My child has been attending Ambourne house since 2023 and he absolutely adores it. The staff are super friendly and the care they give the children and families is above and beyond.
The FAMLY app is a great way to communicate with staff, keep up to date with fees, news, events, your child's
learning as well as their daily care needs e.g nappy changes/toileting, meals and how much they eat plus your child's learning observations. The extra curricular activities and real life experiences are a great touch, such as wood work, sports, music and dance activities, plus they have their very own mini bus to take children out on trips an local walks! I cannot fault this nursery, it's like a home from home. The setting is a converted home setting, it may be cosy and petite but the love and care inside it is huge!!
I will highly recommend Ambourne House to anyone who is looking for a loving childcare setting for their little one!

Ambourne House Nursery has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. Since she started, I've seen such a positive change in her confidence, learning, and overall happiness. She's always excited to go to nursery and never wants to miss a day, which says so much.
The staff are caring, supportive, and
genuinely invested in the children's development. I feel reassured knowing she's in such a nurturing and stimulating environment. I couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Ambourne House Nursery to any parent.

We've been really pleasantly surprised and impressed with the exceptionally nurturing and professional approach we've experienced since our little one started at Ambourne House a few months ago. As first time parents we were quite apprehensive about starting at nursery but all the staff made the
transition incredibly smooth and easy and our daughter settled in really quickly.
The baby room staff are wonderful and incredibly warm and attentive. The regular updates and visible progress they share gives us peace of mind that she feels safe and happy there. The Montessori-inspired environment and activities they do, whether inside, in their lovely garden or out and about, all seem well thought-out to support her development in the best way, which is wonderful to see and she clearly has a great time.

When our daughter joined Ambourne House as a 13 month old in the baby room, she was very much attached to me almost clingy, she wont go to anyone other than her parents, she would scream at the sight of a big crowd. She was settled in very quickly and peacefully, Tina, Flora, Roxie, made sure of
that. She became very independent, joyful and confident child. It's been 7 months now and she is in toddler room, every day she learns something new and her development is conspicuous. As parents, we can't recommend Ambourne House enough. I thank all of the staffs in the Nursery for taking good care of her.

Our daughter has been attending the baby room at Ambourne house since March/April 2025 and is now moving up to the toddler room.
We are so happy we chose this nursery, all of the staff are friendly and supportive. We truly feel our daughter is thriving and growing in confidence thanks to their care
and efforts.
We would highly recommend this nursery, Roberta and Sarah (Management) always respond to queries and are very friendly and helpful.

I cannot be more happy, pleased and grateful with Ambourne House Family. Everthing they do is with love and care for the little ones and the meals are healthy and balance.

Choosing a nursery can feel overwhelming, but from the moment I walked into Ambourne, I knew it was the right place. The atmosphere is calm, professional, and engaging. Both of my children began their journey here at 6 months old and stayed until they started primary school. My youngest only left
last week, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. The care, support, and love shown to both of my children have been exceptional. Roberta and Sarah are outstanding managers, and I would recommend Ambourne without hesitation.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Ambourne House!
We moved our son there a year ago from another local nursery, and I only wish we'd done so from the start. Our son looks forward to going every day, and is always full of smiles in the morning. The staff are
incredibly professional, caring, and inclusive. He adores all the members of staff - but has a special soft spot for one member of staff in particular, who he proudly calls his best friend! The team's warmth and positivity have helped him grow so much in confidence.
The manager, is clearly highly competent, trustworthy, and always positive and has created a well-organised and welcoming environment at Ambourne House.
We're so grateful for all the care and the support they've given our son and would wholeheartedly recommend Ambourne House to any parent.

Our son attended Ambourne Day Nursery for almost two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support he received during his time there. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly attentive, and nurturing, creating a safe and stimulating environment that helped our son grow in
confidence and independence.
The team at Ambourne clearly care deeply about the children in their care. They took the time to understand our son's personality, interests, and needs, and kept us well-informed with regular updates on his development and daily activities.
We also appreciated the variety of activities offered-from creative arts and sensory play to outdoor adventures and early learning opportunities. It's been wonderful to see how much our son has learned and developed during his time there.
We're truly grateful to everyone at Ambourne for making our son's early years.

The staff are really caring and lovely. They knew both of our children so well and they both have realy enjoyed going to nursery there.
They also put on a lot of extra bits like sports / music / animals sessions.

Our son attended Ambourne for 3 years and now our daughter has started there.
All the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Both our children love going to Ambourne and are always happy there.
We especially love the outside areas, the trips they go on and visitors they have in
to extend their already great learning.

I have seen my son develop in great strides since joining Ambourne. The staff genuinely care about him and you can tell they have strong relationships with all of the children. They provide an amazing environment for him to learn in, completing a diverse range of activities and providing extra
curricular activities too.

My little one has been attending this nursery since January. As a first time parent I was extremely nervous and probably a little overbearing to begin with. The baby room team have been nothing short of amazing. My little girl absolutely loves going to nursery and they have worked with her and me to
settle in. They hold events for the parents and we recently attended a Mother's Day afternoon which was a perfect little afternoon.
The only thing that lets this place down is it does not have a separate sleeping space, half of the baby room is closed off with a room divider. It would be better for all the children if there were a separate sleeping areas with cots etc as my little one is currently sleeping in a travel cot and her naps are rubbish in nursery due to the disturbance coming from other side of the room divider. I viewed 10 different nurseries and this one was far better than the rest in terms of what they offer.

My child attended Ambourne House for a year now and I cannot speak more highly of this nursery. The staff are caring and friendly and professional and make the effort to create a nurturing environment. They offer a range of activities to help with learning and creativity. Communication is excellent
between them and myself with regular updates on how my child is getting on within nursery and developing. I love that they have special days dedicated for you to come in and do activities with your child which makes it extra special to be welcomed in. I would highly recommend ambourne house to any other parent looking for a supportive, nurturing and caring nursery for there child

Have dropped off and collected my grandson from this nursery. They are excellent on their security system. Staff are super friendly and it's very obvious my grandson enjoys his time here.

My child has been attending Ambourne House Nursery since May 2024. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for an inclusive, safe nursery with a real sense of community. My child has grown in confidence and knowledge and going to nursery has done wonders for her social
development. The team know our family so well and support our child in line with our core values. The opportunities provided through trips and activities with external providers, including weekly forest school are outstanding. What I love most about this nursery is their outside space and the fact that they are not weather adverse so the children play outside all year round.

I have had a really good experience with Ambourne House. He absolutely loves it, along with the people who work there - who show great love and care in watching him grow and building great relationships! He has so much fun there, where I can see through updates shown on the app - which is great. He
speaks about his friends, what he's done and the workers with great attitude. I can really see what my son is being taught and shown as he will do new things at home and his communication/speech is widening! I will always recommend Ambourne to friends and family!

Both our children love Ambourne House. The staff encourage the kids to be independent and confident and teach them useful skills. The gardens are a real highlight, they both love playing with all the toys out there. They offer term time only places which is a real bonus for us and will sometimes
take the kids on trips! They aren't a chain which means the staff have a real family feel where they all work together to offer a fun and friendly experience.
