Both my boys go to this nursery and the amount of effort all the staff put in is amazing. For Christmas there were parties and photoshoots and my eldest who is in the preschool room had days out including panto. They also did a little Christmas performance for the parents.
My youngest has settled
in so well in the last 6 months and I really feel like they've made a great connection with him.

We couldn't be happier with the care our 10-month-old receives at this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which has made such a difference in helping our child feel safe, settled, and happy. They take the time to understand each child's individual needs and
always communicate clearly and reassuringly with us as parents. It's obvious how much pride they take in their work, and it's comforting to know our baby is being looked after by such a dedicated and nurturing team. We feel very lucky to be part of such a wonderful nursery.

We highly recommend Tynemouth Nursery at Billy Mill. Our little boy has been going since he had just turned one. We viewed so many nurseries but chose Billy Mill as the staff were so welcoming and the setting felt homely and warm. Since being there our little boy has flourished and has become so
sociable which is lovely. The staff have always been so kind and caring and offer a fantastic range of activities and experiences for the children. They work so hard and it definitely shows. My little boy is always so excited to go into nursery to see his friends and the staff which as a mammy makes me confident they are doing a really good job at looking after him.

Couldn't reccomend this nursery enough. All the staff are amazing, my daughter is usually shy to start off with but has an amazing day everytime at nursery. Puts me at ease as a parent knowing she's well looked after and having a fun filled day. Updates on the app throughout the day to be kept
update with pictures. I've got no faults and appreciate everything they do for my child.

We can't thank the staff enough for how much they've helped our childs development and confidence. Our Sons keyworker is excellent and the bond they have is demonstrated by how much he talks about her at home, but he also does with all of the girls in the team and it shows how happy and content he
is with them all. Staff all respond to any concerns quickly and effectively, and we really appreciate the genuine care and affection that is shown. The variation in activities and food is consistently excellent.

My daughter has been at Billy Mill for just over 2 years and has loved her time there! The staff are kind, caring and genuinely so invested in the children. The nursery has a lovely homely feel, they encourage lots of outdoor play, and are always doing a different and fun activity with the kids. I
really cherish that they create an environment where I feel comfortable leaving my little girl.

Absolutely outstanding nursery my daughter had quite a range of health challenges and was on 24 hour oxygen and feeding problems, the staff from kitchen to room staff to management made sure they done all the necessary training and more to be able to take the best care of her they have and are still
going above and beyond for her will forever be grateful to everyone in billymill tynemouth nursery.

My daughter started at two while potty training it took a few months but she got there in the end thanks to Tynemouth nursrey
Her vocabulary has improved
She loves going to nursrey but is leaving in September for big school which she's excited about but will

My son has been going to Billy Mill Nursery for about a year and he has come on leaps and bounds with his development since starting.
The staff are so warm and friendly and always happy to help in any situation.
It's a great nursery and I can't wait for my daughter to start there in the near
future.

What a marvellous setting. Our little girl has been attending for nearly two years now, and she skips through the door every single day. The staff have been incredible - every member of the team knows who our daughter is and takes great care to greet her and make her feel welcome, even when they are
not her primary key worker.
She has been in three of the four rooms, and they have all been fantastic: catering to her needs, encouraging her every day, and filling her time with fun and engaging activities. It is a pleasure to pick her up and see her smiling face, happily playing with the other children.
I couldn't recommend this setting strongly enough - it is truly outstanding.

I am delighted with the transition support Erin has received on moving upstairs with toddlers. Staff are very well equipped to deal with all aspects of the children's sense of dis-equilibrium. The attention that has recently been focused on the physical environment, both indoor + outside, is very
pleasing. The range of evidence of contextually relevant + developmentally appropriate stimuli + experiences makes every day interesting, fun + challenging for Erin. Staff involvement in the charity + Halloween events were a real triumph. Fab to see the effort to be really inclusive.

Since my granddaughter's arrival in Sept '24 she has developed enormously and I believe the Nursery has made a big contribution to this. She is happy, comfortable and confident at nursery, even in times of transition and I think this speaks to the excellent relationships the teams have with the
children.

A fantastic nursery with brilliant staff. My son has been coming along to Billy Mill since he was 9 months old and settled in very quickly, and bonded really well with the staff in his room. All of the staff are lovely, they really take the time to get to know each child and give a little update
about their day via the app and at pick up time. All of the staff are kind and supportive.
The facilities are great, there's a fab selection of toys and resources and a lovely outdoor area, too.
The various activities are great and my son always enjoys his days at nursery.
Everything is really well thought out - from the food menu to the activities and the structure of the day, we really pleased to have chosen this nursery.

I can see from their interactions with other children that they personal and adapt to that child's personal needs. All of the staff are great and the graduation was very emotional. So
