My daughter absolutely loves Highfield Nursery! All of the staff are amazing, so caring and attentive, and they look after her incredibly well. It gives me real peace of mind knowing she is happy, safe, and supported every day. I couldn't ask for a better place for her to be.

Superb nursery for our three year old, the staff are brilliant and the nursery and pre school is a lovely learning environment. The forest school sessions are also a brilliant addition for children's development. Would highly recommend this nursery.

A truly great pre-school and nursery - the five stars in every category really are deserved! Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining the pre-school and she loves every day there. So many different activities across the week, such friendly and professional staff, great parent
interaction and so many different opportunities for parents to get involved.

My daughter started Preschool in September 2025 and her development has been excellent thanks to the superb teachers at Highfield Priory.
She has grown in confidence and her vocabulary and communication skills have developed significantly.
My daughter adores her teachers. A special thank you

My child has started highfield priory and is thriving. They plan to his needs, he enjoys going and the staff are friendly. The nursery feels very clean and welcoming. They have a variety of extra classes that he attends on a weekly basis. The manager is always available each morning and more than
happy to help. The outdoor space is a very good size and they go out in all weathers. I feel confident that we made the right decision moving him to highfield.

My son joined Highfield as soon as he turned two, and he settled in straight away. From the very beginning, the staff have gone above and beyond to support him, offering a wide range of engaging activities and even providing learning bags to help continue his development at home.
The team have
been incredible in supporting his emotional development and have worked closely with me to ensure they can provide the very best care for him. He is always so excited in the mornings to go to nursery and see his friends, and he especially loves the dance classes, music lessons, Forest School and library visits.
He has formed such strong bonds with many of the staff, and it's clear how happy and secure he feels there. He always leaves nursery at the end of the day smiling! There is truly nowhere else I would want him to be, I couldn't recommend Highfield Nursery highly enough.

Highfield Priory Nursery and Preschool is a beautiful setting for my child to learn and grow before school. The activities, curriculum, environment and teachers are top level. My child feels free to be himself and I would recommend Highfield to everyone.

Highfield Nursery is one of a kind. Both of my daughters have thrived with the support of the caring and loving teachers. They especially enjoy forest school and love being outdoors. The quality of activities they get to take part in such as dance lessons, wood work, and learning about nature is
what makes Highfield unique.

Our daughter joined Highfield as she turned two, she's now 4 and in preschool. We've been delighted with the level of care and learning opportunities she's had. She's developed a strong love of learning and become very confident socially.
The early years department is very well managed and each of
the members of staff are individuals I would hand choose to look after my children, kind, warm and very skilled at looking after and developing children.
We've always been so impressed with the activities she gets up to, it's something new and creative every day. The facilities in the new building are wonderful and the extracurricular opportunities are also fantastic.
Something we've always been particularly impressed with is the forest school provision. The forest is a fantastic space and the forest school leader is so passionate about teaching children about the outdoors, the lessons she plans are brilliant and it's inspired a love of the outdoors that I know will last a lifetime.

We are really pleased with Highfield. Since we moved our little girl she has really been given the opportunity to be herself and she is now so confident and is thriving in every aspect! The extra activities provided are amazing and I can't fault the nursery at all!

A truly incredible nursery. The staff are so kind and patient with the children and the activities are fun, engaging and they even go on school trips. It feels like every activity has been meticulously planned with the children, their development and enjoyment in mind.
The facilities are lovely,
bright and clean, and the children spend lots of time outside getting fresh air (they love the forest school). It's also really nice that they use the facilities of the main school. Healthy meal options too.

All of the teaching staff are loving and caring. What more could a parent ask for when dropping their child off every day?! As a parent, I feel at ease knowing that the attention given is second to none; with a great amount of attention and thought given to the children's enjoyment, welfare and
overall experience.

From my own experience, I have found the nursery at Highfield Priory to be excellent for my 2-year-old son. He settled in straight away and is always happy at pick up thanks to the warm and friendly staff who are highly experienced and great at what they do.
I have been impressed at the array of
activities the children do such as forest school, sessions in the dance studio, weekly library visits, baking, sessions outdoors etc. All of these activities are helping to develop my son's confidence and a variety of skills. It is evident that the nursery is managed extremely well and all staff members take pride in the work they do which shows up on their smiles and the children's smiles too. I would encourage the staff to keep up the great work and to keep looking at opportunities for continuous improvement. This could even involve capturing ideas from parents, staff members and other leading nurseries around the country in order to keep evolving with the times.

This is an excellent nursery. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and have taken such good care of my twin boys. My boys started when they were 2 years old and I can see the progress they have made over the past 18 months. I can't recommend them enough!

Great nursery. Our child was very happy during her time here. The teachers/staff are all lovely and kept us informed on our daughter's progress. I feel she thrived in the pre-school/nursery environment, we were very pleased we chose Highfield. She was always pleased to go into nursery and all I
wanted for her was to be happy and safe and both of those wishes were fully met.

I don't quite have the words to express how much our little boy loves going to nursery at Highfield. From his first day, he was surrounded with warmth and care, fun and play, and a brilliant learning environment, even having access to forest school twice a week. He has grown in all areas and we are
so happy that he is happy. The staff are amazingly kind, generous and patient, and it's a testament to the quality of the nursery that most of them have been working there for years. As a family, we are looking forward to the rest of his Highfield journey.

Highfield Nursery has provided my daughter with the best possible start in her educational career.
They have given her every opportunity to thrive and grow, to satisfy her curiosity and to explore new and exciting ideas as well as supporting her self-belief.
The teaching staff are amazing, forming
a lasting bond which allows children to feel comfortable and be themselves, they are always courteous and enthusiastic which is such a breath of fresh air.
I could not have asked for a better start for my child, the money spent on education at Highfield is the best investment you can make in your little one.

Both of my children have attended Highfield Priory Nursery and Pre-School and I have found the provision to be excellent. From an educational perspective, the curriculum covers all key and statutory requirements whilst ensuring that the delivery is child-centred and tailored to the needs of the
individual. Where additional support is required this is always given in partnership with home. Communication is excellent on both informal and formal channels. Pastoral care is at the core of the provision with safeguarding running throughout and is again reinforced with positive practice and interaction. Values and ethos are evident in staff interactions with the children and this is reflected in the positive relationships created. School support staff assist in administrative matters and provide excellent communication. Despite a recent fire and change of building staff have dealt with this in such a way that it has not impacted on the children and their environment continues to help them flourish.

I am exceptionally pleased with the development my child has shown since joining Highfield. The teachers are caring and very professional.
My child has significantly matured in all areas of child development. The curriculum provides a wide range of activities from forest school to dancing. Strong
values are instilled in the pupils from nursery and there is a culture of respect and togetherness.

Highfield Priory Nursery has been fantastic from start to finish.
The staff are outstanding! You can clearly see they're genuinely concerned about the quality of care your children receive.
Each term they have a 'focus week' on your child. This involves them being individually studied to see what
their interests are, what they excel at and any area they may need extra attention on.
You're regularly brought in for parents' evening to keep you up to date on their progress and performance.
They often check if there are any changes in the children's personal lives, making sure the children are getting (if possible) even more care where necessary.
The facilities are amazing as well, with the children frequently experiencing dance classes, the sports hall, forest school, baking and plenty more. The garden is also massive and they get lots of time outside.
I'm sad to see my child leaving Nursery but I'm excited to watch her progress through the school.
This place is worth every penny!
