We are so pleased we chose kids planet for our son's nursery. He really is thriving there, he's excited to go in each day and developing rapidly and thats really thanks to the staff who are all brilliant. Would highly recommend and will certainly send any future children we have there

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet Urmston for the past 2 years. She loves it. The staff are friendly and helpful when we have questions. The app shows an activity they have done in the day and says what they have eaten in the day. The food offering is brilliant and varied. The outside area is incredible! With so much to do for all ages. Our girl has been in all the rooms now and currently is in pre school and she has loved every room. When she has had wobbles at drop off, the staff have always been loving and friendly offering cuddles and support. Would definitely recommend Kids Planet Urmston.

My daughter's been at Kids Planet (Urmston) for a couple of years now. Almost every day she just toddles into the class room, gives me a kiss and waves me goodbye with a big smile on her face. This is obviously such a comfort as a parent and a testament to the carers/staff at the nursery. I feel like she's genuinely enjoying herself there and sometimes have to drag her away when I pick her up in the evening. She also seems to be progressing well and making lots of friends who she loves to talk about when she gets home. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic nursery all the staff are absolutely amazing. My little one settled in so well. The transition from starting one day a week going up to multiple days has been smooth. I originally enquired with very short notice for a start date and they exceeded my expectations. My little one goes in with a the biggest smile on her face and the updates throughout the day are key. Fabulous all round.

The nursery staff have been great at helping me settle my daughter into her new routine at nursery She is very happy to be dropped off and is excited when she sees her favourite staff members, it's been wonderful to have the reassurance of going back to work and knowing she is having lots of fun in a safe environment.

Our child has been at this nursery for over a year and in that time she has developed into such a kind and thoughtful little girl. The staff communicate really well through the app and it's great being able to see all the fun our daughter is having, as well as tracking their sleep and eating. Our daughter loves attending nursery and a lot of that is down to the lovely staff. We wouldn't want our daughter to be at any other nursery.

I always recommend Kids Planet Urmston to my friends and will be sending my daughter there as well. The staff are lovely and my son adores them and looks forward to his nursery days. I get lots of information and pictures throughout the day and my son is thriving. The outside space is amazing, I can't wait for summer again when he will be outside all day in the fresh air. My son is vegetarian and this is catered to, although there are sometimes app input errors they are quickly resolved.

Little one has been here since June 2024. So far, a positive experience with the nursery and they seem to really enjoy themselves in the room. There is always a range of activities each week and the app is regularly updated which gives me peace of mind when I'm at work all day.

Our little girl started beginning of October and so far we are impressed with the staff and the fun that she is having. She is always so smiley and happy when we go to pick her up. The staff are always super upbeat and friendly, and the updates on the app are a wonderful way of keeping up with her care and activites throughout the day.

I have two children enrolled at Kids Planet Urmston and could not fault the care they have received since the youngest started (Jan 2023). The parent app is regularly updated; the meals are varied and they never come home hungry! It's brilliant that the nursery is 'all inclusive' and only having to send clothes in. The outdoor space is huge and used whatever the weather. Most importantly the staff! They are friendly and caring; from the room staff to the minibus driver; chefs to management; everyone is kind and helpful. We couldn't hope for better care for our kids whilst we work. Thank you!

We have been extremely pleased with Kids Planet Urmston and particularly how well our little girl has taken to going to nursery since starting in January. She gets excited to go to nursery in the mornings! Also, wanted to call out a particular staff member of the baby room for being so enthusiastic and loving towards my little girl. This team member is always so energetic and engaging and makes me feel at ease about leaving my child at nursery. Thanks specifically to this team member!

Fantastic nursery and the garden and preschool team are fantastic. They are always doing loads of different stuff with my son. He especially loves the sports coach who is really good with all the children. I always see the chef all around the nursery so it's nice to see everyone gets involved.

Hi there. I just wanted to send a massive thank you and appreciation message to one staff member in particular who works in the baby room where my son is. No matter what time of day it is this staff member always seems to be happy and engaged with the babies and she’s so full of enthusiasm and energy, which is such a reassurance when dropping him off. All the staff in the baby room are great but I just wanted to pinpoint this staff member as she seems so hardworking. Thanks.

Our daughter absolutely loves Kids Planet Urmston. She joined the baby room when she was just nine months old and the team made her feel so at home. She’s always so happy at nursery and absolutely loves spending her days there. The team are amazing and so lovely, and take such good care of her and do a wide variety of activities each day. Our daughter’s development has sky-rocketed since starting there - we cannot recommend Kids Planet enough.

We have only ever had a good experience with this nursery and the staff who work there. They always make you feel welcome during drop-offs and pick-ups, take the time to show interest in you and your family and give you a detailed rundown of your child’s day. They involve them in a range of activities and we have noticed that our daughter has advanced massively in her communication skills since starting back in April 2023.

I just wanted to send a thank you to the staff at Kids Planet Urmston, in particular, the room leader; it was my son's first day today, and she really puts you at ease; you can see how passionate and caring she is towards the children, she even asked if I was OK which was thoughtful. She looked after my other boy when he was in the baby room, and consistently she is just a ray of sunshine when you are dropping them off or collecting them. Throughout the nursery, everyone, including in my son's room is so lovely and always takes the time to give you updates. So I just wanted to say thank you.

She's really come on leaps and bounds and I really am so happy with everything, especially, since the new management! All of the girls have made her experience amazing, and helped me in leaving her when she's been upset by making me feel like she's their own! Since moving to the pre-school staff has done such a fantastic job getting her ready for big school, the stuff she has taught is incredible from getting herself ready to smashing phonics out the park! One member of staff said she's studying to be a teacher and I think that's a huge asset for Kid's Planet, she really is a fantastic staff member there! I'll be forever grateful for all the girls who have helped shape her into who she is now leaving Kids Planet! I'm so proud! I can't wait for my little boy to join and hopefully follow his sister's footsteps! Thank you so much for everything, outstanding service!

Without a doubt the best nursery around. The whole team has made my baby and our family feel a part of their family. From management, and staff within the rooms to the kitchen the whole staff team all seem to go above and beyond. My child has progressed from first starting at the nursery and is always excited and smiling when he sees the baby team. Without a doubt outstanding care and facilities.

The rooms at Kids Planet Urmston are well laid out and packed with interesting things for the children. The garden is particularly amazing. The staff are wonderful, a special shout out to one member of staff, in particular, - my child couldn’t be in better hands than with this caring lady. Lots of info about the nursery to read on the notice boards so you always know what’s going on. Highly recommend.

I have two children that attend Kids Planet Urmston. One is in preschool, and one is in tots. Both are thriving and really enjoy going to Kids Planet. My daughter has been there since she was 18 months and will leave for school in September. She has really developed and learnt so many new things, and we thank Kids Planet for this. My son started in February 2022, and the staff were great in helping him settle in. He has adapted to life in the nursery really well and eats by himself, and has picked up new words since his time at Kids Planet. I would like to thank all the staff at Kids Planet Urmston for their wonderful service and efforts.
