My daughter started this nursery November 2025 till date and I can honestly say, I'm at peace and happy with the way she's being treated at the nursery. The manager is very friendly, supportive and always smiling and making sure we are okay. The staff are ever friendly, kind and cheerful always.
They engage the children with loads of activities, always keeping my daughter clean, support her where she needs, and they are always honest while giving you a handover when picking up your child.
I can recommend this nursery over and over again because they are genuinely doing a great job and all thanks to the manager.

My child started at Bright Stars in 2025 in the baby room, and from the very beginning the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took great care to ensure his needs were met to a high standard, and any concerns I had were answered thoroughly and dealt with immediately.
He has since
moved into the toddler room and is progressing amazingly. His communication has developed brilliantly, and he is always a very happy child both when I drop him off and when I collect him. This is extremely reassuring as a parent, and I feel confident knowing he is well cared for and supported.

Excellent day nursery for my children they love coming here, they enjoy there morning sessions.
Staff are really nice polite and friendly I would definitely recommend this Nursery to family and friends.

We love coming to this nursery! All the stuff members are so kind, sweet, and patient! Teo has a hard time adjusting to new places and people but after a week he was very confident in coming here and he enjoys it a lot ! I love knowing that he is happy and well looked after in the time he spends
here!

Fantastic staff from the management down. Patient and caring and lots of fun. They cater to children having off days or being unwell. A real bond from my son to his carers in preschool. They give good advice

Our daughter joined Bright Stars in September 2024 when she was just 9 months old. We can honestly say the nurturing provided by the staff including the management team has been incredible. The team take on board any concerns we have and work in partnership with us to ensure best outcomes for our
daughter. They have a tailored approach to meet her individual needs which is reassuring for us.
Our daughter has settled in well, and we are happy with the progress she is making.
When choosing a setting for our daughter we wanted a smaller baby room environment enriched with calmness and that was the choosing factor with Bright Stars for us.
We are grateful to the Bright Stars team for going over and beyond for our daughter, we cannot thank them enough.

All staff are fantastic with the children which you can see, the boy gets excited every morning he has nursery looks forward to seeing his teachers and other children. Cannot fault the time and effort put into the children from the staff.

Brilliant nursery!
My daughter goes to the baby room and she loves it there. Unfortunately, she didn't settle in her previous nursery but cries on her days off to go to Bright Stars Day Nursery. She will happily leave family members to go to staff as soon as she arrives, which says something in
itself. I am so glad I made the decision to send my daughter here. I used to always think about my daughter when she was in the previous setting, however, since she has been here, I rarely think about it. I have that peace of mind now and the mum guilt has disappeared.
The manager and supervisors are amazing and always willing to go the extra mile.

My child started this nursery when he was 9 months old. He absolutely loved it. The management and the staff are very friendly and supportive. My child loves going to this nursery. I would highly recommend this setting.

Staff are really competent and nice. My son has some issues with socialising and he doesn't want to stay anywhere without me, the nursery made him really better, staff are so loving and patient that he has to be dragged out on occasion. Super.

Staff are lovely and take good care of my child in nursery. I am glad and big smile. I am a deaf mum, I am very happy that the staff agree to help me for my son, the behaviour was calm.

They have been very understanding of my situation and supported in any way they can and the staff are very welcoming and friendly and helpful with anything you need, I would definitely recommend this nursery to others. They help your children settle down if they are upset after you leave and they
keep the same faces to help the children coming in as my son knows some of them and is happy to go to them, especially one member of staff in particular.

My daughter joined the nursery about 6 weeks ago now. I was really nervous about sending her to nursery, however, the staff there have really made it easy for her to settle in. She absolutely loves nursery, has made lots of friends and adores the girls in the room. They often upload on the app with
pictures which really puts my mind at ease. Special shoutout to two members of staff who are absolutely wonderful. They are both always so friendly and lovely and my daughter loves them. The staff in the office are also fantastic, and always happy to give me an update on how my daughter is getting on - even if I phone 5 times a day! Really wonderful nursery with staff who really care.

My 3 year old daughter settled in straight away and enjoys going there. The staff are really friendly and welcoming, to both me and my daughter which is so nice to see. We both feel at home when we come. She recognises the staff straight away and points to them and tells me they’re her teachers!
Management are very responsive and professional. The setting itself is clean and organised, with different types of toys and activities for the children.
I also get regular updates throughout the day and follow up messages about her if she’s not been in due to being unwell, which is lovely and very caring. I can’t wait to see how much she develops by the end of the year!

It's hard to say anything now, because we've only been going to this nursery for a month. So far, everything is satisfactory, a very friendly and welcoming team. I am satisfied with how they communicate with my child - openly and lovingly, this is very important to me.

My girl has been going to this nursery since she was 14 months. She’s progressed so quickly now.

This is my second child attending Bright Stars Day Nursery and honestly, I am so happy.
My son loves going there, he’s made so many friends, including the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful, it just makes my life so much easier.

Well what can I say about this nursery other than it is absolutely fantastic! My daughter started here when she was only 18 months old, she is now 3! When she started she was very anti-social due to lockdown but now she is a completely different child who has come on leaps and bounds and with so
much sass. On a few occasions she has been taken quite poorly and each and every time they have gone above and beyond for her like she was their own child.
