The nursery provides a varied and interesting day for our son with a good mix of daily activities, plenty of outside play, and ever changing options to aid the skills, learning and development required. They are supportive on those occasions where toddler emotions are heightened, communicate well via the app and on the phone where required, and also provide a balanced and interesting food menu for the children. The structure provided consistently shows in the progress we see our son make from week to week.

My boy absolutely loves coming here, the staff go above and beyond to make him happy. They are very attentive and always keep me in the loop of what he's getting upto via an app! It's great! The meals always sound delicious with regular snacks in-between. I would highly recommend banana moon. The staff are so lovely and they deserve all the recognition possible Kind regards Sherelle

My son has been coming to Mirfield Banana Moon for just over a year and he is doing so well. Straight away I felt comfortable after seeing how the children interacted with the staff. His confidence and speech has come on so much. I feel totally at ease leaving him for the day and always get a full report at the end of day and updates throughout the day. Definitely would recommend :)

I couldn't be happier with the experience my daughter has at this nursery. From the moment she walks through the door (after a quick cuddle), she is joyful, content, and completely herself. The staff have created an environment where children are not only safe and cared for, but truly seen and encouraged to grow into their most confident, curious selves. My daughter is free to explore, discover, and learn at her own pace, and the gentle guidance she receives has helped her blossom! She comes home full of stories, new skills and dance moves, and that wonderful spark that shows she's been allowed to be her true-and beautifully crazy-self all day long. The love and dedication of the team shine through in everything they do. I'm so grateful for the care, creativity, and joy they pour into each day. This nursery is a treasure, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

We are so grateful to Banana Moon for all their ongoing support with our now 2-and-a half year old. They support families' unique needs and dietaries. They were so patient and loving when it took a few weeks for our contact-napping, Velcro baby to be happy at handover, and have often reassured us via messages, and now he runs in happily every morning and sleeps independently. We've recently been through potty training and the support and encouragement the team offered was invaluable- they picked up exactly where we'd left off after getting started at the weekend, and were so proud of his progress. All the staff are friendly and seem to know all the children's names, even those not in their rooms. They genuinely listen when you discuss any challenges and life updates, and even though sometimes we are told he's "been a bit cheeky/not listening as much today", it's done with such kindness, and we appreciate their honesty! Thank you Banana Moon!

I was recommended this nursery by a family friend and I am amazed with the service,care and love each and every one of the staff shows , my son has been thriving in every aspect since starting at this nursery. His speech , things he's learnt , communication overall I would recommend this nursery to every parent , the communication between parents and the nursery is something amazing through emails and an app you can see what your child is doing ,eating , playing etc and I'm so happy I chose Banana moon for my son , thank you to all the wonderful&amazing staff for helping our little ones on the beginning of their journey through life. All three of my children have been to Banana Moon in Mirfield, from when it first opened; it's a wonderful nursery and my children have been really well looked after. The staff are all so lovely and the facilities, especially the outdoor space, are great. Definitely recommend!

My daughter is currently in the baby moons room. The staff are amazing! They are so attentive and have really gotten to know my daughter. She is so comfortable with them and the photo updates throughout the day really make my day seeing how happy and engaged she is with the activities. She currently follows a dairy free/ meat free diet and they always make sure she has a suitable option. Couldn't recommend more!

My son absolutely loves going to nursery at banana moon Mirfield - staff are always so warm and welcoming on hand for a cuddle when he's upset and always coming up with the best activities for them to do throughout the day! Thank you for all your hard work!

Both my daughters have been to Banana Moon Mirfield and cannot fault them one bit. They are amazing at what they do and my children love all the staff. I would recommend them to anyone. My eldest who now goes to school will be using the holiday club which I have also heard amazing things about and no doubt will be as good as the earlier years!

