My LO started nursery in September and has been loving spending time there with the staff and children. I visited quite a few nurseries before viewing Kids Planet and instantly knew it was where I wanted to send my child. He's always been a very confident baby and started there just before turning 13 months. The staff were so welcoming that I had no reservations that my LO would settle in easily with them. The food they serve the children is amazing and they have a really good variety of meals. It's also amazing that nappies, wipes, cream etc. are included in your nursery fees. I just have to make sure I pack clean clothes and everything else is covered. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have a few more updates on the app about what they've been doing during the day. That being said we always get a really lovely handover when I pick him up and the staff take the time to tell me about his day.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our son has received since starting at the nursery. From day one, the team have been so patient and understanding, really taking their time to help him settle in at his own pace. It has made such a difference to know that he is in such caring hands. I have felt comfortable and reassured every step of the way thanks to the wonderful staff. Leanne, the manager, has been approachable and supportive, always chatting to us as we walk through and keeping me informed during his settling in sessions. His key worker, Mia, has been amazing - so kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in his happiness and development. Sarah, the baby room leader, has also been fantastic, creating such a warm and nurturing environment and being chatty and friendly every visit. It's clear that the whole team really care about the children, and the positive impact it's had on our son already is incredible. We're so grateful to them all!

The staff in the baby room have been great with my daughter and her face lights up when we arrive each morning, she has so much fun and enjoys every minute of her time at nursery. The activities she does are always fun and helping her explore and learn.

We couldn't be happier with the support & treatment our son gets at KidsPlanet Kidderminster. He loves going to pre-school, and he has thrived while in their care. The changes in the Nursery setting over the last 6 months have been fantastic, and the kids love it. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and always happy to take time to chat and discuss anything we raise. You have all been amazing, shaping our wee man. Thank you

I would highly recommend this nursery, all staff throughout the nursery have been great with my daughter. Although at times she has struggled to settle into new rooms the staff have been so kind and caring in helping her feel comfortable and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are always set up with different activities each day and we receive regular updates throughout the day of what she's been up to and how these activities relate to her learning journey.

My son has settled really well going into nursery. The first few weeks he had bad separation anxiety but the nursery handled him really well and kept us updated. He has come on really well and we are very happy with Kids Planet.

Kids planet kidderminster is a good nursery. My child really enjoys being in the toddler room, he has good relationships with the staff and made friends. He enjoys the activities set up and available. It would be better if they added more photographs/learning taking place on the app.

Our son has thoroughly enjoyed his time at Nursery. From the very first day, the staff have been incredibly kind and caring, which made his transition into nursery life wonderfully smooth. It's clear that this is a truly safe and friendly environment, something that was paramount for us as parents. All staff are approachable and they endeavour to support, help and guide. The SEND provision is excellent and they liaise well will outside agencies to ensure consistency. Over the past couple of years, we've noticed a significant investment in the nursery, from new equipment to refreshed learning spaces. This commitment to improvement is evident in the vibrant atmosphere and the enriching activities provided. Our son frequently talks about nursery, excitedly sharing stories about his day and the things he's learned. This, more than anything, speaks volumes about the positive impact the nursery has had on him. We couldn't be happier with the care and education he receives

Would recommend nursery to everyone. Staff are amazing. Creative, caring and with passion. Never had an issue with them. Rooms are filled with different things for kids to do. My son came out of his shell. Teachers helped him develop in every aspect. Kids Planet was a perfect choice for him.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet in Oct 2023 when she was 2 years old and settled in very quickly. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond. My daughter loves it here and kids planet have helped her be the happy, confident girl she is today. They have helped her grow so much and have prepared her well to transition to 'Big School' in September. My little boy will be joining in October 2025 and I have no doubt he will have the best experience.

My son has been with this nursery since 10 months old and has settled so lovely in each room, recently joining preschool room which I thought would be daunting but has settled right in! This is down to the lovely staff for making him feel so safe and welcome. This nursery have always been supportive with each milestone and followed our sons lead and our expectations as parents. The out door play and activities have improved in the recent months in my opinion with lots of creative and imaginative play being encouraged which he has loved. I would recommend this nursery to others due to us having a lovely experience here with very few problems. The app is great for updates too, although I feel more updates on development/friendships/ activities etc would be nice to hear in conversation more.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough, my little boy has settled in perfectly and loves all the staff members. Never had any issues with sending him in and they keep you informed throughout the day so very reassuring from a parents point of view. All the staff are so attentive and friendly to approach. The baby room team are all so lovely to my little one and he is very happy in going to nursery :)

My child started in the baby room in January 2025. The staff and the nursery are absolutely amazing, I can't fault a single thing. My little boy absolutely loves his time there and they go above and beyond. No more tears on drop off's either he is genuinely so pleased to see the girls, and will happily be handed over to start his day of adventures. The app is great too, I get to see his activity pictures and see what delicious meals he has enjoyed. Thank you so much for everything.

My family have been attending Kids Planet Kidderminster for nearly three years now and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The staff there are everything; it is clear that they love what they do and they work so hard to guide and nurture the children. Each time we have moved rooms, from the baby room to tots, toddlers, and now pre-school, we have felt that this was the best room, what the team offers is excellent at each stage of development. It's a lovely little nursery, with a warm and positive community feel about it. My youngest will be starting there in June, excited for the next journey to begin.

My daughter absolutely loves nursery. She is currently in tot's and has come on leaps and bounds, and has learnt so much. From the day she started in the baby room, the staff have always been helpful and attentive. My daughter has a lovely relationship with all the staff and we talk about what she has done at nursery where she tells me all the staff's names. The nursery spends a lot of time with the children outdoors exploring and encouraging messy and risky play, and in the tot's room, they have circle time and music time which my daughter absolutely loves! Since being in the tot's room, my daughter's speech has come on so much! She has learnt how to count to ten, and also shapes and colours. I cannot recommend Kids Planet, Kidderminster highly enough.

Our little girl has been at Kids Planet since the age of 8 months old. Started in the baby room where we cannot fault anything. The staff are so caring and child-focused. Always keeping us updated with activities throughout the day. Food must be amazing as she eats all and more most days. Recently moved to Tots room where again staff are fantastic and really supportive. Our daughter loves nursery and is really starting to thrive. We have Kids Planet to thank for their support. Our daughter will be staying until school age and will certainly send our future children here.

My son has been at the nursery since September 2024 and we are really pleased. He loves going to the nursery, is developing really well, and he has created some good connections with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I could not rate the nursery more highly, we have been very impressed.

My little girl has been at Kids Planet for a year now, starting in the Baby room when she was 10 months old. Staff have always been very welcoming and accommodating across all rooms, with a good variety of snacks and meals offered. Daily communication is good with the app being updated throughout the day - with pictures included most days. My little girl is very happy and settled, and some days doesn't want to leave!

We are very grateful for all the help and advice we've received through Kids Planet and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery for our little boy. All the staff and management that we've come into contact with have been absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We especially love the app to keep up to date throughout the day.

My twins love going to nursery. They have thrived. They were premature when they were born so I have always had it in the back of my mind They might need some extra support along the way. They have had some SEN support mostly with speech and language. With the support of staff and home learning they have completed tasks to aid their learning and support with speech and language resulting in both being due to be signed off. Nursery have fully understood the boys and allow their little personalities to thrive. For this I am particularly grateful. We are sad that this is their last year before they start school in September. We will miss the staff and their.support through the twins time at nursery.
