We are extremely grateful for this nursery and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of care provided. Shivani, the nursery manager is extremely kind, helpful and understanding. She truly did her best to accommodate our schedule and support our family. Gaelle, the manager of the baby room is
wonderful, very caring and highly professional. Her team is also lovely and dedicated. We completely trusted them, and we could see our daughter was genuinely happy there. The staff quickly understood what our daughter enjoys and immediately offered her activities she loves, such as playing with bubbles. It was clear they pay close attention to her. The nursery feels fresh and welcoming. We highly recommend this nursery!

Outstanding nursery, amazing staff and even better since the renovation!.. My son is 2 next week and has come such a long way in a year at the nursery. Thank you, guys, for making my son feel like he is at home..

Amazing nursery for our daughter, the manager and her team are very friendly, helpful and caring both to us as parents but more so to the children. Have seen massive improvements in the nursery since we joined, and very happy we chose Monkey Puzzle.

Lovely nursery, super caring staff. My baby is still settling in but I've hugely appreciated how supportive and flexible everyone has been - from rocking him to sleep, to always letting me know if he's unsettled. Excellent communication - every member of staff I've encountered clearly cares about
the children, creating a lovely nurturing environment. My baby has built strong bonds with his carers and I trust he's in very good hands!

Very friendly staff and very accommodating of our ever-changing schedule. The kids always seem to be having a brilliant time and given how much our child eats at the nursery, the food must be better than at home.

We are truly grateful for the wonderful care and support the nursery has provided for our child over more than 1.5 year. Potty training was tough at first, but the patient and compassionate staff was always there to encourage him, leading to noticeable progress in recent months. We've noticed
significiant improvements over the last six months thanks to the updated equipment and the stability of the staff. It's clear that the nursery is commited to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for the children. Our son has thrived, forming friendships and enjoying his days. We recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring environment for little ones.

Overall, we are happy with the service provided by the nursery. We appreciate how well they managed our son's integration, especially as it was a little difficult in the beginning. It's clear to see that he is progressing well, which is very reassuring. The staff is lovely and I see the children are
well looked after and look happy.
One area where we would appreciate some improvement is in the communication about the activities and the learning program. It would be helpful to have more detailed information on what the children are doing and how these activities support their development.

We've had a great experience with Monkey Puzzle!
Our daughter started nursery 18 months ago in the Baby Room and recently moved up to the Toddler Room - both teams have provided amazing care and attention, and it's clear how much they genuinely enjoy working with the children. The activities are
creative and thoughtfully planned, and we really appreciate the regular updates and photos to see what the children get up to each day.
The management team is also very friendly and accommodating, and has massively improved its staff retention since beginning of the year which has made a big difference.
Thank you to the entire Monkey Puzzle team for the amazing care and support you provide to our children every day!

My feedback is with regards to the Babies room which my son attended between April 2024 and July 2025 (when turning 2) - the room leader and all the staff are absolutely brilliant and made my son feel very at ease and happy to go to nursery every day. They offer great activities, respect the
routine, the room is great (and finally equipped with air con for hot days) and the outdoor space is amazing. With regards to management, they have a wonderful manager who communicates openly and runs the setting very smoothly. Whilst she is on mat leave her management team have stepped in and doing an excellent job. Finally, the Monkey Puzzle nurseries management team are highly qualified and lovely to be dealing with. I can only recommend the nursery for all babies to be taken care of.

My son started nursery in January at 11 months old just as he had started to crawl. We (me in particular) were very nervous about sending him to nursery because he had always been with either me, his father or grandparents. It was a real struggle for the first few months especially as he was
regularly ill with chest infections and colds but the nursery staff were absolutely phenomenal and put my mind to rest on the first day.
From our settling in day to now, I have seen a huge change in my son, becoming more social with other children and more confident. He absolutely adores his key worker and is getting comfortable with others in the nursery each day too. Today was the first day I had no tears at handover from him and it just shows how he is well looked after and thought of at the nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle West Kensington. The staff and management team are brilliant, the warmest and friendliest people who make drop off and pick up such a delight each day. They are diligent, keep us updated the right amount and we feel very confident with their care and safe
guarding. Our daughter attends 5 days a week and comes home each day full of smiles. Since starting in the baby room, we've been impressed with her development, new skills learnt each day, and the supportiveness of the staff with the babies (thank you). It is a very happy nursery and we're so pleased that we chose it after such careful consideration of so many others - we would highly, highly recommend!

We have both our children at Monkey Puzzle West Kensington and it has been great! The staff are wonderful, and the place has such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrive for drop-offs-with the warmest of welcomes-to the afternoon pick-ups, it's an excellent experience. Both kids
absolutely love it there, and all the guidance and attention they receive really shows in their development. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking for a daytime home for their little ones.

My daughter started in Nov 2024. She is developing well and improving her language, skills and confidence. All staff members including management team are excellent and well trained, easy to reach. Overall I am very happy that my daughter started in Monkey Puzzle day nursery.

My son attends this nursery, as did his sister before him. The current staff are wonderful, striking a good balance of being warm and loving with clear boundaries on behaviour. My son's development is coming on in leaps and bounds, with better socialisation and ability to play as a group than peers
we meet in the playground. Communication by the nursery with us on key issues is great, and I feel very well supported with our current endeavour to potty train. The space is light and airy, with two outside areas for outdoor play and there are engaging activities set up every morning when I drop my son off.

My three-year-old daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle West Kensington for over a year and we are very happy with her progress. She always comes home very happy and full of stories about her friends and the interesting things she has been doing. The updates through the app are great as they
give a great insight into her day and we can chat about it with her in the evening. The staff are always friendly and communicative with us the parents and they are so caring and gentle with the children. Our son is joining the baby's room in January which is lovely and bright full of fun things to play with so we're very happy about the fun days ahead he will have there.

Monkey Puzzle West Kensington Nursery has recently added new staff and it has made a huge difference to the experience of sending our child to nursery. Handover at the end of the day are thoughtful and thorough, updates on the app are detailed and show that planning reflects the children's'
interests. We now receive warm welcomes on arrival which encourages our child to enter the nursery confidently and independently. We really are pleased with the changes being made to the building too - the gardens are much more suited to the age group and seeing artwork on the walls is a lovely addition.

My daughter has been in the nursery for 2 years from the baby stage to pre-school. She loves the setting, the teachers and the experience and has developed so much over the last two years.
The team and management have been so supportive and managed the nursery so well through tough times.

cannot recommend this nursery enough.
