Staff are attentive and caring with the children. My daughter started in the baby room and the staff there was amazing at taking care of her and helping her reach her milestones. The transition to the toddler has been a bit tricky. It feels busier and less quiet space. It's been difficult to
understand how the toddler room supports potty training in a structured manner.generally my daughter enjoys nursery and staff have a keen sense of kids' personalities but more clarity on how milestones are supported via the nursery days would be useful.

I honestly can't recommend this nursery enough! The setup in the rooms is so lovely and inviting-my son settled in so quickly because of how great the environment is. I've also really noticed a positive change in the dynamic lately. It's so much better now that there's a more permanent team of staff
in place - you can really feel the difference in the energy and consistency. On top of that, the Nursery Manager is absolute star. Nursery staff is always so helpful and truly go out of their way to support us whenever we have a question or need a bit of extra help. It's such a relief to leave my son somewhere where I know he's happy and the team really cares. Well done team CH !

Our child has flourished at this nursery, the staff are exceptional and truly care about her development . She is safe and happy and we have always felt comfortable entrusting her care to the team. There have been some management changes but this seems to have been resolved now following the merger
and communication is now much improved.

My son has always been happy at this nursery throughout the last 3 years he has been attending. The staff across the board are warm and kind and fun, and there is a positive atmosphere as soon as you walk into the building. I know it is a safe and supportive environment, and am often impressed with
the things he has learnt at nursery when he comes out with things at home.

The team within the nursery clearly have a positive impact on the development of the children, speak to them with compassion and care and my son has built strong relationships with the practitioners.
We get good updates on collection and drop off, they engage in learning that is fun and
interactive as well as tailoring the style to meet the needs of each child where possible.
The app is not always kept up to date however this is not seen as a huge issue for us as we would rather they are spending the quality time with the children rather than writing about it!
They make the most of the space available to them inside and outside, the place is not always clean but usually due to them having a fun activity that can create mess!
The management team and all practitioners are helpful and approachable and have listened to any concern and taken action promptly.

Our child loves nursery at Crews hole! She loves the practitioners and her friends within the pre school room! She has the opportunity to fully submerge herself into sensory play whether that be playdough or the mud kitchen which is an ultimate favourite. She enjoys telling us about songs she learns
at nursery and loves acting out the dance routines!

A lovely nursery! Our son is so happy at kiddi caru and we'd recommend it to anyone.
The staff go above and beyond every single day and it's so clear how much they genuinely care about the children - they really do love and look after our son as if he were their own.
It's such a warm environment
and our son is always happy to go in. The biggest compliment we can give is, when asked what his favourite place is, he says nursery!
Communication is always great and we have peace of mind knowing he's somewhere he's so happy, safe and well cared for.

We've had our boy at Kiddi Cary since he was 12 months old and have been really pleased with it for the past year. The team are friendly and engaged, and most of them have been there a long time. Our boy is safe, happy and growing, which is all we really want.

We're extremely happy with this nursery and our child loves going and we feel he's safe and happy there. The staff are all lovely and friendly and helped our child settle in as he was nervous at first. They see to his individual needs and his development has come on leaps and bounds since joining.
He loves the food and the extra activities like at Christmas they went above and beyond and he brought home items he'd made and a present from Santa! We're thrilled with our choice in nursery and feel very lucky we got a place here.

The nursery has been absolutely wonderful for our little one. The staff are fantastic; they're always there to help and our child speaks so highly of them all. The range of activities they do is great and we're really happy with the progress our child has made. The outdoor space is a particular

The nursery is outstanding we couldn't be happier with the care our son receives. All the staff are happy and welcoming from the minute they open the door. We are so thrilled to find such a great place that educates and enriches our child's development, but also has fun. We love the updates and
observations we receive via the app it makes us feel like we can keep up with his day while he's there. Overall an amazing place and great staff throughout!

Absolutely love this nursery the staff are like their own little family. A really nice happy little place, not overcrowded, not too much going on, really happy environment. The staff have worked so well in settling my little one. Loving the way my child is developing since being at the nursery.

We love this nursery and our son is very happy there! The staff are so warm and friendly, and always keen to update us on pick up about how he’s been getting on in the day. There are always a lot of free-play-style activities set up for the children to get involved in, and we get photos sent across
on an app which shows us what he’s been doing, which I love! The only slight downside is the outdoor area which is maybe a bit small and doesn’t have grass, but it is surrounded by trees so still has a green feel.

The nursery has undergone a lot of renovations over recent months and it's looking great. The décor seems to have somewhat made the children calmer yet the quality of play and resources is still just as strong, lots of new wooden toys, role-play activities etc. The staff are just incredible, warm,
inviting and are happy to spend time talking about your children, they really know them well and are happy to share stories of what they have been up to. This is especially welcomed as the observation entries have been somewhat reduced since changing over from Mama Bears to Kiddi Caru but I always leave my daughter knowing she is safe and looked after.
Overall, it's a great nursery and when my daughter heads to school in September I will carry very fond memories of everyone there. It really is the staff that makes the setting feel like my daughter's 2nd home! Thank you for everything!

This is an amazing nursery with outstanding staff, my son enjoys it when he is there, and I always get updates on how he is doing through the week, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I always feel at ease knowing my son is being looked after with the highest professionalism.

Wonderful team. Very kind and caring and with lots of creative activities. Lovely setting which has recently been updated. Garden has plenty of different activity zones and the deer from Troopers Hill sometimes pop down to say hello through the fence! Recently the nursery have started visits to the
local old people's home which the children enjoy. Also has healthy and varied food options.

Our little one really enjoys the calm and consistent atmosphere. The staff are always very warm, friendly and made his start as easy as possible. It never seems too busy and the set-up is great, definitely recommend.

The staff at this nursery are wonderful. They seem really interested in the children and they're so friendly. Our son has taken to it really quickly and after a week was coming home saying how much he liked his keyworker and asking to go back. We've only been there a month, but so far so brilliant!
