Nothing but positive experiences from baby class to now in pre school.
Caring and friendly staff from management to class teachers to the chef.
She has had a solid start to her education, we couldn't be more pleased that we chose Bright horizons for her nursery.

Since my daughter started nursery here, she loves it so much. The staff is really nice and friendly and always know how to get my daughter to easily join in with others every morning i drop her off. They are always professional and keep the kids entertained with daily tasks and activities. I would
definitely recommend them if looking for a great nursery/ preschool.

We could not recommend any better nursery than Bright Horizons Dorking. Our son joined the nursery in July 2025 when he was 8 months old. The team made us feel welcome and assured that he would be well looked after and cared for. It's really interesting getting updates from the team about the
different activities he got up too and all the different types of food he'd eaten. It's such a relief knowing his needs are being taken care off by such an amazing team of people.

We've been with bright horizons dorking since Nov 2022 when our daughter turned 9 months old. We've had such a great experience - the staff, the facilities and the care and patience which our daughter has gotten is excellent. We would highly recommend it here! Our daughter really took to one of the
caretakers here and we feel our daughter is safe and taken care of here. :)

I honestly can not recommend BH enough, from their activities to naturing the children. I am very grateful that my son is well taken care of, also the fact that I don't have to think about breakfast in the morning or nappies.

We cannot fault the care given to our son at Dorking Bright Horizons, there really aren't the words to say what they have done for our family. From accepting both our sons into the nursery at short notice (after us moving to the area and knowing no one!) to adapting to the additional needs of our
youngest, who has just graduated.
The staff were so accommodating of our son's needs, willing to learn new skills to make his stays at nursery and pre-school as comfortable as possible and to prepare him for starting school. As well as taking the time to learn about his conditions, so they could share that knowledge with new starters/
They were all so supportive when we initiated additional care conversations with his prospective primary school too, and worked with school staff to provide a seamless handover.
I can't stress how pivotal Bright Horizons' staff have been to our son's development and it was a joy watching him grow over his years there. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend!

We can not fault the care shown at this nursery to help our child develop. They have been with them since just before turning one and are now in the pre-school class. The activities are carefully thought through and they take on board the current interests of the children to make their learning
experience more fun and relevant.
Our second will be joining soon - we wouldn't have chosen anywhere else.

Both our children currently attend Bright Horizons and both are very happy there and look forward to their nursery days. The staff are always professional and caring and they are well supported and nurtured. We have been very happy with the facilities and learning programme and the regular photos
and updates uploaded onto the app are a really good feature. We would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery.

This nursery is lovely! The staff are very professional, whilst being friendly and approachable. My granddaughter is really happy here - which is the most important thing. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble.

All of the staff at Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool are so kind and so friendly. My daughter really loves her nursery teachers. They are very supportive when the children struggle to say goodbye to parents in the morning, which is a comfort to everyone! I love the fact that all the
staff know all the children, including the nursery manager, it feels like they are all really invested in the children's care. The range of activities they do with the children is fantastic and the outdoor space is lovely.

Great nursery - really caring staff that have helped my daughter adjust beautifully! Also love the meal varieties and the app as well. Photos are frequently posted giving you peace of mind as a parent during the day.

My granddaughter is so happy here. Comes in happily each day. She has grown in confidence and independence. The staff really understand her likes and needs. She loves playing in the garden and this happens frequently.

We are happy to have such wonderful and caring staff looking after our child. Fun and educational activities are arranged throughout the day and there is plenty of space for the children to play in. We are kept updated with all that has gone on during the day via the app and at pick up, including
reports on their developmental progress.

Both my daughters have attended Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool and I have always felt confident leaving them in the capable hands of the caring and attentive staff. There have been a few changes over the last year with respect to staff but this has been managed professionally and
with the children in mind. My daughter has always loved going and there are always creative learning activities as well as lots of outdoor time. The app is great for communication and keeping up with her activities and development.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other parents.

Lots of lovely staff members who seem genuinely interested in the children and their families. My child seems to come home having had a fun day, playing with the friends they've made there and learning new things.
Lovely learning experiences for my child, doing things she wouldn't ordinarily do at
home which is what makes it fun and exciting.
Children are encouraged to eat a good range of food throughout the day.
Good communication through the use of the app to inform us about our child's day.

My son really enjoys going to nursery. He’s currently moving rooms from babies to the 2-3s room, the process has been really great with settling in sessions and communication from the key workers. My son has enjoyed the babies room (started when he was 10 months) and his key worker is amazing, so
caring and he gets so excited to see her. The app is great for tracking what my son has been up to, I can see meals, nappy changes etc. At pick-up, his key worker has time to talk with me about his day and what he’s been up to. I'm very happy with the nursery and I highly recommend to others.

My 2 1/2year old has been attending since she was 18 months old and absolutely loves coming to nursery she is always talking about the staff in the nursery and always has a good day. The staff have been amazing and very supportive with potty training and getting rid of her dummy. The app the nursery
has is great, photos of her day are uploaded throughout the day and we can see how long she has slept and what/how much food she has eaten, you also get to see the progress of their development through the app by being able to look at observations and reports. Management are able to be contacted easily through the app and is great at adding my child in for an extra session if I need extra childcare. The staff care for my child is amazing and I know she is well looked after and loved at the nursery which has made me as a first-time mum feel very happy and confident dropping her off every week without any worries.
