Busy bees great yarmouth have looked after our little one 2 days per week since January. I absolutely cannot fault them, they encourage her learning, they encourage her to walk. The care provided is outstanding. They also provide good meals that cater for her dairy allergy. She absolutely loves
going to nursery and often doesnt want to come home.

Amazing and helpful staff. Every morning the staff welcome us with smiles and always really positive making my daughter's start to nursery as easy as it possibly can be!
The staff all make an effort to know every child's name and always make such a lovely effort with everyone.
Bumps will always
happen but I've found this nursery to be upfront and honest and even making a courtesy call to me to say when something has happened.
We love access to the app which allows us to see what our girl has been up to and eating throughout the day!
I honestly can't fault anything at this Busy Bees, they have been wonderful and gone above my expectations! Thank you :)

All staff friendly and excellent at communicating (with both parents and the children)
Activities, nutrition, physical and mental development all outstanding.
We feel comfortable leaving our daughter at Busybees (and she is more than happy to be left!)
Her unique dietary requirements are adhered
to. Further requests are listened to and actioned. (I.e needing more sleep, help encouraging first steps)
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busybees Great Yarmouth and the team.

I am so grateful for the team at Busy bees Great Yarmouth- my child is so happy going to nursery- and whilst away on holiday recently she told me how much she missed nursery- the girls and her friends. The team are excellent especially the management who are always responsive and reassuring and
support me and offer advice to me as well. If I could get my son to have after school club there I would!
I literally have no concerns for the welfare of my child at the nursery as I know they are always personalising the care specific to the needs of my child- I have known some of them now for over 3 years which reiterates the consistency my child has also had. I know it's not an easy job and grateful for everything the team do. Thank you

My Son is 2 years+. Best Thing for him in Busy bees, GY , is the homely feel of the place and the warm responses of the staff towards the children. Even I feel at ease when I'm there. Activities and experiences, assessments are quite good as well. They have a strict infection control policy which I
personally Like, because even it might be slightly inconvenient in safety point of view of others and comfort and recovery point of view for the sick child, It is a better approach.

My Daughter has been attending this Nursery since she was 1 and she is now 4. The management staff have always been friendly and helpful and I feel they offer a person-centred approach. The centre itself is clean, engaging and has lots of areas for children to learn and play in. The staff overall
are friendly and helpful and my Daughter has kind words to say about them all. They have an open policy with parents allowing them to drop off and pick up at convenient times which is very helpful. If I have ever had any issues these have been validated and dealt with quickly and efficiently. I really can't fault the Nursery and we will feel sad when the time comes for our Daughter to move up to School. I highly recommend Busy Bees Great Yarmouth.

From the very first day we have been welcomed into the Busy Bees family at Great Yarmouth. Staff had time to complete paperwork thoroughly whilst getting to know the needs of our child and answering our questions, ready for the settling sessions. Despite our child being unsettled at these first
sessions, the staff supported her and reassured us that she will be fine. Since then, she has developed and gained independence and is very happy. She gets excited once she knows she's going to Busy Bees for the day. The staff have supported and encouraged her to reach her next milestones. They check-in with us every drop off and update us, every evening, along with the updates on the app through the day. All staff have got to know us as a family and welcome us into Busy Bees. We have every confidence with all staff that they support and keep her safe throughout the day, whilst allowing her develop and gain independence through a variety of activities.

Ever since my son has joined nursery at Busy Bees, his personality has completely flourished! I was so nervous to first send him to nursery when I went back to work, but me and my partner are so glad we did. He has learnt so much and continues to learn more everyday, he is a completely different
child to what he was when he first joined. There isn't any part of the nursery I could fault.. the staff are great, the activities the children do are wonderful and overall, it's just a really lovely place to send your children. Frankie absolutely loves walking through the nursery doors every morning and he is always picked up with a massive smile on his face. Very thankful to BusyBees in Great Yarmouth for being so wonderful.

My son has been coming here since July 2023 and he absolutely loves it. From the minute you walk in the staff so are welcoming. I can see his development coming on great, from words to numbers, hes learning so much. He has formed friendships with the other children which is so cute!

We cannot thank the centre director and the team at busy bees enough for providing a safe, engaging, enriching environment for our daughter to learn and thrive. The team are wonderful at their jobs and are always coming up with new activities and games to keep things fun and stimulating for the
children. We have never had any concerns relating to the safety or care provided at busy bees and you cannot put a price on that. I would recommend busy bees in a heartbeat and will be devastated when the day comes that our daughter has to move onto pastures new. Thank you all for the wonderful job you do. You are all worth your weight in gold.

I am so thankful to the manager and all her staff for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment, where my son is able to play, learn and develop, whilst I work. My son will greet his key workers with a cuddle and is happy to see them and enjoy a range of activities both indoor and out that are
tailored to his likes and interests and encourage his learning. I get updates on the app about all aspects of my son's day, and a handover at the end of the day about what he has been doing. Busy Bees Great Yarmouth is my village, and I will be sad to lose their support and professional friendship when my son has to start school. I would highly recommend Busy Bees in this instance you really do get what you pay for.

Both of our children have now attended Busy Bees Great Yarmouth. Our first from 8 months old until she started school and our second is currently attending. Both children loved coming to the nursery and have learnt so much. The nursery team have worked alongside us to promote independence, social
skills and a love of learning. The staff not only do a fantastic job but they genuinely care about the children and this shows everyday. I highly recommend them and am very thankful for all their hardwork.

Absolutely amazing nursery. I've seen my son develop so far just in the few months he's been going. The staff are friendly and approachable and really care about the kids they look after. The meals are varied and nutritional and I love he gets to experience new things every week!

Our son joined the nursery just as he turned one and has developed so well over the past two years. He loves going to nursery twice a week and the staff are fabulous. He has also recently been potty trained and we feel our son was fully supported during this time. Great nursery!

When picking a nursery for my son, Busy Bees was an obvious choice.
I worked there myself for 12 years and rate the nursery highly! The staff are lovely with my son, he enjoys being there and has really come out of his shell. As a stay at home mum, I really wanted him to have a good social life
outside of myself and he’s got that with the nursery! Management is really helpful and friendly, always willing to help and deals with anything super quickly. My son has even started to eat different foods while at nursery, which was really important to me as I’m aware variety is really important. I always and will always recommend Busy Bees and rate them.
Can’t beat them for professionalism, friendly staff and even curriculum and development stages.

My daughter has been there since she was about 10 months old and she has come on leaps and bounds since being there. Their ParentZone app, which you can see your child’s development on, is always up to date with lovely pictures of them doing what is described. I would never go to another nursery the
staff are amazing and engage with my child as much as they can just love them.

My little boy started at Busy Bees in February due to a lack of socialization after lockdowns. He was extremely nervous about people and leaving me. The manager and the team were amazing at settling him in gently and in his own time. They made me feel at ease with any worries and took time to
understand my little boy and what would help him to be comfortable while with them. I can't thank them enough for helping to improve his confidence and abilities in many ways.

Absolutely brilliant staff and very approachable. Very convenient location and timings. Can do a little better pick up facilities for waiting parents especially in bad weather and Covid times. Thanks.

Staff always friendly and very good with my child. He loves coming to nursery and always completes a variety of activities. He is also fed a wide range of different foods. My child has one to one sessions to help with his speech development, these always seem to be varied and targeted to my son's
needs.

Second child attending this nursery after first one attended from 2012-2014. My child settled in quickly and made great relationships with all key workers involved with him. The nursery has been so understanding of his anxiety leaving mum and couldn’t fault them for helping him get over it and make
new friends.
