Our daughter loves going to Serendipitys. The staff and management team are so friendly and welcoming and have really made it feel like a second home for our daughter. We couldn't think of anywhere else that we would like our daughter to be. It is amazing to see how much she is developing, from all
the activities and trips that she does at Nursery. She loves seeing her friends and interacting with the staff and we are even a little jealous of the quality of food that she's getting. Receiving the updates on the app is great, as we feel like we can see how her day is going. Especially when we get to see photos of what she has been up to, like photos of the sensory play and how much joy is on her face is just lovely to see. We would highly recommend sending your child to Serendipitys, as they have created a safe, comfortable and homely environment where your child can flourish.

Since returning from the Christmas break, our little one has grown so much! She, along with the ladies in her room, have worked really hard to help improve her speech, confidence and motor skills, and we can't believe how big the changes are. The ladies in the baby room are all amazing, and so
patient, especially when our little one has been poorly. All the staff at the nursery are fantastic and it feels like they're an extension of our own family, they've had such a brilliant impact on the person our little one is growing into.

Our granddaughter is testament to the high standard of this nursery. She loves attending and is always excited on arrival. She has come on leaps and bounds, so clever. The staff are so lovely and friendly and so obviously care a lot.

Attendance at Serendipity's has been hugely beneficial for our granddaughters development. During the months she has been attending, not once has she resisted going there on any of the 4 mornings a week she currently attends. Rather, she genuinely looks forward to going, is visibly content when
collected and promptly falls asleep, clearly exhausted from the busy morning she has had. This is a clear reflection of the fun, the enjoyment, the safety and the comfort she is provided with during each and every hour there. And she is learning a lot there, too! Thank you for making learning fun for her and for making her feel so at home.

The team at serendipitys are brilliant with our son!
He's formed really good relationships there and never wants to come home! He has lots of fun with all the sensory activities, lots of trips to the lake and park. He has developed massively being there - Highly recommend!

Otis loves nursery so much, and that is a testament to the great work that all the staff do and the positive impact they have on his development and life in general.
He has lots of great friends and areas to play in, and is very well fed too.

I was really worried about sending my 3-year-old to nursery as had previously been looked after by grandparents. However, my child now loves nursery and the staff. They have all been so kind and helpful in helping her to transition.

We have had a great experience with our daughter at Serendipity's. Her speech and communication has come along really well since starting nursery as well as social skills. The staff are caring and attentive and our daughter loves coming here every week.

Since becoming manager the nursery has improved in many ways. Communication between nursery and parent is good, and updates on our son's development and behaviour are consistent.

Serendipitys is a real home from home nursery. All the staff are very attentive and as a parent I am kept up to date and fully informed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serendipitys to other parents.

We are very pleased with the service at Balderton Serendipitys and really happy to see how well our daughter has progressed since joining. They made it so easy for her settle in and she really looks forward to going. There's lots of fun activities for her and the app make it really easy to manage
