Amazing nursery with staff who actually care, amazing food where my daughter quite often has 2 or 3 bowls and she's always so happy to be going into nursery and has her favourite staff members which they give her love whenever she is upset and they know her so well
They also care so much in the baby
room to get parents to bring things into the nursery to help give them more activities like wood for making roads and hills for the cars to go along

My child has been attending Cherrytrees Melrose for a few months and seems to love every day they spend there. We were recommended the nursery by other parents. Right from the start of the application process the staff have been beyond helpful. They showed us around and talked us through everything
our child would experience. They answer email queries promptly. There were some tears when my child first started to attend, but the staff are so warm and lovely it was soon all smiles and excitement at drop-off. Big smiles at pickup too, which I always take to be a good thing.
The regular app updates are wonderful for keeping up to speed with the sort of day your child has had.
The chef onsite does a great job at feeding them too, my child often comes home looking like they've eaten well.

Staff are excellent so friendly and good with my child. Manager is lovely and approachable: lots of outdoor space which is great. Good activities undertaken. However, I feel sometimes the food is not nutritious e.g. sausages, quorn etc. Also several times a month it is soup. Which I feel is not
substantial enough. Also ham is not healthy - (contains nitrites). very important to give children the best - starting out in life.

My son has been attending Cherrytrees Nursery (baby & beanie room) for the past 12 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and approachable, and always keep me well informed. The setting itself is well laid out, with lots for children to do both indoors and outdoors. The menu
choices are healthy, and they cater well for allergies. I have no doubt that my son is well looked after and is in safe hands whilst he is at Cherrytrees Nursery.
