My son has been going to the nursery for 2 years now and I am so pleased we chose here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They always take time to chat on drop off and pick up and really make parents and children feel at ease. My son loves all the different themed activities each week and
always chats about the staff when he's not there. I would really recommend.

My son has been attending Billingham Day Nursery since he was 4 months old, and my partner and I couldn't have hoped for a more supportive and nurturing environment for him. The staff are proactive, kind and conscientious in their care for my son and communication with us. Particularly, their use of
the app to send pictures and provide updates on my son's wellbeing and development is greatly appreciated. The nursery has shown to prioritise learning through play and often find ways to create connection between home and nursery. The care for my son has been really individualised to him, and there is a real effort to ensure that his development and progress towards key milestones are a focus for staff. The progress he has made whilst in their care has been fantastic to hear about and observe. Leaving our son can be difficult, and the staff at the nursery always make sure to remind us how happy our son has been and share highlights. Thank you all!

I moved my son to Billingham Nursery from a nursery in Middlesbrough due to a house move and was really worried how my son would settle. From the day I went to visit the nursery I knew I wanted my son to go there. All the staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming towards us both. My son absolutely
loves going now and has settled so well, he asks to go everyday which has never happened before. I have definitely made the right decision and have nothing but praise for all the staff. I love hearing about his day and how happy he is there and all the art he brings home.

We have been absolutely delighted with Billingham day nursery for our daughter,
Darcey Leigh.
The staff are incredibly nurturing and patient, creating a truly warm and loving environment. We were nervous about the settling-in period, but the team was flexible and supportive, which made a huge
difference.
Since starting, we've seen amazing progress in her social skills and confidence. She now talks constantly about her friends and the fantastic range of activities they do, from messy play to outdoor exploration.
The communication is excellent-we always get a detailed update on her day, which is very reassuring.
We highly recommend Billingham day nursery
to any parent.

Our 3 year old son has been going to Billingham Children's Day Nursery for the last year and has settled well, building good bonds with many of the nursery team. The nursery staff are great - they know the children well, take time to understand their interests, and give thoughtful updates on how our
son is doing when at nursery. The nursery app is great to keep updated from the staff, and they always offer varied activities along different themes that are educational for the children. I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

My daughter loves going to Billingham Day Nursery. The staff are so lovely and caring, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy being with the children. They always make time to chat with parents, give updates, and share little moments from the day, which really means a lot.
My daughter especially
loves drawing, messy play and lunchtime! There are still the occasional tears at drop-off, but the staff are amazing - so kind and patient, and they always help her settle in quickly.
She's come on so much since starting here, and it's clear she feels happy and safe. Couldn't ask for a nicer nursery!

We started sending our daughter last summer. Our nearest nursery (may I add highly praised and priced, that I heard awful personal reviews of) didn't have space for her until 2026. I've started doing an online dive into what else is there. Found that this and other one are had really good opinions
on the online forums. Decided to test water with two and after stepping into this one I knew that's the space I want my child go to. One member of staff gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. I just wanted my child to be safe and well looked after. And what I got was way beyond. My child can speak and think in two languages so it was important to me she was never looked down on because of that. Teachers were patient with her and now she flourished into most confident little girl. The staff who work there you're all fantastic and I can't thank you enough for your support and love for my little girl. Thank you:)

My daughter has been going since September 2024 and looks forward to her days going. The staff are very understanding that my daughter has CMPA and give alternative foods. Very understanding also that some children can have seperation anxiety and have the patience to deal with this. All round
amazing environment and my daughter has been learning lots and it shows at home also!

Absolutely amazing nursery and hands down the best people to look after your child. So accommodating to every need. Our daughter knows every colour alphabet and numbers to 20. Our daughter learnt how to ride a bike and is such a lovely person being taught life skills all the time. Loving and
compassionate to every challenge I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's like a family away from home.

Our little boy started in January 2025 and absolutely loves it. He has come on leaps and bounds already and he loves the staff, he's so happy to go in on a morning and we feel sure he is well looked after and happy.
They do so many activities with the children and he always comes home covered in
paint or mud is something, which we love because we know he has had a great day. Fabulous nursery!

My daughter transferred from another nursery and settled amazingly. She really took the staff and they were incredible in her potty training.
My daughter often spoke about what she did, but also the workers by name and would be excited to go back and tell them what she's been doing.
I wish we
had moved across to this nursery sooner!

My little girl has been coming to the nursery since she was 2. I was a bit reluctant to send her to any nursery but from day 1 she settled here and loved every session she's attended. This made the transition easier for all of us. We get lots of cute little crafts and beautiful photos of the nursery
adventures she gets up to. The staff are welcoming and always happy to help whether it's giving medication or offering us advice. We will honestly miss taking her there when she goes to primary school it's been a beautiful little adventure and couldn't have picked a better place to start our daughter's next steps into education. Thank you for taking care of her, all the staff are brilliant.

My little boy has been going to Billingham Day Nursery since he was 10 months old. He's loved it from the start and transitioned into each room with no problems. Everyone of the staff is lovely and genuinely cares. He is severely sight impaired and the nursery and staff couldn't have been more
supportive. They have met every one of his needs and more whilst still promoting his independence. He has achieved more than I ever knew he could and it's with the help of the staff and resources. My son loves coming to nursery and always talks about it at home and the things he's done. I would recommend the nursery to anyone looking for genuinely caring and experienced staff within a lovely setting. We are going to be gutted when it's time for him to move on to reception in September!

Our daughter has attended nursery since August, the staff have gone above and beyond to support her and us. We have wrap-around care, as our daughter attends a primary pre-school as well as nursery. The staff have gone out of their way to collect her and fit her lunchtime around her start time with
them. Our daughter had attended a childminder before starting nursery, so was not used to being away from a home environment, the staff took time to settle her and get to know her personality and individual needs, she loves attending. They always have interesting and different activities and the staff take the time to let you know what they have been doing each day.

Our son really smiles when we walk into the nursery and on pick-up, he is always happy playing and usually doesn’t even notice us as he is having so much fun! It’s really great to know that your child is happy and settled somewhere and to have so much trust in a childcare provider. He does lots of
different activities which we get a report on at the end of the day, including the variety of food he has eaten also (which must be nice as he usually ate it all!). Thank you for looking after our son so well.

Best nursery ever. My daughter was a lockdown baby and the staff were incredible. They are so friendly and welcoming and do anything to meet our needs. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds in the last 2 years. She is so clever and such a kindhearted baby with excellent manners, all down to the

All the staff here at the Billingham Childrens Day Nursery are amazing. A particular staff member has been here from the beginning for my child's journey and she has been fantastic. All the staff are great, especially with their daily activities, thank you all, you are amazing.

Staff are very friendly and do their best with the children. My children love attending the nursery. It is peace of mind knowing they are well looked after. Staff do really fun things with the children-they love coming.

My daughter loves coming to nursery on a Friday. She's always excited to come in, she gets up to lots of lovely things. Staff are really friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I would like is more regular photos however the updates have improved a lot over the last month or so.
