Luca started in June when he was only corrected 6 months as he was 12 weeks premature. I was so worried about being away from him and trusting other people with his needs but I couldn't have asked for a better team to look after my son. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting and loves nursery. He loves all his teachers and I have so much trust in them which makes sending him so much easier. They are great at updating the app so I know everything that has happened that day and they make sure to give us a courtesy call if any little accidents or changes happen. The nursery is always clean and tidy and they always have age appropriate activities, Luca is always interacting with them which tells me they are always thinking of all age groups!!

Me and my husband couldn't be happier with the staff at Kids Planet Bricknell Avenue. Our daughter loves nursery and we feel that she is coming along and developing so well, with the help of the nursery staff. Our daughter has an additional need, in the form of hearing loss and hearing aids, which we were extremely nervous about when she started attending over a year ago. However the staff have been amazing with this. They have been willing to learn how to use the aids, and are great at communicating with Emilia including using sign language. I can tell by the updates on the app that our daughter takes part in a variety of activities which is reassuring that she is always learning new things, and I am really happy with the setting especially after the rebrand and revamp. I am also happy with the variety of foods that our daughter is offered. Overall very happy and grateful to the staff at Kids Planet.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for welcoming my boy with such open arms on his first taster session. I really didn't expect when I came to collect him, that I would see him eating a jacket potato with all the other children..it made me very emotional! It was wonderful to see. Everyone is lovely and kind and it was very reassuring leaving him in a setting where I know he will be well looked after. I came away feeling so confident that we've made the right choice for his nursery setting. Thank you also to the one member of staff for the pictures/observation and to you all for taking the time to answer my questions.

My son started at the nursery when he was 10 months old. He has settled in very well from day 1! The staff are absolutely amazing! So lovely and welcoming. Honestly my son has not once gone into nursery crying. He toddles in with a smile. I feel so lucky to have got him into this nursery! Really happy with the care and the support. I would always recommend this nursery!

My daughter has gone to this nursery now for a little while and she always has the best time. The app is updated regularly and I check it all the time from work which is very useful/reassuring. The staff are friendly and polite and my little girl knows them all on a first name basis and always speaks highly of everyone. I travel for work sometimes and the nursery accommodated for that too. Honestly couldn't ask for better. My daughter has never had any issues and always seems excited to go!
