I couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly warm, caring, and attentive, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children truly thrive. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do, and they treat every child as an individual,
supporting their development with patience and genuine enthusiasm.
The activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, helping to build confidence, creativity, and social skills. We've seen such a positive difference in our child's communication, independence, and overall happiness since starting here.
Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and feedback that give real peace of mind. The facilities are clean, well-organized, and full of stimulating resources.
The level of care they give my child is outstanding the time and the patience that they put into him with his medication is beyond amazing. They are always willing to help. There's no better nursery than this one.

The nursery have been brilliant with our baby. Kirsty and the team in the Tots room have been incredibly supportive helping them to settle in and they are now thriving. The outside space is really wonderful at Torwood with so many toys for the children to play with.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. From the moment we first visited, it was clear that it is a really special place. The staff are absolutely fantastic-warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can see how much they care about the children, and that makes a
huge difference.
The nursery is run exceptionally well, with a great balance of structure, learning and fun. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into everything from the daily activities to the overall development and wellbeing of the children.
Most importantly, our child absolutely loves going, which says everything. It gives us real peace of mind knowing they are in such a safe, caring and positive environment each day.
We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough

My 6 year old daughter has been using the holiday club for a couple of years and she loves it.
They always do new games and new ways of entertainment the kids and she always comes out with a smile on her face.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Torwood House! Our daughter absolutely loves going each day. Since she started, we've noticed a huge difference in her confidence and development.
The staff really helped with the transition, supporting both us and our daughter to settle in smoothly.
The learning environment is wonderful - she's picking up so many new things and thriving.
The staff are fantastic at keeping us informed about everything she gets up to and her progress.
We also want to highlight how well they cater to dietary requirements - our daughter receives amazing vegetarian meals prepared by their dedicated onsite chef. The building is lovely and spacious with beautiful gardens. We love the frequent trips outdoors.
The staff are genuinely caring and it's clear they have each child's best interests at heart. Overall, we're very happy and would highly recommend Torwood House to other families.

We are extremely happy with this nursery and couldn't recommend it highly enough. Our daughter absolutely loves going and is always so happy and settled there. The staff are excellent - genuinely caring, attentive, and supportive - which gives us real peace of mind. A special mention to Jenine, the
manager, who is always friendly, approachable, and willing to go above and beyond to find ways to help and support families. It's clear the children are truly cared for, and we're so grateful for everything they do.

We love Torwood Kids Planet for our two year old son. The building and outside space are very roomy and the staff are lovely and seem to have been in post for a long time. They go outside (in all weather!) every day and my son is always extremely happy to go to nursery. The food is great and we've
never had any grumbles with the nursery in the 1.5 years our boy has been attending. Thank you to the fabulous Torwood staff!
