As a parent of a four-year-old girl, I've been genuinely delighted with our experience at this nursery. The outdoor space is one of its greatest strengths - it's spacious, engaging, and encourages children to explore and connect with nature every day. My daughter especially loves the forest school
sessions, which have helped her grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. She always comes home excited to share what she's learned.
The meals are another real positive. They're nutritious, varied, and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind that she's eating well and trying new foods in a supportive environment. It's been wonderful to see her develop healthier habits.

Choosing a nursery is a big decision, and we genuinely couldn't have picked better.
Both of our kids have gone here, which says everything. From day one it's felt warm, welcoming and safe. The team really care and take the time to understand each child, which makes such a difference.
They've
supported us at every stage, most recently with potty training, which they handled with real patience and reassurance.
The kids have loads of fun, come home full of stories, and you can see how much their confidence grows.
Communication is great, and you always feel like your child is in safe hands.
It's more than just a nursery, it feels like a proper community.
We feel really lucky to be part of it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Both of my children have attended Norfolk House Nursery, so we have been part of the NHN family for 6 years now. It truly is a family, with staff treating children and parents with unconditional care and support.
They have always been so kind and caring towards our children, always going the extra
mile to make our children happy. We have been able to approach staff freely for assistance or guidance and they will always help!
We feel confident sending our children to Norfolk House and we trust they are happy and progressing in this setting. So much so that my now 7 year old always wants to go back and see the staff.

My Son started at this nursery in September 2024 and I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made. The progress he has made and the young boy that he is developing into is all down to the wonderful staff and environment at Norfolk House Nursery.
The site is always clean and a very good
range of foods are given to the children. The range of activities and learning skills are vast and diverse, there is something to suit all. The staff are friendly and always approachable and attentive to every need. Management are fantastic and happy to listen and solve any queries promptly. As a parent I do not feel any nervousness or worry about leaving my child in the care of this nursery. I highly recommend this nursery to all parents wishing to send their children to nursery

I have had 3 children all who have attended NHN over the span of the last 10 years and my last is due to leave very soon and i can say hand on heart i'm going to miss all the staff who have looked after my children like they were there own. NHN is like a family and they truly care about each
individual child catering towards there individual needs. They go above and beyond constantly and i love the fact that staff are always celebrated for their amazing work. NHN has given me peace of mind. Education through play has also played a massive part on ensuring my boys have been ahead at school.

Feel like I don't need to say much other than it is totally brilliant! Our daughter is so well looked after, often for very long days thanks to the extended hours and absolutely thrives attending Norfolk House Nursery! The staff go above and beyond, she eats really well there and particularly enjoys
the extra activities of ballet, rhythm time and forest school. She often asks for her favourite members of staff at home and is very chatty about what a great day she's had with her friends. You will have no regrets choosing this nursery, we are so pleased we did, it is first class!

Such a fantastic nursery. All of the staff are so friendly. Our son settled in so quickly and has genuinely bonded with his carers. Fabulous outdoor space and we also love the fact they arrange day trips out for the kids. Would definitely recommend!

Norfolk House Nursery is an outstanding provider of care for our daughter (21 months old). Our older daughter also attended from baby room all the way through pre school and both the facilities and staff are first class. The team genuinely care for the children and every time I leave my daughter
there, I know she is going to be safe, happy and nurtured by attentive, well trained people. She also eats really well (sometimes better than she does at home!)from a great menu. The activities are brilliant - including baby sensory and ballet through well vetted external providers and the garden and forest school is a massive plus that you don't get at every childcare provider

Our little one has been at the nursery since he was one years old, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. He settled in quickly, thanks to the caring and supportive staff who went above and beyond to help him feel comfortable.
He absolutely loves the toddler room. The team there are
fantastic - they really take the time to understand what the children are interested in and plan activities around those interests. Forest School and rhythm time are definite highlights for him.
The food is another big plus. The menu is varied and nutritious, and he regularly comes home having tried new foods.

My son has attended NHN since he was 8 months old and he absolutely loves nursery! All the staff are so caring and loving towards him and they make the nursery feel like home. We appreciate all the staff and nothing is ever too much for them. All the activities are well thought through and the

I couldn't be happier with the choice made to send my son to Norfolk House. He joined the nursery last September in the preschool room and the progress he has made in such a short space of time has been amazing to see. From the beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring and attentive. They
have created such a warm and nurturing environment for all children and my son is always excited to go in each day showing how comfortable and content he feels there. The preschool staff do an amazing job balancing both learning and play and I have noticed a huge boost in my son's confidence, independence and communication skills. He always has a new story to share about his friends and constantly refers to his teachers as his bestfriends. Communication with staff has always been good and I love the fact that extra activities such as football and rhythm time are available which my child also enjoys. Overall, I am very pleased with the nursery and grateful for the team.
