My youngest daughter is there now and loves it. My eldest daughter was there several years ago and one of the loveliest things is that a lot of the staff have remained the same. I had no concerns leaving my youngest to go back work. The staff cannot do enough. Great nursery - would highly recommend.

Brilliant nursery, my little boy is so happy here. Staff are amazing. They go above and beyond. So knowledgeable and get to know the children and their needs. Great food, great facilities. Absolutely cannot fault. Thank you.

My Children have attended this nursery over the last four years and my youngest still attends . The staff have always been friendly and I have never had any issues . My children absolutely loved coming here and my youngest that now attends also looks forward to coming . I love how open plan the nursery is and I have found the nursery to be consistently clean and the staff to not only be friendly but also very professional.

My son has been attending kids planet clarence for around 18 months now. He was initially in the baby room which we absolutely llve. The girls were amanzing and he learnt so much whilst he was there. He has since moved down to the bigger room which is equally as good and he loves going into nursery. His speech has improved significantly since being in the toddler room. The staff are all lovely and friendly and we get regular updates. Highly recommend.

Really amazing nursery! The staff genuinely care about the children. My little girl has just finished her settling in sessions, the whole experience has been exceptional. As a first time mum i was really nervous about leaving my little one, but the staff were so supportive. We did a gradual increase into full time hours so I could go back to work with no worries! I get regular updates on everything she does and she leaps into her key workers arms every morning! All the staff get to know every child and it's so warm and welcoming, really can't recommend enough!

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, and the staff are outstanding - kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She began in the baby room at 12 months, where the team were wonderfully nurturing, helping her settle, cuddling her to sleep, and meeting all her needs. When she transitioned downstairs, she was welcomed by new key workers who have been equally amazing. Although she can be a little cheeky at times, the staff understand her perfectly and always make her feel cared for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery and have complete trust in the team. The meals, freshly prepared by the chef, are also fantastic.

Our experience has been flawless, at first me and my partner was so nervous about putting our baby into nursery and leaving him in someone elses care, that very soon disappeared. He loves going to nursery and we love him going, all the staff are helpful and great with him and all the other kids, i feel his development has benefited massively from the staff that are involved with him. Massive thankyou to everyone at Kids Planet Clarence

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old and has genuinely loved it. She has learnt and gained so much and always been well cared for. The staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend.

Love this nursery so much, my daughter's nursery unexpectedly closed so we had to find a new nursery ASAP & this has been such a blessing in disguise! My daughter loves it here the staff are amazing with her and so patient. You can really tell they care about the children & it's not just a job for them. I really do recommend this nursery. It takes so much to put trust in strangers to look after your babies but they make it so much easier here. Thank you.

The first child came from 1-4 3 days a week and loved it here. The second child is 2 and also loves it here. Love the open-plan downstairs space. Love they go on trips sometimes to the beach, pond and library. Would like more of this. Love the app. Both kids happy to attend from day 1!

My son thrives at this nursery, the staff go above and beyond. They are so approachable and nothing is ever too much for them. They are always out for walks in the community and learning lots of new skills.

Overall I think the nursery is amazing, my daughter loves it there. I would like her to have more outdoor experiences such as trips though. There is a lovely atmosphere when you enter the nursery and the manager is always willing to help. You can tell how much she loves all the children.

My child has attended the nursery since he was 8 months old. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond every day. I would recommend Kids Planet Clarence to anyone. They have given my little boy the best start in life.

My little girl has recently started here and she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredible and her key worker is very involved which is lovely to see. I get regular updates and moments throughout the day which makes me happy to see that she is having the best time at nursery. The only thing I could say is that it is very pricey but the care you receive is phenomenal. It would just be nice to see more value for money, like going out on more trips/outings, etc.

The staff are what makes this place great, they have an amazing understanding of children and really take the time to get to know their personalities and how best to interact with them. I feel confident leaving my child in their care knowing they are being treated well.

I am very happy with how my children are looked after at the nursery, they both love going and the staff are approachable and always there to talk to if needed. I haven't ever had any issues at the nursery.

My children are very happy at Kids Planet Clarence, they are well looked after and cared for daily. They are stimulated and educated appropriately for their age and stage. I am very pleased that I chose this setting for my children's early years!

Having used the nursery for nearly 12 months, I am very happy with the level of care and professionalism. The team seem to be enthusiastic and take pride in the care of the children, they are organised and have a fantastic relationship with my child.
