The nursery has been absolutely wonderful for our little one. The staff are fantastic; they're always there to help and our child speaks so highly of them all. The range of activities they do is great and we're really happy with the progress our child has made. The outdoor space is a particular
advantage! Would highly recommend if you're considering this nursery!

The nursery is outstanding we couldn't be happier with the care our son receives. All the staff are happy and welcoming from the minute they open the door. We are so thrilled to find such a great place that educates and enriches our child's development, but also has fun. We love the updates and
observations we receive via the app it makes us feel like we can keep up with his day while he's there. Overall an amazing place and great staff throughout!

Absolutely love this nursery the staff are like their own little family. A really nice happy little place, not overcrowded, not too much going on, really happy environment. The staff have worked so well in settling my little one. Loving the way my child is developing since being at the nursery.
Really pleased and assured that my child is ok every day. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t speak more highly of Kiddi Caru, Crewe’s Hole. The staff and management are brilliant and offer amazing care for my son. The food is healthy and nutritious and the facilities are excellent. Thank you.

We love this nursery and our son is very happy there! The staff are so warm and friendly, and always keen to update us on pick up about how he’s been getting on in the day. There are always a lot of free-play-style activities set up for the children to get involved in, and we get photos sent across
on an app which shows us what he’s been doing, which I love! The only slight downside is the outdoor area which is maybe a bit small and doesn’t have grass, but it is surrounded by trees so still has a green feel.

The nursery has undergone a lot of renovations over recent months and it's looking great. The décor seems to have somewhat made the children calmer yet the quality of play and resources is still just as strong, lots of new wooden toys, role-play activities etc. The staff are just incredible, warm,
inviting and are happy to spend time talking about your children, they really know them well and are happy to share stories of what they have been up to. This is especially welcomed as the observation entries have been somewhat reduced since changing over from Mama Bears to Kiddi Caru but I always leave my daughter knowing she is safe and looked after.
Overall, it's a great nursery and when my daughter heads to school in September I will carry very fond memories of everyone there. It really is the staff that makes the setting feel like my daughter's 2nd home! Thank you for everything!

This is an amazing nursery with outstanding staff, my son enjoys it when he is there, and I always get updates on how he is doing through the week, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I always feel at ease knowing my son is being looked after with the highest professionalism.

Wonderful team. Very kind and caring and with lots of creative activities. Lovely setting which has recently been updated. Garden has plenty of different activity zones and the deer from Troopers Hill sometimes pop down to say hello through the fence! Recently the nursery have started visits to the
local old people's home which the children enjoy. Also has healthy and varied food options.

My daughter is so happy at Kiddi Caru and we could not be more delighted with the care that she is receiving there. The staff are wonderful, warm, welcoming and I have every faith that my daughter is in great hands and is learning and developing important skills within the nursery setting. My

Our little one really enjoys the calm and consistent atmosphere. The staff are always very warm, friendly and made his start as easy as possible. It never seems too busy and the set-up is great, definitely recommend.

The staff at this nursery are wonderful. They seem really interested in the children and they're so friendly. Our son has taken to it really quickly and after a week was coming home saying how much he liked his keyworker and asking to go back. We've only been there a month, but so far so brilliant!

The staff are wonderful. My eldest attended 6 years ago and we've come back with my youngest because this is such a fantastic nursery. They have recently done a refurb inside which looks great and I think the outside play areas are being updated soon as well. The manager is great, she's always been
so welcoming and looked after us. It really is the staff that make this nursery special, thank you to all of them.

I couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough. Every single member of staff is so kind and caring and they have such a lovely bond with my daughter. She has developed so much socially since going to this nursery and is learning lots in preparation for school.

I believe the most important thing about a nursery is the staff - their warmth, enthusiasm and dedication to what is a really difficult job. The staff at Mama Bear's in Crews Hole have all of that in spades and we couldn’t be happier with how they look after the children who attend. They really know
and understand our three-year-old and work hard to encourage his development on all fronts. He has had a great experience there since he started as a baby and I’m looking forward to starting my youngest at the nursery this summer.

My son is 3 1/4 and has been going to Mama Bears in Crew's Hole since he was 1. The staff are amazing! They always open the door with big smiles, and help our little boy to feel welcome and cared for. He often includes them in his list of best friends! They've made an effort to get to know our
family, as well as respecting our wishes. We've never fed judged or rushed in how we've approached weaning, potty training, sleeping etc, and they have always reflected our choices where possible. Since moving to the pre-school room, we can see how much more independent our son is becoming and we're amazed how much he has already learned with their support. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been at this nursery since she was 11 months old (October 2019). She is now in preschool and will shortly be going to school. The nursery has been absolutely amazing with her. The staff are all wonderful and my daughter always gets such a warm welcome when we arrive. It always feels
like the staff are happy to see her, and that she is a part of a big family there. She has made lots of friends during her time at the nursery, and her confidence has grown massively. I feel so happy knowing that she is having a good time while I am at work, and it has prepared her really well for when she goes to school. I would definitely recommend the nursery and all of the wonderful staff!

My daughter started in the baby room back in January 2020. I was a single mum and my daughter was attached to me, but the staff at Crews Hole made the whole experience/process of dropping off for nursery so easy, just as my daughter got settled we hit lockdown, but when she went back in the August
it was like she had never been gone, went straight in and has loved every minute of nursery since. My daughter starts school this September and I couldn't have been happier with the experience she has got at Crews Hole Mama Bear's. The staff have also been so welcoming to me and have helped when I've had concerns/needed a chat. We will 100% miss seeing their faces in September when we take our next journey.

My son is so happy at this nursery. The staff are amazing, really friendly and I know they genuinely care for the kids and take their development seriously. They feed them really healthy meals and tea which I have not found to be common in other nurseries but has saved our evenings and my little boy
is not starving when he gets home and can have a small dinner or snack. We will be sad to leave Mama Bear's this year when my son goes to school but if we have another child would definitely look to send them here.

Our daughter (coming up to 3 years old) has attended Mama Bear's nursery in Crews Hole since she turned 1. She absolutely loves nursery days and settled in really quickly from the start. The nursery, and all the staff - her key worker, were all so accommodating of her nap and food schedule when she
started.
There are always lots of activities going on at the nursery, and various cultural events (for different ethnicities) are marked which is brilliant.
The staff are all very caring, and our daughter feels very comfortable and happy being at nursery. We would recommend this nursery, and will also be sending our second baby to this nursery in the near future.
