My daughter has been attending Cherubs since 2023 and my son was there for 3 years before this. It's a fantastic nursery, the staff feel like family and the outdoor space is amazing.
My daughter has had some difficulties with her hearing and they have been really supportive during the process of
getting diagnosed and giving her the support she needs. She also has a food allergy and I am really confident about the processes they have in place, with her food served on red plates/bowls to ensure she doesn't eat anything she shouldn't.
I have been given support with potty training and get feedback on how she is doing and any issues she is having. She constantly tells me at home that she loves the staff and loves nursery and as a parent, that's all I can ask for. I'd definitely recommend Cherubs to anyone looking for a nursery in the Sale area.

My daughter started Cherubs in September at the age of 12 months, I can honestly say all the staff show a loving and caring nature towards the children and this has made it much easier for me to go back to work, knowing that she's in such good hands. The nursery has a fantastic outdoor space and a
great range of activities. My daughter has been here for five months now and she absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this nursery. Thank you so much to Emily and Jane you are always there to answer any questions that I have and all your fantastic team!

We put our child in this nursery because of the positive reviews on another platform so I think it's important for me to write this.
Our boy had multiple incidents here where staff blamed this on the SEND children (used more of a derogatory word). Final straw was when we picked him up and he had a
very swollen eye which later turned black. The staff had no idea how this happened and speculated that it must of been a SEND child. Subsequently reported this to Ofsted and they have received an INADEQUATE rating. Read the full report before considering this nursery.

My daughter has been at Cherubs for 2 and a half years and has loved every one of her key workers. From babies up to pre-school the wonderful staff have been so supportive in helping her to grow in confidence whilst always being there when she needs them. The outside space is second to none and we
love how much time the children spend enjoying this amazing facility. It makes a real difference to me that parents are allowed to enter the nursery at any time when picking up and dropping off as you get an incredible opportunity to see your child at play and interacting with other children and members of the nursery team in a spontaneous setting. The range and depth of activities that are organised for the children are fantastic and far beyond what I expected. After viewing some local school nurseries I could not believe how far ahead Cherubs measured in every area. We are extremely grateful for the care and attention that we have received from the whole team.

Cherubs is a fantastic nursery, the manager and the staff go above and beyond. My little boy is so happy at nursery and he's been there for nearly a year. He is also SEN and the staff cater to his needs and look after him brilliantly. There is always a range of activities for the children and lots
to do at nursery and the outdoor space is huge! Really friendly staff and I love the app where they keep you up to date and you get pictures of your child which is lovely. I would highly recommend.

My Grandson has really come on leaps and bounds since starting at Cherubs. He seems to be really thriving and I have even noticed him maintaining his focus during play for longer periods too. I regularly get photos sent to me via my daughter and it's lovely to see him enjoying nursery with a smile
on his face.

My 13 month old Son has recently started at Cherubs and I have nothing but positive feedback to give. The staff in his room have helped him settle in to nursery and I cannot thank them enouh!. They've really took time to get to know him and his likes and dislikes. I've had photos uploaded on the
parent app regularly, that helps put my mind at ease that he's really settling into nursery life at Cherubs
The outdoor space is exceptional and provides a wealth of stimulating experiences for the children. My Son loves being outdoors so this nursery definitely ticks this box off. Thank you for taking great care of my boy.

Pretty good overall experience, always clean and tidy. My child has lots of good photo memories and I'm always kept up to date with what they've done/achieved on a day to day basis. Plenty of time spent outside which my child absolutely loves.

My son has been attending Cherubs for a few months now and he loves it. The baby room is always so calm and inviting which is lovely to see. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming on arrival and pick up which is so reassuring. I'm so happy that he's settled in so well and has created a bond
with all the staff.

