My daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet West End - she skips in every morning! The range of enriching activities they offer goes far beyond anything I could organise at home. One of the things I love most is how much time the children spend outdoors during the warmer months. She's also enjoyed
trips to the beach, the park, a local nursing home, and even had the incredible experience of seeing a member of the royal family during his visit!
As an only child, being around other children has been amazing for her social development. The nursery also help by dropping her off and picking her up from her primary school's nursery class, which has made my life as a working mum so much easier.
Every member of staff is friendly, supportive and genuinely caring. Molly, the manager, is really accommodating and approachable, and parents get daily updates on what the kids have been up to via the app. I have already recommended the nursery to my friends, and will continue to do so!

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very first visit, it felt like such a warm, welcoming place where children can truly thrive. The atmosphere is always cheerful and calm, and you can tell the children feel safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door.
One of the
biggest strengths of the nursery is the management team, the manager Molly is so kind and approachable, They are incredibly organised, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Communication is excellent, we're always kept up to date with what the children are doing and how they're getting on. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and thoughtfully, which gives real peace of mind.
Couldn't recommend this nursery more!

A brilliant nursery with strong leadership and dedicated staff throughout all rooms. The activities are fantastic and our child especially loves the outdoor adventures! My child eats all meals provided and finds them very delicious, would recommend to any parent.

A wonderful nursery with great management and really nurturing staff. The activities are engaging and they spend lots of time outside, which our child absolutely loves. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts both parents and
children at ease. The team clearly takes the time to get to know each child as an individual, supporting their confidence, independence, and development in a thoughtful and caring way.

Been taking my little boy to this nursery since he was 6 months old. He loves coming here and the staff are really good with him. He can be very shy and he often walks off hand in hand with the aunties to go play. Highly recommend.

The Aunties have shown happiness, kindness and understanding towards my child. I trust he is in good hands and feel comfortable to leave him even when he's upset to be dropped off at nursery, he always has a good experience and is smiling by the time I collect him.

Lovely nursery with kind, caring and nurturing staff. Great environment for children as the toys aren't overstimulating. Very child led and free flow which is great to see. My little one settled so quickly as the staff were just amazing with him - you can tell every single member of the team cares
so much about every child. Lovely outdoor space too!

Both my boys go to west end and love it they are always so happy when I pick them up all the staff are so amazing friendly caring and go above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this nursery most of my friends sent their kids also and are very happy. It's so lovely how much the staff really care

My daughter aged 2 started at nursery in October and the staff have been so amazing at supporting her and me to settle in! She had a few emotional weeks but each day the staff had her happy and engaged in play within minutes of me leaving. Aunty Emily and Aunty Sarah especially have given my
daughter so much care and loving attention. All the staff have been so kind and made her nursery mornings fun. My daughter is now skipping into nursery and wants to stay when I pick her up! A total success!

My little one started in March 2025 when he was 15months old, he took around 5/6 weeks to settle fully as it wasn't used to that environment, he absolutely loves it. The staff are always lovely, keep you up to date on the app with nappy changes, food, naps & activities. I highly recommend this
nursery to others.

My baby has been coming here since he was 6 months old - he's now 18 months, and he absolutely loves it! The girls are all so friendly, and he definitely has his favourites who look after him
The staff are always planning fun, engaging activities for the babies, and they often take them outdoors
for walks, which my little one really enjoys. He also loves playing in the garden - it's one of his favourite things to do!

We've had such a wonderful experience with kids planet.From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, caring, and attentive. They were well informed and assisted greatly in getting funding. They've created a safe and nurturing environment.
The activities are thoughtfully planned and help
support learning and development in such a fun, engaging way. It's been amazing to see how much my child has grown in confidence and skills since starting- especially the filling up his own breakfast bowl.
We're truly grateful to the team for the love and dedication they show every day. It's such a relief to know our child is happy.

We love this nursery, the staff are so friendly, they give us regular updates and always reassure us when needed. My child loves all of the staff and children, and comes home so happy. They have a huge garden and lovely play area, regular activities and they go on outdoor visits to the beach and
park. The food and snacks are healthy and my child enjoys it. I really recommend this nursery, I feel very trusting in the staff there and I know my child is happy. I know if my child was ever upset they would let us know straight away so it reassures us as parents.

As a first-time mum, leaving my baby for the first time was incredibly daunting, but as a working mum, it had to be done. After researching several nurseries, I'm so glad I chose Springfield Nursery West End. The entire team is amazing and truly your best supporters, but I have to give a special
mention to the two ladies who have been absolutely incredible with my little girl and with me. Their care and attention have made balancing work and motherhood just that little bit easier. If I had another baby, I would 100% feel confident putting them here. I can't praise them enough!

Amazing nursery with the best staff! All the staff go out of their way to help and support the children. They take on board any feedback regarding changing routines etc to suit individual children. Always willing to take them on trips/walks. Would recommend this nursery to anyone and everyone!