My son has been attending, 5 days per week for the last 3 years. We visited most of the local nurseries and found Banana Moon to be best. Important things first. The children get a selection at breakfast and hot cooked meals for lunch and dinner. I'm often jealous of the menu as I sit eating my sandwich at work. The menu is very varied and the kids love it. He eats almost everything and has not become fussy. The nursery is also very accommodating of dietary choices/requirements. My son loves going to nursery. The activities are fun, varied and educational. There's a fantastic outdoor space, used year round, with equipment and a mud kitchen that the kids love. The nursery also runs regular sports lessons both indoors and out. I've joined one and they're good fun. My son always comes home happy and tired from a day of fun activities. My son has progressed amazingly since being here and we're absolutely convinced this was the best start and preparation for school we could've hoped for.

Great nursery with a great community service. Staff are all really friendly and it feels safe. The nursery set up is ideal, fun and positive which is needed at such a critical stage of development. The age structure is well considered when to stage progression (not just yearly) so more tailored to age according needs. Security and monitoring is great with cameras everywhere. The meals and drinks are lovely. Activities are laid on with a diary of the day kept with feedback and photos. Everything has been set up to handle the children well with their needs at heart. Banana Moon Mirfield go above and beyond for children and parents. They recently hosted a pumpkin painting evening for parents to socialise, get to know each other and have a relaxed evening! It was such a lovely event and I've not heard of any other nurseries do this sort of thing for the families. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming everyday especially the head staff (Victoria, Hayley and Nicole). I am so grateful to the team and everything they do for my child.

Both my boys attend Banana Moon Nursery and I honestly couldn't be happier. My eldest has been going for the past 3 years and he's absolutely thriving, and has become such a curious, smart little boy! The staff have been amazing at encouraging his interests and helping him grow into his own person. Recently, one of my sons had a little accident while he was there, and I was so impressed with how the team handled it. They kept him calm, reassured me straight away, and really showed how much they care about the kids. I'm so excited to watch my youngest flourish the same way his big brother has. Can't thank the Banana Moon team enough - they're honestly the best.

Banana moon has given my niece so much confidence since starting. Every time I collect her she has a different story to tell me of the activities she has done, the food she has eaten and always has a smile on her face. They take time to get to know my niece's likes and dislikes and really make a fuss of the achievements made. Thank you to all the staff who make Banana Moon such a warm welcoming home from home for children.

I can't praise Banana Moon Mirfield more. Our daughter started nursery in January at a very young age (5.5 months). As a first time mother I was obviously anxious at first to leave my child, but all the team made the transition seamless. Our daughter has bonded enormously with the caring staff in the baby room, particularly her key person, and she looks forward to attending everyday with no upset at drop off. All the staff are extremely friendly and keep us up to date throughout the day. They organize varied playtime and sensory activities everyday, including outdoor playtime and sometimes trips out. Whenever I contact the office/accounts team they always respond quickly and provide any information we need. The only constructive feedback I can provide is that information on the app could be improved as sometimes we get informed she has eaten most food on the app but verbally told she hasn't eaten much at pick up. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this nursery to anyone considering!

Since my daughter started she has thrieved in the nursery, we had previous bad experiences in another setting and all the staff always go above and beyond nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all incredible, the activities are well recieved by my daughter and she enjoys a wide variety of food. My daughter loves going to nursery because the whole team and environment is great at Banana moons. They care and do so much with the children that my daughters development and engagement has come on so much for a 2 year old. Lovely nursery that simply couldn't do enough for my child, thank you.

Banana Moon is an amazing nursery since my son has started this nursery he has loved every minute the staff are nice and caring very welcoming. The staff have helped my son settle in from start to finish always keeping me updated throughout the APP. My child is happy and settled and well look after in banana Moon nursery i would highly recommend banana Moon nursery.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Our little boy has been going since he was 9 months old and absolutely loves it. All the staff members are so lovely, welcoming and trustworthy. There are always fun activities set up for the children and lots of encouragement for them to lean and try new things. One thing that for us sets this nursery apart from others is how they go above and beyond. Whether it's a trip to the park or a out of hours bonfire evening, there always thinking of nice things to do for the children
