My little boy started nursery in the baby room in January, he has settled in so well and is always so happy to go in. He seems to off made good bonds with staff and is always happy at pick up time. I am regularly updated through out the day of what he has eaten, slept and pictures of what he has
been up too, this is great reassurance to know how happy he is. He eats so well at nursery and there is always a variety of meals everyday. He loves to play outside in the garden and has a big space to explore. Nursery have followed his routine from home due to him still having two naps and nothing is ever to much for the staff. Overall I am very happy with his progress over the last few months.

Writing this brings so many emotions to mind, because Play Away Day Nursery truly feels like a second home to me. It's where both of my children have spent such an important part of their early lives.
Seeing my little one smile at every member of staff reassures me every day that she is in safe,
caring hands-and that feeling means everything. It genuinely makes my days brighter.
The effort the staff put into making each day special for the children is so appreciated. Some of my most treasured moments are the little surprises, like receiving a handmade card from my baby, thoughtfully created with the help of the wonderful team.
In a word, what I see in this nursery is pure love.

Throughout their time at Play Away, both of our children have thoroughly enjoyed themselves and as parents we feel they have been given every opportunity to develop and thrive.
The care and attention given by all of the staff is clear to see and made us feel very reassured that our children were
well looked after. If we ever had a question or query, the staff were welcoming and informative and always made sure that we were kept up to date with the daily activities, feeding schedule etc. Just walking in to the nursery, you can feel that there's a lovely, warm atmosphere and you really do feel part of the nursery 'family'. I would happily recommend Play Away to others and wish the nursery all the success it deserves.

The girls at Playaway are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and I always know my daughter is in safe hands. She has made close bonds with the ladies and have no problems when it comes to handovers. They stick to her home routine and this really helps!

A fantastic nursery that welcomed my kids with open arms when we moved them here from a different setting. My kids got settled in very quickly and the girls were great with them both from day one. My daughter has now left for school but has lovely memories from her time at PlayAway. My son goes in
and sometimes he doesn't even say bye to me as he dives straight in to see his friends. The girls are really lovely and communication is great, nothing is ever a bother. My son eats well at pre-school, they have a good variety of food. Overall, I would recommend PlayAway to everyone! It gives me piece of mind to know my little boy is well looked after and he's a happy boy when he attends pre-school!

My son loves it at PlayAway! There are 2 specific staff that he seems to have really taken to but overall they are all lovely & professional.
The food seems varied & nice, my son seems to like most of it.
The outdoor area is lovely & right next to the stray, it will be fantastic when they can
get out there more in the summer.
The only thing I'd have a comment on is I wish the online portal, things got uploaded straight away & didn't have to wait for authorisation to be posted from the team as I'd love to see what's going on throughout the day as it happens, sometimes it does but sometimes I assume if they're really busy it can be uploaded later in the day or the next day.

Brilliant nursery! My son loves it in babies, the staff are all amazing just as they were when my daughter spent 4 years there. I would recommend it to anyone who is currently looking. As a parent you want to feel that your child is safe and cared for when you leave them and playaways staff have far

My daughter absolutely loves going to PlayAway. The staff are lovely and very helpful. She always leaves with a smile on her face. My daughter has come along so much with going to PlayAway.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to Playaway. Myself and my husband are really happy with how he is looked after, taught lots of new things and fed so well!

My daughter has been going to play away for just over a year she started in Toddlers and has since moved into Preschool, I was apprehensive at first when she moved up but two staff members are just amazing, they made both myself and my daughter feel at ease and she’s thriving more and more everyday.

My little boy (21 months old) is such a picky eater and shy at home. I was very reluctant to send him to any nursery as he doesn’t eat properly and relies on formula. I checked lots of nurseries around my home and work. I like PlayAway's homely environment so I decided to send him for a trial...
just a half day a week.
Since he started going there, I can see a huge difference in him. He is eating solid food more... independently I might add and he is more friendly and approaches everyone to play.
I can’t thank the whole team enough for being such positive changes in him. All the girls have been amazing. Keep up the good work!

The staff at the nursery are all lovely and I feel my son has come along so well even in the short time he has been there. All the staff that take care of him in the baby area have been amazing with him, I know I have nothing to worry about when I leave him with them to go to work and the best part
is seeing the pictures and comments on the app of him enjoying himself while he is there. Both me and his father love seeing those.

A brilliant nursery that helps build on our daughter's excitement to learn new skills, enjoy the outdoors, learn to build friendships and develop key skills such as kindness, compassion, empathy and understanding. The staff are all brilliant and very caring and focused on every child. Always great
in communicating changes in the nursery and it is very useful to have the staff pictures board at the entrance so that we can put names to faces. Thank you.

A fantastic nursery that offers a great range of activities and experiences in a friendly and caring environment. Staff are brilliant and always welcome the children in with a big smile in the morning. Barely get a goodbye at drop off and my little boy often runs back to playing when it's home time.
They do a good range of indoor and outdoor activities, lots of messy play, themed play, singing and reading!

This is a lovely nursery that welcomed my little girl with open arms from day one. The staff are exceptional and focused. I cannot thank and recommend them enough.
They teach and encourage kindness and compassion as well as general knowledge at the preschool level. Facilities are clean, and toys
are diverse and interesting, with an emphasis on pretend play and messy activities.

Very friendly, caring and nurturing nursery. The staff are lovely and look after my daughter very well and she has lots of fun there. Convenient location and has good opening hours. Great that all food, nappies, other supplies etc are included in the monthly fee.

PlayAway is a very kind and caring nursery! They are great with my little boy and I’m very pleased! He’s been going there since October 2022 and has settled in very well.
Each occasion such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's, they do cards, and a theme and he brings home really cute stuff.

My child thoroughly enjoys nursery. The facilities both inside and out allow her to have a wide variety of experiences. The staff are very welcoming and it has a really friendly atmosphere. They know all the children so well. The food is great. My child has a wide variety of things to try. I am kept
up to date with everything the nursery is offering as well.

I have been so impressed with this nursery. My son started in the baby room around eleven months ago and this nursery has completely changed him. He’s gone from a shy little baby who cried when any stranger said hello, to a confident little boy who is loud, cheeky and will speak to anyone! I know
this positive change in him is down to the fantastic staff at this nursery. There are two members of staff who are the best individuals I have ever come across when it comes to working with children. Their friendliness, positive attitude and caring natures are outstanding. It is clear they have strong relationships with my son and he truly loves them. All staff members, including management, are extremely friendly and have all got some relationship with my son despite not being in his room.
This nursery also goes above and beyond with decorating for holidays, making crafts for parents and making things as special as possible for the children. This is my son's home away from home.

Amazing staff and nursery setting! Our daughter loves it and is so happy walking in there every day. The feedback about our daughter we get at the end of every day is so helpful and activities are tailored to each child about their likes and stage of development. Would 100% recommend!
