Both of our children attend Phoenix and absolutely love it! My son is currently in the pre-school which really focuses on helping him get ready for school and my daughter is in the baby room. The nursery is caring, supportive and I have always felt comfortable to chat to staff with any concerns. The rooms are great and there is plenty of outdoor space. Couldn't recommend it more highly.

I absolutely love this nursery. It's within a beautiful place and the space all babies/toddlers/children get is great for all ages. My eldest attended from 18 months until 4 years old and never had any problems. Always happy with the care received and how kind all staff were. My youngest is currently there in the baby room, again, staff are amazing. Love your babies like their own and cannot fault anything. I have always considered other local nurseries due to change in roles and duties but I always remain here. Prices are fair, staff are lovely and my children love it - I will be sad when my littlest has to leave. Two members of staff are also amazing with all admin/finance queries which makes life easier as a parent to sort and organise things. 100% recommend!

Brilliant Nursery, I knew it was the right nursery for my daughter from the moment I saw it. It was calm (as far as nursery's go), clean and all the staff are very friendly. I felt confident leaving my daughter with them from the get go.

We couldn't be happier with our child's care at Phoenix. The nursery itself is lovely with so much indoor and outdoor space and plenty of toys and activities. There is a separate room for sleep with multiple options to sleep on (cot, sleigh bed, mattress etc) which was perfect for our boy who loves his naps! The staff are fantastic, they're always happy to help on any topic. The are always engaged in the child's learning and development and they run events such as mother's day, Easter hunt for the parents to visit their child. We get plenty of updates on his wellbeing, food, activities etc throughout the day and there is always plenty of communication on the app from staff. Couldn't recommend it more!!
