We've had our son from toddler through 3 stages at the Ark and everyone has been absolutely amazing with him. He comes home happy, he talks about what her has done and the people he has done it with, especially his key worker for each room he has been to.
It seems obvious to me that all the
children are happy and they are genuine friends, so whatever dramas arise through the day must be quickly and fairly mediated.
I would recommend the Ark to anyone. They have great staff, the communication is excellent and there is always something new laid out for the kids to do in the morning.

We've been settling our daughter into this nursery for 2 months, and so far feel very pleased that this is where she attends. The nursery is in regular and reliable communication with us, and feels reachable at all times. They have given us extra sessions and lots of flexibility to ease us and our
daughter through the transition to attending, and have demonstrated patience, understanding and genuine warmth towards our daughter. She is already bonding with her keyworkers and other members of staff, including those providing organisational and administrative services - its clear everyone takes an interest in the children in their care. For this reason we feel we've put her in the best place for her and really look forward to her relationship and development strengthening. We're really pleased with the app system for updates and communication, the fee structure is completely transparent and predictable. I'd recommend this nursery to our friends.

What makes this nursery so special is the staff. They're all so caring and go above and beyond for the kids - and this isn't just one member of staff, it's noticeable across the board.
As a small nursery, pretty much every member of staff knows each child by name and they all have really special
relationships with the kids. The retention rate seems good too, which is always reassuring.
I currently have one child at the nursery, who's been there for 2 and a half years. My second child will be starting soon - I was happy to choose the nursery again as I know he will be in very safe hands there.

Super lovely quaint nursery in Stamford. Very lovely nurturing staff and healthy meals. The kids get up to lots of different activities and are very well cared for. Only small thing is they have very limited outdoor space, not a problem for babies though.

Our son has just started at Ark Foundry Road and the support we've had whilst settling him in has been second to none. It's a very relaxed environment and all the staff have been wonderful with him so much so that he is already happy to be left, and is eating and sleeping well there.

Absolutely wonderful nursery with knowledgeable, caring and supportive staff at all levels. I can't recommend Ark Nursery enough! From the moment we joined, I felt reassured that my son was in a safe, nurturing and positive environment. He absolutely loves the outdoor play areas and sensory
activities, which have clearly helped build his confidence and curiosity. Since attending, he has become noticeably more independent and his language development has advanced so much, which has been amazing to witness.
The staff are not only friendly and approachable but genuinely invested in each child's development and wellbeing. Communication has been excellent and I always feel well informed about his day, progress and achievements. The nursery itself is warm, welcoming and well organised, with engaging and thoughtfully planned activities. It's clear that the team truly care about what they do, and that care shines through in everything they provide. Ark Nursery has exceeded my expectations and

My daughter has been attending the ark since she was 9 months old and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Every member of staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring, my daughter has created really strong relationships with staff in every room. When you pick up and drop off you can see every
adult is fully engaged with the children. The activities the children do are really well thought out based on their stage of development and really engaging. Every morning my daughter is at the door asking when we are leaving to get to pre school.
Although the outdoor space isn't huge it is well designed and full of fun things to do. They also use the school field adjacent frequently.
I can't think of any downsides or ways they could improve.

Overall I think The Ark Foundry Road is an absolutely fantastic nursery. From the moment we walked in for settling in mornings, the staff were super warm and welcoming. They made me feel at home and comfortable to leave my child in their care whilst I return to work. The staff are genuine, kind and
very caring. They take a real interest in the children they are looking after. The food is home cooked and nutritious and there's a great variety. There is lots of outdoor time exploring which my child loves and a great array of activities and sensory play. Could not recommend this nursery more.

I have an almost 2 year old at The Ark, and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far. He's my third child to attend the nursery and I couldn't imagine leaving my child anywhere else.
The staff are amazing! They are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to both parents and children. They
make a real effort to get to know the families aswell as the child which makes a big difference to the experience. They are all so dedicated to providing the best care and development for the children.
The facilities are clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed with children in mind. There's a great balance between structured activities and free play, with plenty of opportunities for learning through fun. My child loves to be outside and they make every effort to get them outside as much as they can. It's a real home from home feeling for my child.
As parents we are very greatful for the high standard of care that The Ark provides for our child and would highly recommend the nursery!

Overall, the nursery provides a positive experience and we are satisfied with the quality of care and support offered. The only challenge we have encountered is with parking, which can be limited and at times difficult to manage.

My daughter attended The Ark Nursery for two years. She started as a shy 2-year-old fussy eater and left as a confident, kind, and conscientious 4-year-old ready for school. I could write an essay about how this nursery transformed my daughter's life, but put simply it is run by wonderful people who
care deeply. The key workers who supported my daughter felt like family and were role models to her. We miss it terribly and feel so very fortunate to have chosen The Ark for our daughter's first experience of early years education. Some extras that added to her experience: incredible, home-cooked, healthy food and beautiful outdoor space. Thank you so much to management. In particular, thank you two staff members in particular for being our daughter's constant allies.

Fantastic nursery, I couldn't recommend more. Every single staff member has been so incredible in making us feel comfortable with the transition. They have been so patient, calm and welcoming. We have only been there for almost 3 months now and I don't have a single bad word to say. Our daughter has
grown in her confidence to be left at nursery now, she gets so excited to go and have a good day. The staff have excellent communication, they are so caring and efficient and they do a wonderful job at keeping the children safe and happy. The atmosphere is wonderful there. It's such a lovely building itself and from the inside it's just very warming and cosy. From the very beginning, I have felt so comfortable leaving her there, I would happily leave her with every single one of the staff members as I know that she's going to get the same amount of care that she needs for the day.

We are fairly new to the nursery and we cannot be happier with the support and experience so far. The support for settling our son in to the nursery prior to his first day was great, making the whole experience stress-free and positive. Everybody is always welcoming and friendly. The food provided
by the nursery sounds delicious and is always nutritious. Cannot recommend the nursery enough so far.
