My daughter has been attending this nursery for over a year, having started in the baby room and progressing to the toddler room.
She was supported wonderfully to settle into the nursery and through room transition.
Staff are excellent, really caring and attentive to my child's needs.
She comes
home happy and bouncy. The menus are great and she eats a brought range of foods. She does so many different craft activities, has made some wonderful friendships and we as parents couldn't be happier.

Both children attended the setting and really enjoyed their time here, they were always happy being dropped off and always engaged in play on pick up.
The staff are always very friendly and provide a clean setting with lots of play activities.
Highly recommended.

great team, smiling, dedicated to their work and always ready to help. It has contributed a lot to my son's development and self-confidence. He is happy and walks with great enthusiasm every morning.

My daughter has been at the nursery for a year and a half and is so so happy there. All the staff love her and she loves them and is always so excited to go to nursery in the morning.
She has come on leaps and bounds since going to nursery and although she is a be try chatty toddler, something I
have noticed recently is that at the end of her nursery days her speech is even better!!!! She tells us all about her day at nursery and it is always constant fun!
She has made an adorable group of friends who she talks about all the time and I feel very safe and comfortable knowing she's with staff that she gets on with so well.

Wonderful nursery with staff who really care. Our daughter has been settled from her first day here and she loves her time here. The staff use the app well to communicate throughout the day and always update with naps, meals and happies. Would highly recommend!

Staff are welcoming and happy on drop off's. .
they have balanced meals and regular nappy changes. He always runs to staff in rooms and they are very happy to cuddle him and make him feel safe.
My only negative feedback is sometimes staff are reluctant to engage with you at pick up, you need to
try and flag someone down to ask how your child's day has been. I also feel they don't have enough vocational activities, my child often misses out on seeing animals or group activities as they aren't on certain days.

After my son being at a previous nursery and it being an awful experience I was apprehensive and anxious to say the least!
I needn't of worried the staff are all great, they have helped my son settle in immediately and he's happy and so is mummy!

My wife and I are very happy with our daughters preschool. Staff are very friendly and our daughter always looks forward to seeing the staff, which says a lot. We would recommend the nursery/preschool to friends and family.

My daughter started in the baby room in October 2025 and my wife and I have been nothing but impressed with the care, compassion and genuine enthusiasm given by the staff daily.
My daughter was unsettled at drop off times, but is now happy to go to her key person who supports her with so much care
and attention.
I love the updates I get through the app which let me know what shes been up too and reassure us first time parents that she's happy in her nursery environment!

A great nursery and lovely team of staff. We started our daughter there just after she turned one and she's loved it. They provide great updates throughout the day and we've seen her development come on loads with her picking up many new songs, words and games from her time there. We will be sending
our second child (due this year) there when the time comes! I don't have experience of any other nurseries, but as someone who was quite worried about it all, I can highly recommend this one!
Just brace yourself.. the games they play with the kids are hands on! So muddy, glittery, colourful clothes on return are a frequent occurrence! She loves it!

My daughters attended Soundwell since she was around 9 months old, overall a very good nursery, children have access to lots of different activities and outdoor space, observations need to be a lot more on point and actually done, food appears to be a very good selection, always informed if
something has happened with in nursery grounds, activities could be more to do, I understand the nursery's had a make over but appears all "colour" has gone from the rooms

My child loves going to nursery and smiles when he sees the staff in the morning. He is happy to be left there. The only negative is the food updates on the app. They are usually completely different to reality. When I pick my son up I'm told he ate nothing when the app said he ate it all.

Following a bad experience at another nursery, I enrolled my son at Kiddi Caru Soundwell and have not looked back. The staff make a conscious effort to get to know all of the children they work with and take particular interest in their development. They are more than happy to take and collaborate
on any wants and needs I request and are incredibly helpful for advising any 'next steps' for my boy. Although unable to talk yet, my boy comes home evidently buzzing every day (and occasionally covered in the evidence of how much of a good day he has had). Additionally, meals are varied and nutritious (a weening menu is also available). Overall Kiddi Caru Soundwell is warm and welcoming for children and adults alike.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming to both of my children at Kiddi Caru. The team go above and beyond to suit the needs to each child. With a lovely environment for the children to learn and play.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My child had gone to a previous nursery before this one but did not settle and was really unhappy there. I was recommended this nursery and my child has never been happier. She has made great relationships with the staff and they are all so friendly and
welcoming. I think the manager is fantastic and I have seen how much the children of all different age groups run up to her and give her hugs with excitement. Every day there are different activities set up in the room for the children to explore and there are always staff interacting with the children. Each age group have their own garden with a good amount of space. Overall, a great nursery run by great management/staff.

This is an amazing nursery, I've trusted them with two of my children and would send every child I had to them, the manager and her team are truly amazing.

We love Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Soundwell. My little one has thrived there. The staff are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and caring, and I never feel rushed with pick-ups/drop-offs.
The manager is brilliant, very responsive and helpful and I feel supported when looking for
advice or making decisions about childcare.
There is a free-flow system outdoors (weather permitting) which my girl loves. The menu is varied and all meals/nappy changes/meds are logged on the app.
Sometimes I wish more photos were uploaded but I understand they need to be checked first and also there are many children!

My child loves going to the nursery. All the staff is always great. Actually, I love going to the nursery as well. The nursery is clean and there are a lot of toys but again the masterpiece is the staff. Thanks a lot.

The staff kept me up to date fully with my son's progress. Excellent handovers daily and the staff always so kind and friendly. My son was happy to be there where he struggled in his previous nursery daily so it was a relief I could leave him and go to work with the worry if he was happy.

In the first days of the nursery, my child did not enjoy going because he did not know the environment, but after the commitment of the staff and the activities, he felt good, and is more interested in things, like singing, painting, trying to spell numbers and the alphabet.
