Overall, I'm very pleased with my child's time at the nursery. She has thoroughly enjoyed it, and the staff are professional, friendly, and caring. There's a good mix of activities, storytelling, and outdoor play, and I appreciate the structured routine and support with potty training and hygiene. The manager is knowledgeable, hands-on, and approachable. It's lovely to see photos on the app showing what she's been up to, though it would be great to have a few more. Only improvements are the app could also be updated more consistently with meals and toileting details, which used to be recorded more often. More variety and freshly cooked food would also be appreciated. Finally, handovers could be clearer when the main staff member has finished for the day - a brief note or update on the iPad would help other staff relay the information to parents. Overall, I'm very happy with the care provided and grateful for the team's hard work and dedication! Would 100% recommend this nursery!

Our daughter has been at Magic Roundabout since she was 13 months old, and she absolutely loves it. She settled in straight away. We never have any problems at drop-off. She waves goodbye and runs into the arms of the baby room workers. I can tell she absolutely adores them, especially her key worker Maria. Our daughter's development has sky-rocketed. She regularly comes home with new tricks: she started counting to ten when she was 1.5 years old, always singing new songs they've taught her. She loves to socialize and play with her friends, and she seems really happy with the meals. The nursery takes great care of her. They're very accommodating and flexible. The operating hours are 7:30-7, so we never have to worry about rushing to pick her up after work. The nursery regularly hosts parent events so families can get to know one another. I can't say enough good things about Magic Roundabout- we feel so lucky to have a slot!

Both of our children attended Magic Roundabout Nursery Bristol and I can't speak highly enough about their experience and the support for their early years. The staff cared for every child and got to know them individually. They were kind and thoughtful and made us feel very safe leaving our children in their care. Everyone took the time to get to know us and the children, and showed great levels of interaction and engagement. Our children thrived and developed well, learning new skills both academically and socially. They celebrated each other and different cultures regularly and made everyone feel welcome and special. I would absolutely recommend MRN as an early years setting to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their children's early years.

Our son has been going full time since he was one and he's just graduated aged 4.5. We love this nursery and it's staff. They're all so caring and friendly with all the children. You can see all the little attention to detail things that they do to provide a welcoming and fun environment for the children. They have regular events to mark dates on the calendar - fathers day, mothers day, Easter, Christmas, cultural events etc. The children also put on performances for the parents in the garden and this is something our son loves practising for. We're kept up to date through an app and get regular updates on our sons development and what he's been up to. I've got no hesitation in recommending Magic Roundabout.

We have been so happy with our experience of the Magic Roundabout nursery since our son started there over 18 months ago. The practitioners all make such an amazing effort with the children and have helped our son to develop into such a confident and happy little boy. We are constantly amazed at how much he learns, from numbers to encouraging natural curiosity. The space is excellent and we are particularly happy that there is a good sized outside space and lots of room to play. We would definitely recommend the nursery.

My son moved to Magic Roundabout from another nursery and we have noticed a huge difference in how much he enjoys coming to nursery. The staff here are amazing, they are so caring and really knowledgeable about child development. You can tell that they all love being around children and that they truly care about creating a wonderful environment for children to learn and play in. As a parent, it is so reassuring to me that all the staff know my son and greet him with a smile by his name, even staff who don't work in his room. They make him feel special and he has a beautiful bond with his key person who has made a huge effort to help him feel happy at nursery from his first settling in session. Communication is very good and lots of effort is put into involving parents and we love coming to special events like storytelling. There is a very warm and loving feeling at the nursery which is the most important thing, however it's also great value for money compared to other local nurseries.

MRN is a great place for our little ones. The staff are really friendly. We get up to date information via the app regularly. There are lots of extra activities where parents can attend to celebrate the diversity of the nursery community.

Magic Roundabout in Bristol is truly incredible, and I am constantly blown away by how amazing the staff are - they are truly wonderful, caring and dedicated to childhood development. The management team are excellent - the nursery is professionally ran and the team are always proactive and on-top of administrative aspects. As well as the incredible staff, I think what sets them apart is: 1. The amount they engage families - they regularly organise family events like story time and Mother's Day breakfasts 2. The garden area is well thought out with different areas for various activities 3. That every staff member, no matter if they are in another class knows my child and interacts with them

Very happy with Magic Roundabout for our son (for 2.5 years now). A caring, nurturing environment, staff are lovely. He has fun and seems to learn something new each day. It'll be a wrench when school eventually beckons!

Everyone at the nursery was superb and our daughter thrived there. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a supportive, warm and nurturing environment for their child. We felt very reassured our child was receiving excellent care.

Magic Roundabout Nursery have always gone above and beyond for my child who has been attending the nursery since he was 15 months old. They have made his transition into nursery, as well as his progression into the older room, seamless. The communication between the nursery and parents is exceptional as our questions and queries are always answered swiftly and with care. My child's key workers ( baby room, toddler room) regularly update us with observations and activities which gives us ideas on how to best adapt learning at home for our child. I cannot stress enough how much my child loves attending the nursery each and every day. Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do.

I couldn't be happier with my children's experience at this nursery! Both my children currently attend with one in pre-school and the other in the baby room. At the heart of the nursery, there is a caring culture where the staff show genuine affection, warmth, and attention to each child. The nursery is clean, bright, and filled with engaging activities that encourage learning through play. My children have blossomed socially and intellectually here - both are growing into such confident, happy, independent children. The staff are not only professional but also compassionate, always open to communication and eager to address any questions I have. I feel confident and reassured knowing my children are in such a nurturing and safe environment. I would highly recommended to any parent looking for a wonderful childcare environment!

Love everything about the nursery. Facilities are great, play areas are always evolving, and seem to be organised with care and love. The staff, including the cooks, is very friendly, they all know the kid's name. Seems like a family for the kids. I know that there is a kitchen in the nursery, which is positive and hopefully means that the food is mostly homemade however, I regret not having more photos or/and tasting as I feel I don't know what my child eats. A menu is not enough to know about quality and quantity.

I would say a happy child is the best proof they doing well at nursery. Our little one wants to go in and is having the best time. Learning and developing loads. Each week we can see massive progress in his confidence and talking.

I have loved Magic Roundabout nursery. They have been so accommodating, resourceful and flexible with all my requests. They have taken great care of my child, who went in as a shy toddler and came out so confident and happy. I have also enjoyed the socials which have been a great opportunity to meet other parents. Great nursery!

Both of my children are currently at Magic Roundabout and are really happy there. My eldest has been attending Magic Roundabout for over two years. It is obvious how much the staff care and love the children, and make them feel special and safe. There's lots of activities on offer, and great indoor and outdoor spaces. Everyone is helpful, friendly and supportive. We completely recommend this nursery.

Fantastic nursery and our son loves it here. He settled in quickly and all the staff are fantastic and very friendly. The nursery has great rooms and a lovely outdoor area and we also love the events and activities they put on regularly. The app is really useful and well-updated throughout the day.

My 2.5-year-old is so happy here. The staff care so much, there’s a lot of outside play and a good variety of activities. The app is a great resource for keeping parents up-to-date. The manager and the team in the office have created a really great culture throughout the nursery and lots of the staff have been around for a while, creating a really stable, nurturing environment.

Our little boy loved Magic Roundabout Nursery and we’re very happy with his experience there. The staff are all loving and kind and he’s clearly very fond of them all. The activities they do are fun and I know he loves the food as most days it’s ‘all’ or ‘all+’ on the app! I’ve given a lower score for value for money - not because Magic Roundabout Nursery is overpriced but because all childcare in the country is obscenely expensive. We pay more for nursery than our mortgage!
