Fantastic nursery. My daughter has been here since around 11 months. I have watched her grow and progress here and she become so close with all the nursery assistant's. She knows every single one of them! They always give you daily updates and go above and beyond. She has loved every minute here and I will be so sad when she leaves for school! Best nursery in the area!

We have been overall very happy with this nursery. My son started there in May this year and we were able to settle him in gradually with us staying with him and then letting him spend an hour there without us which has really helped him settle well. We find the updates from the staff on the app so helpful and they will always update us quickly in the morning if he has been upset at drop off which is really reassuring. They do so many varied activities with the children and have recently bought in a new food menu which features lots of varied foods that our son is loving! We are very happy with it and our son is very happy there to!

We can't speak highly enough of Bright Stars and certainly can't fault them in any way. Our first born went there from a year old until starting school, our second child is there currently and truly loves it and get excited at drop off. Every member of nursery staff, including all the room leaders and management are great; truly caring people who have a passion for what they do and take pride in the activities the children do throughout the day. Great food provided for the children, and plenty of updates via the app to keep you informed.

My son started at Bright Stars a term ago, and has just turned 2. He has been so well looked after here, and loves coming to nursery every day. His speech, gross motor skills and fine motor skills have all developed really fast, and I feel like every member of staff really cares for him. They do a wonderful range of activities every day, and spend so much time in the lovely outside spaces. Communication is fantastic, and I love the app. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our experience at Bright Stars has been wonderful, and I'm so glad we moved my son here from his previous nursery.

Like most parents, we were anxious about sending our child to nursery but the staff at Bright Stars Day Nursery have been amazing. Each one of them has shown warmth, support and enthusiasm towards both our little girl and us as parents. We highly recommend this nursery to friends when asked. Our little one is growing in confidence and learning so much from interacting with the staff and other children here. Everyone always has a friendly smile and a positive attitude.

Bright stars is a great nursery, my daughter is very happy there, she alway comes home with different pieces of artwork and she does different daily activities, with different themes each week. The staff are really welcoming and so helpful, I love the updates on the app, the daily picture updates are the highlight of my day. All messages are responded to quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

My son joined Bright Stars Day Nursery in August when he was 12months and our experience has been fantastic. The nursery are so kind, flexible and supportive with everything! They have the children's best interests at heart and it feels like home from home. My son has settled so well and they have 100% contributed to his intelligence and development. Huge thanks to the team, we are so lucky to have you, special thanks to three members of staff in particular, you have made my journey back to work after maternity leave so amazing, thank you for all you do for us xx

My little girl has grown so much here and is really well cared for. They are so kind, friendly and approachable. They have helped us when we needed extra days due to family emergencies. Great value for money. Excellent, well thought it activities.

Fabulous nursery, great communication, range of activities and facilities. We live about 30 minutes away but didn't want our second child going anywhere else. The hours are also great, and the staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable.

Bright Stars Day Nursery has surpassed all my expectations. My son has been going to the nursery since January 2024. I am always impressed with the communication and updates provided by the nursery, as well as the activities, balanced meals and milestone-focused development they provide. In every area possible, my son has developed and I definitely put some of that down to the hard work they put in every day. Whilst being professional, the staff are also nurturing, kind, patient and fun. I have no concerns whilst my son is in their care and that is priceless. He is happy and stimulated throughout the day and is consistently learning new things. They provide sessions that allow parents to have an insight into nursery life throughout the year and give comprehensive reporting around parents' evenings. With the cost of childcare being a constant topic of conversation, Bright Stars has been and continues to be worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend them, over and over again!

I love Bright Stars Day Nursery. The staff care so much about the children, there is always some creative activity which encourages both the imagination and development. They have been instrumental in leading my son's potty training and speech. He loves going in, I rarely get a second glance at drop-off. Thank you girls!

My son has been attending this nursery since September 2023 and it is like a second home for him. The staff are so attentive, kind and friendly towards his additional needs. The app updates are amazing and reassuring for parents who like to know what their child is up to and the activities put on for parents, like sports day, breakfast club, parents evening etc., are all fab additions to his care. They provide good updates at pick-up and are always there for support and guidance. If you'd like your child to attend a nursery where they genuinely care about your children, send them to Bright Stars Day Nursery!

My son has been going to this nursery for approx 6 months and loves it. They seem to understand his personality and talk really kindly to him. Always helping with any last minute requests and advising of any key concerns. My son loves his key worker and frequently mentions her at home.

Bright Stars is a wonderful caring nursery. All the staff are not only knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic, they care so much for the children who attend. They teach new skills every day and are always happy to give advice when needed.

The staff put in so much effort and care about the children as if they were their own. It’s a beautiful place full of nurture and care, we’ve been thrilled with it. The activities are varied and we’ve had plenty of contact and feedback about how our son is doing there.

I’m very happy to see my daughter has settled so well at the nursery. She is looking forward to going there every day and has made lots of friends. Bright Stars Day Nursery provided exceptional care and support to my twins. The dedicated staff created a warm environment, tailoring activities to their needs. They went above and beyond for my son with ASD, developing a personalised plan and fostering language skills. The nursery prepared them for school academically and socially. In addition to the exceptional care and education, they also provided a wide range of stimulating activities and opportunities for creative expression. Communication and regular updates were outstanding, and the staff was always approachable and willing to address any concerns or questions I had. I wholeheartedly recommend Bright Stars to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their children. The caring and committed staff, along with their focus on individualised care and holistic development, make it a truly exceptional place. My boys' time at the nursery was invaluable, and I will forever be grateful for the positive impact it had on their lives.

This nursery has been brilliant for my child, who moved from another local nursery. I have been so impressed with how efficiently the staff (both carers and management) communicate, and how much information we get about what the children are getting up to. They seem genuinely so enthusiastic about early years care and are always coming up with exciting activities and sensory play for the children. They are also very transparent and often have events where parents can attend with their children during nursery hours, for breakfast for example.

My children love attending Bright Stars and as a nursery, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. We have attended other nurseries locally and Bright Stars is excellent by comparison. They care for our children like they are their own and have taken the time to get to know our whole family. The staff are happy to see my children and the boys love telling me about their teachers and carers. The range of activities on offer is relevant, seasonal and different every day. The team put huge effort into planning and arranging a huge range of activities and trips, which our children really enjoy. The communication with parents is second to none and there are regular events to keep parents informed, connected with other parents and informed about curriculum updates. I can’t recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for the superb job they are doing. I am looking forward to my youngest child starting later this year.
