Since Storal have taken over they DO NOT CARE! They are there for money and that's it. My youngest attended and we have moved her away. Her milk allergy is worse and they no longer care about keeping her safe (this isn't at her key worker as she is amazing the Storal is not). Senior management told
us that asking for other children to use non dairy milk in open cup is discrimination! Big word for a company that's trying to cover their own backs but clearly doesn't understand what discrimination is.
Storal policies are not easily accessible to parents and things they often quote as "legal requirements" are in fact "a nurseries preference" two very different things. The previous ownership was filled with workers who loved working for the company and doing their job. It now appears Storal do not value experienced, knowledgeable staff and would rather employ a large volume of apprentices and not supply robust training schedules for allergies and other SEN needs in an attempt to keep their profit

My daughter has just started and finished her first week at nursery. It was an anxious time for me, as I'd only had myself or my partner looking after her before starting (at 9months).
She had number of settling in sessions which made me feel more at ease as she took to them like a duck to water
and the staff were amazing at keeping us updated.
With the first full week (8am to 6pm - 5days a week) now complete I feel so much more at ease, as the staff have been brilliant, my daughter is loving the home cooked meals and is eating well. She loves going in and being social with all the other children and exploring her new surroundings and trying all the new toys and activities!
The staff, the nursery, the activities and the updates are brilliant in making me feel more at ease and helping my daughter develop.

My daughter loves nursery she always comes out happy and is happy to be going in. She has learnt so many new things with only being here a short time. I get pictures and reviews of her which are lovely to see and the staff are very nice and friendly.

I have 2 children at Sunshine nursery and the care they receive has always been outstanding. The staff put so much thought and effort into the kids, making sure all of their interests are catered too and making them feel so welcome and special. The bond both my children have with their key workers
is amazing to see and makes me feel so comfortable dropping them off in the morning.
Communication with the parents is always great both on the app and in-person.

Our little boy started in February and has come on leaps and bounds. He absolutely loves nursery, doesn't look back or get upset. He smiles and loves all the staff when he goes in. We should have done it sooner as he is developing so much. Best nursery staff who care for your child like they are
their own. Such great peace of mind. Thank you to you all.

I really couldn't be happier with our nursery. Since starting here I've seen my son's confidence, speech and independence grow.
The staff are all incredibly patient, friendly, and kind, and it's clear they genuinely care about my little boy. I love the focus on imaginative activities and play in
the garden which my son loves!
One of the biggest reassurances for me is how excited he is to go in in the morning he's always happy, which says everything about how much he enjoys the staff and his time at nursery. I also really appreciate the regular updates and photos shared throughout the day!
So grateful for everything the team does and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents

A simply fantastic nursery.
Little man toddles in happily each day and always has a smile on his face when we pick him up.
The communication is great too. We always know exactly what he has done in the day, what he has eaten and how long he has slept. Any changes to staffing or routines and the
team update us.
The team is great and all of them are superb with our son. We know that his key worker is focused on him and could answer any question we had.
I would enthusiastically recommend Sunshine Nursery School to any parent!

Our youngest daughter is at Sunshine Nursery and their sibling spent several years there before starting school. We have found the nursery to be very accommodating and there have never been any unhappiness from the children about going in which is a clear sign they enjoy it. Since the change of
ownership the changes have been positive. Any concerns over the years we have had have been swiftly dealt with.

My son has recently started at this nursery and is getting on amazingly well, all thanks to the lovely staff and key people. I'm always fully informed on how he got on while there that day, which is amazing. Also I love the app and all the updates they make my day.

Sunshine Nursery School are just incredible. From the moment my son started with them in the baby room right through to the poppies. They give him the support he needs and I never have any worries, my son has complex medical needs and I never worry when he's in their care. They all amazing and
helping him with transition to starting school this year. Also wanted to say how great the nursery cook is and caters to everyone's needs she is so lovely too and always makes sure my son has all he needs with his nutrition. I am going to miss everyone in September when my son starts his specialist school but I know my child wouldn't be where he is today without everyone at sunshine nursery school.

This nursery is incredible. Our child has attended for over 2 years and loves it. She has autism and they cater for her needs brilliantly. Her key worker is amazing and understanding to our child's needs. Not a bad word to say about any of the staff or the way the nursery is run! Thanks guys for

Have been very supportive of our daughters needs. She struggled going in for a bit without getting upset. They comforted her, made her feel happy and distracted her. They have also been very supportive with other professionals in getting our daughter the right support. All staff go over and beyond.
They are always polite, warm and welcoming. We would recommend this nursery to any child. It's truly an amazing setting with fantastic staff.

My son has been at the nursery since he was 9 months old and it has always been brilliant. When he was in the baby room they were amazing about following his specific feeding and sleeping routine. Every room he's been in since has also been great. He is currently in poppys. Two staff members in
particular are amazing with him. They are so good at knowing his individual interests. They are so much fun with him but also work to make sure he is able to learn to listen to instruction and get prepared for school. Shannon has such good knowledge of the locals schools which as a first time mum was so helpful and reassuring. When my child was in sunflowers he was potty training and one of the staff was so supportive. I would recommend the nursery to anyone (and do!) and I think it's the staff that really make it special.

Both of my children have attended Sunshine and it's the staff that make it a brilliant setting. A home from home, the setting is relaxed and provides a warm environment for the children to be themselves whilst their parents are at work.

My son has grown so much since joining the nursery. He in engages in lots of tailored activities that suit his interests .And particularly loves dinosaur painting !
He loves meal times and even goes for seconds ! The meal plans each week are well balanced .
My child's key person/s and buddy
provide a great environment for my son to develop and learn.
The app is lovely to view observations and allows me to be kept up to date throughout the day.

Both my girls go to this nursery and they come out so happy. The communication from them to us is perfect. I know all about their day and can message the room if I need to give them a non-urgent message.

All the care givers are amazing and so attentive, our child asks for them all the time when at home.
The use of the app to keep us updated throughout the day is very helpful, being able to see what our child has been up to, as well as what they have eaten (or not).

Couldn't be happier with this nursery, they have been wonderful. My daughter has been in three of the age group rooms now and in each one, the welcome, kindness and care from the staff has been second to none. She has always been so happy there. They are amazing!
