself feels secure, it’s out of the way enough that anything suspicious would stand out which is super reassuring! I don’t think I could fault the nursery if I tried, you get what you pay for, and what you get is peace of mind and a happy bubba!

My son has gained a lot of wonderful confidence with sharing and adventure since going to Twizzle Tops. He loves going on nature walks with the staff and has a lot of support with all his needs. The staff all seem to enjoy their jobs which are reflected in the happiness of all the children. I highly

Like all parents, you want the best for your children, and Twizzle Tops Basildon provides this in abundance. Our daughter has been at the nursery since she was one. She was a shy girl and very clingy, but with the help and guidance from all her teachers, her confidence has blossomed. Yes, we still
have the clingy days, but we know she has the time of life at the nursery. A special mention to all who have been our daughter's key workers through the years and helped her flourish. Also, a great big thank you to the manager for driving her team to be the best in what they do.

My daughter has come on leaps and bounds with this nursery. My son will definitely be attending when he’s old enough. The help she has had to develop to who she is now has meant she has grown completely and that’s all thanks to the staff, who are all so lovely and helpful.

My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon since she was one years old. I have always been overwhelmed with the staff members knowledge, care and understanding. My daughter suffers sadly with lot's of allergies and conditions but the team here have been amazing with her. They
have created a specialist care plan, work with me constantly to ensure that my daughter has an array of food from the fantastic menu and also support me as a parent when I have difficult days. My daughters key person is so lovely and treats my daughter like her own. I often collect her and she is having a cuddle with her and shows a genuine interest in her learning, care and achievements. This nursery deserves a medal, they truly are amazing. It is very clear that they are there for your child and you as a family, in which I truly also feel a part of. Well done Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon.

Wonderful nursery and the new setting is going to make the fabulous nursery even more amazing by taking the great learning they already do outside as well. What better setting can you ask for as a parent than being in the surrounding of a country park. As a parent of a child who went to the other

My boy joined the nursery 2-years ago. He went in a shy boy, and when it came time for him to move onto big school, he was confident and outgoing, this was because of the staff at Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon. The staff took time out for him and myself. I want to say a big thank you to the
