5 Star staff.
No point in researching. I did all my research and found them to be best in Solihull. normally do not send my kids until they can speak. However, glad I did send her at Billy Bear's Nursery. Amazing staff, kept my daughter like a family. Thanks every one.

My daughter has attended Billy Bears Nursery for the past year from 1 year old. She settled quickly even though she only goes in 2 days. It is a shame due to the pandemic we have not been able to come into the Nursery to see her interact a bit more but she always comes to the door with a grin on her
face when we pick her up.
Her key worker has been brilliant with her and they have developed a great bond over the past year.

I am mom of almost a three year old boy who has been attending Billy Bear's Nursery since he was ten months old. Despite the fact that we have watched a lot changes in staff, my son has always loved going there. I was very worried at first but he has settled in very quickly and had the best times
since. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and making us parents confident that our son was always safe and cared for.

My son is 4 and has been in this nursery since he was 9 months old. The staff are wonderful, caring, friendly and my son adores them. He is challenged and well cared for here and the staff continue to be creative and nurture his development. When your 4 year old is excited to go to nursery every
day, you know it's a great place.

The nursery have continually upgraded their facilities over the past few years. This is great to see their vision to always improve. They use a great app to record daily food/nappy updates as well as observations. It's lovely to see pictures some days of how your child is getting on. In the last
year there have been no Covid closures; this is an excellent achievement. The staff are friendly and approachable - would highly recommend.

Both my boys have been at Billy Bears since 9 months old, they are now 2 and 4.
The staff there are like a second family. The love they show my boys is amazing.
The boys are genuinely happy to go into nursery every day and when they come home they talk about their “teachers” with such fondness.
I chose not to send my eldest to a separate preschool because the level of care and education he has received into his 4th year is fantastic.
Also, the way they have reacted through the pandemic has put us as a family at ease knowing our boys are safe, healthy and monitored on a daily basis.

I would recommend Billy Bears nursery to other parents. Staff are caring and professional. It feels like a family, kids really enjoy it there. I feel safe leaving my children at the nursery. My daughter loves the staff. The manager is very good at her job she cares about all kids and is close to
them.

I couldn't recommend Billy Bear's enough! The staff here are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing. Both my daughters love coming here.

The staff at Billy Bears are wonderful. They are so caring towards the children and have supported us, as a family, as our children have grown. The communication between home and nursery is great and the children take part in lots of fun activities. My children are so happy there and we are
delighted with the nursery provision.

My son attended here 12 years ago, I felt he was looked after brilliantly. Obviously with new management, I felt it important to check it out for my daughter. The nursery didn’t let me down, they are so good with the children, so welcoming and the children love it.
The staff are a credit to this
facility, some have been there since my son was there and now my daughter. That speaks volumes.
My children have always come home with a new song, hand movement or ability.
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

This is a lovely little nursery with a real "family" feel to it. The staff are lovely and very engaging with all the children. The children are always so happy and keen to talk when I go and pick my son up. You can see how at ease they are there, which is extremely important in my eyes for
development. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

This nursery is amazing.
My oldest came for 2 years and now my youngest is currently attending.
The staff are extremely helpful. My child progresses each week learning new colours and words.
The nursery itself is bright and very welcoming with a great outdoor space. And the children always
look very happy.

My son absolutely loves going to his nursery, brilliant staff who always greet children with a smile. The manager is extremely helpful and we are glad we found Billy Bears for our little one.

My husband and I were so pleased we found Billy Bear's. After looking around loads of nurseries in Solihull we felt immediately comfortable as soon as we visited the nursery and chatted with the staff and the manager. We could tell they would be the best place for our daughter as they seemed to
genuinely care for her and us as a family. The nursery has large, bright open spaces and a big garden area and are passionate about helping the children develop their personal and educational skills. We felt happy to entrust the care of our daughter to the nursery and our daughter loves it here.
