My son attended this nursery first and we have placed our daughter here as well. Both came on leaps and bounds in confidence, my son had speech issues and they went out of their way to help us get the extra help we needed from the health visiting team. The staff are truly lovely, we always get an
update at the end of the day as to what our daughter has been up to, the food always sounds delicious (she eats so much more there compared to when she is at home) she has such a busy fun day. Activities always sound fun and productive to their learning and she always comes home with some wonderful crafts.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Ipswich Pinewood since she was 7 months old. She is almost 2 years old now and I cannot fault the nursery. Staff feel like family, my daughter is so advanced for her age thanks to all the engaging educational tasks that they do there. Her keyworker is amazing and
creates tasks based on my daughter's favourite things. She is always making art and we get lovely Mother's/Father's/Valentine's crafts and cards etc. Love this nursery and so happy I chose here!

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was a year old. All nursery staff seem very nice, friendly and supportive. The meals are homemade and full of nutrition, my daughter is soon to be starting in the preschool room. Her time at nursery has made her confident with other children!

Firstly my son started here when he was 8 months old and stayed until he was ready for school and I couldn’t fault them then, in fact, we were so happy with the care they provided for my son that my daughter has recently joined. They have made her first experience of a nursery and leaving us such a
positive one. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and all definitely have a child-centred approach to their care. Highly recommend!

The members of staff always put the children first. They always create lots of fun activities for the children to do. I personally enjoy seeing the photos on the app that get taken of my child and hope that carries on as they move through the different rooms.

The staff at this nursery are so caring and friendly! They genuinely care about my baby girl and are sure to make every session full of exciting experiences and activities. I get multiple photos daily and she’s always smiling in them. Her key person is amazing with her!

My son has attended the nursery since he was one and a half years old. The staff are great, very supportive and caring. They are always updating us with all the activities that my son does, and he really enjoys them too. Lots of indoor and outdoor activities to do. I would definitely recommend Busy
Bees Pinewood. Thank you for your continuing support/taking care of our son.

Lovely nursery both my kids have gone here and my son leaves at the end of August to start primary school. I’ve never had any problems and my kids have loved it and helped them grow and the staff are amazing.

The best nursery we could have found our son. He started at 11 months, attended throughout Covid with all the restrictions and is now in his last few weeks with the nursery. Throughout the entire experience, our son's needs came first and nothing was too much for the staff. He formed very close
relationships to all the nursery workers in his room, and extra special ones with his key workers - which made it easier and more reassuring leaving him. All the staff have always been lovely and helpful with any enquiries etc.
Having just attended the school leavers graduation, it is really clear how much extra effort the staff put in, to give the children the absolute best experiences. I cannot thank them all enough throughout the years for helping, teaching and growing our little baby into a kind and caring little boy. You really are all amazing.

My son has been at Busy Bees now for almost 2 years. He started just one day a week and has now increased to three full days a week. Since being at this nursery he has thrived and developed greatly in all areas. The staff had him potty trained and dry within a week and his speech is incredible and
he isn't even 3 yet. The staff care for him like family and he loves them too. The app is updated daily with toilet, sleep and food updates and they upload any pictures of activities being undertaken. I cannot recommend this nursery and the staff enough!

My, just over, 2 year old has been going to this nursery since she was 10 months to have childcare for 2 days of the week when daddy is also at work. She loves her days there as is always quick in the door with a little wave goodbye. The nursery provides a safe location and premise for our children
and the staff are always there to update you on the child's day. Looking forward to seeing how she progresses over the next year as she goes through the other age rooms.

The nursery is definitely one of the worst choices we made as parents. We put a lot of trust in the nursery as regards to our son's welfare but were completely let down.
Our son is a happy little fella and hardly ever made a fuss about going to nursery and suddenly became teary whenever we
approached the nursery.
Even after we raised the concern there was no correspondence from the nursery to deal with the issues raised and rather we were only contacted to confirm if we would still be paying for the sessions our son didn’t attend (which we paid for anyway). It was quite sad really.
Something wasn’t right and it wasn’t investigated.
Anyway, our son is in a different nursery now and he is back to his happy little self again.
We have been told that he is always in a good mood.

The staff are truly decent people and they go out of their way to make children happy. Both of mine greets me with gummy smiles (my baby) or recounting stories of the
day. Lovely place.

My son has been going to this nursery since he was 16 months and we have been very happy with the care provided by Busy Bees Pinewood. All nursery staff seemed very nice, friendly and supportive. We have been updated regularly on how our son getting on etc.

My daughter has been attending busy bees since she was 9 months old, she has always been very happy here, all the staff are lovely and are amazing at what they do, security is a priority and always feel my child is safe, the meals are homemade and full of nutrition, my daughter is now in the
preschool room and has excelled nursery has made her confident with other children and is more than prepared for reception.

Nursery staff always appear pleasant and informative on my Daughter's day, with what she has taken part in, eaten, and progress.
I am very happy with the nursery and feel my daughter has learnt so much already, academically and socially.
My Daughter also appears to enjoy nursery with no issues at
drop off and beaming smiles and cuddles when she is collected.

I knew from the second I walked in that Busy Bees was the right nursery for my daughter who is now in pre-school at Busy Bees and still is the best decision I made. My daughter was a very shy little girl and has come on leaps and bounds with her confidence, the staff are all an absolute delight and
will forever be thankful to them for taking care and helping/contributing toward making her the confident little girl she is today.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since she was nine months old. We were sold as soon as we attended an open day. The nursery and staff are brilliant throughout. Our daughter loves attending and we never have issues dropping her off. Plenty of free parking for drops offs. Different activities
each day, the rooms are large, clean and engaging. Great events held during the year. Our daughter loves mealtimes, the food is cooked fresh on-site and varies frequently. We love receiving the updates daily and pictures of her enjoying the day. Communication with staff is great, they always want to hear what she has been up and encourage to help with her development. A good size private garden for the children and you can hear the laughter when you approach. Good security measures and checks at the front of the building. Couldn't recommend enough, book a visit, they will not disappoint.