It took me a while to choose the perfect nursery for my special little boy, after viewing around 12 private nurseries in the area Partou Cherubs Day Nursery stood out to me, from the first visit seeing the children with big happy faces, all having fun I got a good feeling straight away. The staff
are amazing, very understanding, patient, and kind, and take the time to learn about your child and ensure they are doing everything to make sure your child has a fun, educational time at nursery. The rooms are all equipped with a range of different toys, books, and learning activities, the gardens are amazing for all ages and my son has come on leaps and bounds since joining the nursery with his speaking, communicating, and understanding. The team are working with me to find things suitable for my child and helping him adapt in certain situations and I could not be more thankful and pleased that I chose Partou Cherubs Day Nursery for such an important chapter in my son's life.

Our son has been at Cherubs for 4 years and we couldn't have asked for a better nursery for him. The staff are all caring and his key worker has been fantastic. The new manager is brilliant, and very approachable and everything feels very well run. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into
organising the activities like the weekly sports lessons. The recent sports day was a great addition to the calendar, the garden area is fantastic and it's great to have a separate area for the older children. The graduation ceremony was lovely and the individual presentations for each child were a really nice touch. We did consider moving our son to a school nursery for his last year before starting school, but we're glad we didn't as he was happy and they've done a great job getting him ready for school. We're so pleased with how our son has developed and grown in confidence over the last 4 years and is now ready to take the next step to reception. We can't thank Cherubs enough.

Love this place. Everyone is super helpful and we are very thankful for everything.
Virtually no issues from either of my children who have attended since December 2020. We always heard great feedback on amazing times and great food. I appreciate that the nursery has incorporated new
equipment/iPads for checking in and checking out. All helped to streamline!

Our son has attended Cherubs since he was 1, and he's now in preschool. We've always had a positive experience, and since the new manager became manager last autumn things have gone from strength to strength. The staff who look after our son in preschool are wonderful and he is always such a happy
boy when we come to pick him up at the end of the day. We love how much time is spent outdoors in the lovely garden. Our daughter will start in the baby room in a few months time and we're sure she will love it there too.

I have collected my nephew from Cherubs a number of times and have always found the staff to be friendly, polite and very caring with the children.
My nephew loves going to nursery, and he has been looked after since starting in the baby room, all the way up to toddlers.
The environments are
always lovely and bright, with loads of things for them to do. The garden is also such an amazing space for them to explore!
He is so happy at Cherubs!

My granddaughter has been coming to this nursery for over a year now; she has developed so much in that year with her speech, and the staff are so kind, caring and very friendly. She started in Tweenies and is now in Toddler. She has formed friendships with the other children. The food is nutritious
and has different varieties every day. They also have a big garden, which my granddaughter absolutely loves. Very happy and love how my granddaughter has settled and loves coming to the nursery.

My child has settled extremely well and the staff have been amazing at supporting him through his key worker leaving and also his transition down into pre-school. He feels big to be with toddlers and still small downstairs so it is so reassuring as a parent to know he is well looked after in both
settings. I love that he is known to so many staff members!
I am glad that the online updates are back at nursery, as I did miss them for a period of time when my child first started.
In addition, I would like to commend the nursery manager who has been accommodating, helpful and friendly with the various day amendments I’ve had to make due to work schedules shifting.

My daughter has been in Cherubs since she was 12 months old and is now in preschool and she loves it. Staff are fantastic and have always been attentive and caring towards her. She comes home tired out from a full active day and she especially loves the garden which has a large space for them to
play in. Really recommend this nursery and communication has improved a great deal over the past couple of months.

Unfortunately, our experience of Cherubs didn’t reflect the other positive reviews. My daughter was 10 months old when she started with them. There was no flexibility in the provision for her age including number of naps (she had two, but the routine only accommodated 1), or stage of weaning. She
was frequently presented with meals inappropriate for her stage of weaning (e.g. a chicken wrap when she was still having mashed food at home). At pick up there were often 8 plus children in the baby room with only one or two adults present. The baby room and its furnishing appeared unclean. Staff turnover was high. They were between apps for providing parent information, so for the two months our daughter attended we had no pictures or information. This included an incident where our daughter was injured, and we were asked to sign an incident report but not provided a copy and what we were told of the incident did not match her injuries.
