My little one has loved being a part of the Hilltops family. She has settled into the nursery well and loves to tell us all about her fun day. The team are fantastic and caring. Thank you all x

Hilltops Nursery has been great since my daughter started in pre-school. The team are all so kind and caring and always put so much into all the different activities. My daughter always looks forward to nursery and is always so happy on drop and collection.

Excellent nursery - my little one started at 18 months, and since joining he has thrived. The staff are amazing and look after Zakariyah and always keep me informed. He has progressed so much since joining nursery and I am pleased I joined Hilltops.

Lovely nursery, friendly and caring staff. My children always enjoy their time at Hilltops.

I really would not recommend this nursery. My son aged under 2 attended March-November 25. I removed him in summer & the area manager promised issues would be resolved but things only became worse.
Legal ratios for staff to children are not adhered to, I have witnessed countless times where there
is 1 staff member & 10+ children in the toddler room. There are unknown agency staff in the nursery every day, many are not fluent in English. I witnessed an agency staff member dragging a child by their hood through the hall which was stopped by Casey.
This nursery cannot keep staff & should be looked into, they really aren't doing things as they should be & it's very worrying. The new manager Claire is rude & ignores parents wishes.
I would however like to thank ex staff members Jo & Hannah for their care, always respecting our wishes & trying to address concerns. I would also like to thank Casey, for her care for my son & helping him to settle in to the toddler room so quickly.

Although I appreciate the hard work of staff looking after my grandson, there is a concern about the lack of help and support given for children with SEND needs. My grandson went from being a toddler until he left to go to school. There were concerns early on and my daughter expressed her worries on
numerous occasions were Partou said they would put in extra support but that never materialised.
My daughter was asked to shorten his hours at nursery were other parents were not approached to do the same. My daughter was so upset my husband asked for a meeting and told them this wasn't right as my daughter attends work full time.
I feel this nursery has not prepared my grandson for school and he is now struggling at school.
Why did Partou not address my grandsons needs and get him the support he obviously needed?

Jo has been incredibly welcling of my little boy starting at Hilltops Nursery. Harley has thoroughly enjoyed his first day and has come home full of excitement to return. The planning and curriculum show incredible care and planning from the nursery manager. So far, we are very impressed and are
looking forward to Harley continuing his journey here.

Wonderful nursery that genuinely cares about the child as an individual. Spend any length of time discussing children's needs. Both daughters love coming in and are thriving.

We recently moved our two sons to Hilltops, and I can honestly say it's been one of the best decisions we've made. As any parent knows, changing nurseries can be a big transition, but the staff here made it incredibly smooth and reassuring for both us and the boys.
From the first day, the team
welcomed them with warmth and care, taking time to understand their personalities, interests, and needs. It's clear that the staff genuinely love what they do - their patience, energy, and attention to detail really stand out.
Both of our sons have settled in beautifully and come home every day happy, confident, and our eldest is full of stories about what they've learned and done. We've already seen growth in their communication and independence, which is so encouraging.
The nursery is clean, well-organized, and offers a great balance of structured learning and play. Communication with parents is also excellent.
We're really grateful to have found such a nurturing environment for our children

Hilltops has been the perfect nursery choice for my little boy.
I was so worried about sending him so young but the communication and care has been fantastic. I trust the staff with him 100% and know that he is engaging in lots of activities to aid his development. He has so much fun, the staff
are so nurturing and I know that he is getting a full tummy with good, nutritious food.

I was extremely nervous about leaving my son for the first time. The Nursery manager was extremely patient and followed my son's lead in terms of settling in. On the first visit I knew I wanted to send my son here as the staff in the room was so kind and patient. The resources were lovely and they
had some really unique ideas about how to get a child's voice into the activities that they provide. For example they told me preschool children have a meeting each week and talk about how what they have liked and what they've enjoyed each week. my son took a very long time to settle but there was no rush to start him. I called lots of times to check on him and they sent me lots of pictures too. I would recommend this nursery very much!

After attending a walk around viewing at Hilltops I was elated with what I saw. The location is ideal and the nursery itself is presented so beautifully. The boho inspired decor throughout is so calming, honestly I could move in haha. I was impressed with everything on offer, especially the meal
plans. The fact that everything is home cooked and no microwave on site is such an important feature for myself as a parent. The outside area is large and accommodating for all ages, the bunnies are a super cute addition.
My little girl started attending for her settling in sessions wc 7/7/25. She instantly looked comfortable and had no problem with me leaving her. The staff provide regular updates via the app which I like. My girl has looked so happy each time I've collected her. Today she attended for her first full session and both myself and little girl are happy and comfortable.
Thank you to to the manager and the team for making our experience so far such a pleasant one.

An absolutely fantastic nursery. My children love going and have such a lovely relationship with the staff. The nursery is well managed and I receive regular updates on progress, development and day to day activities for each child.

Hilltops Nursery has been such a wonderful place for my daughter. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive having to leave her so young and the staff put myself at ease straight away. My daughter has flourished and hit so many milestones since starting. The ammount of activities and facilities
arranged and provided is and has always been outstanding. It's such a close-knit nursery and my daughter absolutely loves going every day! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic nursery, staff are very supportive and really go the extra mile. My little girl struggles with separation and staff have taken the time to get to know her and find strategies to support her with this, whilst reassuring me. Outdoor space is excellent and activities offered are varied and
appropriate. My child is thriving since starting at this nursery no complaints or areas for improvement.

Our twin boys have been attending Hilltops for nearly 8 months and they absolutely love it! The staff are very warm and friendly and treat our boys as individuals, in turn this has had a great impact on their development, they are thriving.

Our son started at Hilltops a month ago and we're really happy with the care he is getting. The month before starting at nursery we were offered plenty of settling in sessions which made the transition easier for us all. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and our little boy has already formed
an attachment with the practitioners. The nursery has a lovely atmosphere and really personal feel and you can tell they really care about each child and their development. Communication through the app is great and it is lovely to see pictures/videos of different activities they do throughout the day. We are very happy with Hilltops and would highly recommend.

My twin boys love the nursery and all the staff. They enjoy every day and even smile when they see the building. They love going outside and all the activities that they get up to and we have seen at home how much they have learnt since they started going. 10/10.
