I was really worried about sending my 3-year-old to nursery as had previously been looked after by grandparents. However, my child now loves nursery and the staff. They have all been so kind and helpful in helping her to transition.

We have had a great experience with our daughter at Serendipity's. Her speech and communication has come along really well since starting nursery as well as social skills. The staff are caring and attentive and our daughter loves coming here every week.

We really like the nursery and feel our son has come along well since being here. All the staff are lovely and keep us updated on what he has been up to. You can tell they really care about the children by how they talk about them.

Since becoming manager the nursery has improved in many ways. Communication between nursery and parent is good, and updates on our son's development and behaviour are consistent.

I am very happy with the nursery. Everyone is so kind, and they pay great attention to my little girl. She always comes home cheerful and loves to tell me about her day. All the teachers take wonderful care of her, and everyone speaks very positively about her. My child is always happy when she comes home. Thank you so much for your care and kindness!

Serendipitys is a real home from home nursery. All the staff are very attentive and as a parent I am kept up to date and fully informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serendipitys to other parents.

We are very pleased with the service at Balderton Serendipitys and really happy to see how well our daughter has progressed since joining. They made it so easy for her settle in and she really looks forward to going. There's lots of fun activities for her and the app make it really easy to manage from our side.

Our son has been very well looked after and I am confident that the staff have our son's best interests in mind. They are very supportive of his needs and push him both physically and academically. He has lots of friends and is comfortable and confident around the staff. There is lots on offer to help with learning and playing. Our son comes home happy from nursery every time.

The nursery have been fantastic with our little boy. He has additional needs and the staff are very patient and caring. I could not ask anymore from the nursery they are amazing.

Our daughter has been at Serendipity's for 7 months and the changes she's shown have been incredible. Over the last couple of months she has become much more independent, self aware and able to better show us what she wants - and doesn't 'want'. The ladies in her baby room are all so involved with her and every day she's dropped off, she's excited to go and play. Every evening we get a report of just how much of a busy day she's had, what she's been up to, and I always feel like we are treated as real people rather than just parents of a baby in their care. I cannot fault the staff and their compassion, and the brilliant environment they've created for our little one.

They have supported us throughout and have made sure they have listened to us. Fantastic staff and fabulous place for kids to play and learn.

My 2 year old has recently started nursery, and no nursery stood out to me in till serendipity's balderton. I was so worried that my little one wouldn't settle but there was nothing to worry about the staff were so welcoming, on day one and so helpful. They are kind and friendly which put me more at ease, they do an amazing job with my boy and i really appreciate what they do for him.

Since our daughter has attended the nursery she has flourished in all aspects of her learning, communication and participation. The additional support and assistance we have recieved from the nursery has been nothing but outstanding. They have been supportive in all aspects for our daughter and us as parents. Lines of communication are always kept clear and open in regards to support and and techniques we use at home and there. To ensure a smoother transition for our daughter. Accommodating in all aspects for her learning everyday life skills and new food experiences, which is a struggle for our daughter. I have nothing but praise and positivity for this nursery and the staff that support our daughter. Caring and clean homely environment.

Amazing staff! My daughter loves the nursery and every day asks to go back. I will forever be grateful when they took us in at short notice and accommodated mt daughter's allergies. Since at this nursery, my daughter is much happier. The ladies there are always happy. I wish I had moved nurseries sooner.

Since the manager took over at Serendipitys Day Nursery & Pre-School Balderton, the handovers are more in depth, you get to know what your child has been doing throughout the day. She has done a smooth transition onto the app, she treats all children equally and my son got to experience the pantomime for the first time. She is really good at making sure all your child belongings come back to you. The manager is really good at getting the additional help with your child, she has worked wonders with my son.
