My daughter loves going to the Wendy House. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They greet you at the door and make you feel so calm and comfortable. My daughter has a breakdown of her day given to me every day so I know exactly what she has done. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to my friends and family.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for almost a year now. From day one she was made to feel welcome and safe within the nursery setting. All staff keep parents informed and up to date with information about the nursery and their child’s learning and development - alongside this, they have a daily diary and app to let parents know what their child has been doing each day and what they have eaten. Nursey staff and managers are all approachable and friendly and all go above and beyond for the children in their care. All rooms within the nursery are well equipped with suitable toys and resources for each age group as well as beautiful outdoor areas. Key workers within the room plan and deliver stimulating, engaging activities for the children every day which my child thoroughly enjoys participating in.

High-quality care provided by ALL members of staff which instantly makes you feel at ease. The care and attention that is provided when the staff carry out activities and observations are great and it makes you feel so proud of the achievements and experiences your child has been a part of. The nursery grounds are beautiful and the amount of space available to children of all ages is fantastic. If your child is an outdoor child like mine then it is really lovely to see when they have been across the fields to visit the sheep or into the on-site forest school area. The rooms within The Wendy House are always clean, bright and fresh and makes a very welcoming environment. The manager and proprietor are great at making you feel at ease, especially as they offer settling in sessions prior to your child starting nursery. Overall I am really happy that my child attends The Wendy House Day Nursery

My niece attends this nursery, lots of land, key worker goes above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. Approachable team. I feel welcome. Online learning journal for me to see photos and observations of my niece.

My daughter first started attending to The Wendy House Day Nursery when she was 11 months old (now she is 22 months old). She has settled in wonderfully. Staff really friendly, fantastic, caring and always will go the extra mile for any questions you may have as parents. I feel happy leaving my daughter at the setting knowing she is looked after very well and happy when I come to pick her up from the nursery.
