My sons attended this nursery for over a year now. It's been amazing to see how much he's progressed and how much he's learned from attending.
The updates, activities, resources and especially the staff are brilliant I can't fault the care he receives and it makes me so happy to see him thrive in
this environment.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone who's looking, biggest thank you to the staff and the management for the work they do for the children.

All of the staff at Kiddi Caru in Hengrove are so caring and kind towards our child. They take the time to greet her and get to know her likes and dislikes so they can make her time there as enjoyable as possible, including playing her favourite song. They always give us a thorough talk through her
day. Her development has come on lots since she started there and she's really happy.

My son has been at this nursery for over a year now. He is always happy at pick up and eager to sing whichever new song he has learned. The staff are always friendly and happy to spend time updating me on what he has been up to that day. You can tell the staff really care for the children and share
joy in each of their developmental leaps.

My son throughly enjoys attending nursery and participating in various activities, making relationships and developing his learning through play.
The staff go above and beyond for children with SEN and has a great SEN coordinator who ensures each child has a good nursery experience and supporting
them with additional needs to prepare them and families before moving on to school.
The team are friendly and approachable providing a welcoming environment to the nursery.
The manager works really hard to maintain a great standard of care and learning opportunities for each and every child who attends.

An excellent place, my child is well cared for and I really feel they know him personally. They update me during the day which puts my mind at ease, but also give genuine and personal feedback on pick up of how he has been. I really feel that they care about each individual child and will try their

Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. A big part of this is how welcoming the carers are, and how effective their care is. The updates throughout the day are much appreciated, as well as the healthy food they provide and all the play. We are extremely happy to have found this nursery for

My little daughter and my son both have attended this nursery at different times, the experience with both was excellent. The carers are fantastic and they built a good relationship with them and with us as parents as well. I definitely would recommend this nursery 100%.
We have never had major
issues but evening time i tried to talk to them they replied very quickly.
The use of the app is also very good. They track all they eat and anything that happens as well.
Definitely very happy with the nursery.

Really love this nursery. Has provided reliable, good quality care for my eldest daughter for a year and a half, and I'm happy to be sending my second daughter there. All the practitioners are lovely, and show real care towards my little girl which I hugely appreciate. It really helps working parent

Can't describe how grateful I am for this nursery and the staff. They are so kind, caring and welcoming. My child has loved his time there so far and gets along so well, when I come to pick them up they're often too busy having fun to say hello. The updates are brilliant, handover is always so
informative. They dont get enough thanks for the work they do and they way they care for children. I would recommend anyone to send their child here.

Staff are very friendly and build good relationships with the children. They plan good, age-appropriate activities which children then enjoy and learn from. There is now a sensible approach to management and policies. Has much improved over the last 3 years, in particular since Grandir took over.

My son moved to this nursery at the start of 2025 and since then we have seen a marked improvement in him. He comes home always smiling and singing songs he has been learning. Which he hardly ever did before. The staff have all been amazing in welcoming & integrating him into the nurse. The
handovers at the start and end of his days are always great and make us feel as though he is really getting good one to one care. The updated on the app are also super helpful and this is something we hardly got at our previous nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to other parents!!

Since my daughter has joined the nursery she has come on in leaps and bounds learning and growing everyday.
The staff are fab and make you feel at ease even when you have a upset child at drop off.

Could not be happier with our nursery experience so far. Our son had just turned 9 months when he started here in Sept and as a first time mum feeling quite anxious and emotional at the thought of leaving him for me to return to work, I needn't have been as he is absolutely thriving here and the
staff are out of this world. Our son has just moved on from the Baby room to the Toddler room and after a small adjustment period he is loving the new setting. We have already booked our place for our daughter who will be joining him later this year at Kiddi Caru Hengrove! We feel so incredibly lucky that this nursery is on our doorstep and that we were able to secure spaces here as I know it's become very challenging for parents to find childcare recently so we are really grateful to have found such a gem of a nursery, he absolutely loves the staff there and we love the updates on the app (would love more of those!) that let us know how he's getting on and what skills he's learning. So happy!

We recently moved our son to this nursery and in the short time he has been here we have already seen a massive change in his communication and what he is able to do. The staff have all been amazing and helped him to integrate very quickly. Their communication with us on how each day has gone and
his overall development has also been great.

My daughter is thriving at Kiddi Caru Hengrove, thanks to the wonderful staff - she loves going in and always has stories of the fun activities she gets up to.
The nursery is excellent at providing daily updates, along with photos and videos.
The staff's passion, enthusiasm and diligence is ever
present and I couldn't be happier with the setting.

I couldn't be more happy with the support and care that we have received for my son. He started in January aged 6 months and the team - especially the staff - are just amazing. They really care about the children, and I am so certain that my son is having a wonderful time when he goes.

Kiddi Caru Hengrove are fab! My daughter absolutely loves attending and looks forward to her days with her teachers and friends. She comes home singing new songs, singing along, and a much more varied diet due to being introduced to new food and thriving there.
Her teachers are brilliant, and
always go the extra mile to let us know how she is getting on and how her days have been.
So pleased we chose Kiddi Caru Hengrove!

My son has been attending this setting for the past two years. He absolutely loves it and is always talking about his friends, the staff and what they’ve been doing. As a parent, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the management and the rest of the team. All of the children seem happy and content
and they are exceptionally caring towards the children. I’ve asked their advice on several occasions and they’ve gone out of their way to help. I know we will both be very sad when the time comes to move up to primary school.
