I cannot recommend Knowle Green Day Nursery enough. My child has been attending since he was 17 months and is due to leave for primary school this year. The care and support he has received at this nursery has nurtured him into an independent and smart child. The staff and key people are so friendly
and have the care of the children as their priority. They communicate very well and support parent as well as the children. My child loves attending and has come leaps and bounds. They provide great quality home cooked meals and help the children become independent with doing day to day routines.

Without exception the team here are amazing. The staff make you feel part of the family, we have trust Knowle Green with two of our three children, and only because with our first we didn't know about them! Our little one loves it and gets to enjoy her days with her friends. She is engaged and happy

To say I couldn't recommend Knowle Green Nursery enough is truly an understatement. From the very first day we stepped through the door, they have been there for us as a family in every possible way.
Every single member of staff, from my daughter's key person to the support team and the nursery
manager, has gone above and beyond for us. During a time when we had multiple hospital visits, they rearranged things without hesitation to suit our needs and make life easier. When our house move fell through and we had to temporarily move our daughter to another nursery, they didn't just welcome her back with open arms - they made adjustments to ensure she could return the very next week, giving her the consistency and stability she needed.
Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team, but what stands out above everything else is the love and care they show the children. It is second to none. They are kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in every child's happiness and development.

Our child started full time in September and is having a great time. Settle sessions were well organised and have helped massively, having come from another nursery. The staff are kind, friendly and caring and have already formed a rapport with him. In addition to that his key person has also taken
steps to ensure he's happy and comfortable which is incredibly reassuring. The overall environment is welcoming and has lots of useful information around. My son loves the outside space and the freedom to move from inside to out and back again has been great for him. Communication from the nursery and activities to support their learning have been also great.

My son has been at Knowle Green for just over two years, his first and only nursery placement. What I value most is the kind, compassionate and caring nature of the team, and the time and dedication they have given to my son who is delayed with his communication. They have been attentive, patient
and adaptive to his needs and I couldn't be more grateful. They understand every child is unique with their own personalities and needs and they adapt accordingly.
The facilities are also worth highlighting - lots of safe, well-maintained outdoor space, constantly being improved, and genuinely first-rate. There is also lots of creative pursuits including a recent sports day in the park.
My son has absolutely thrived there, and we're only leaving because it's time to start big school.

We have loved being a part of the family at Knowle Green. The staff are so kind and caring. The office staff are always so helpful and easy to contact about any questions. My son has loved the last 3 years at the nursery and pre school. Thank you for all the useful parent information evenings to
prepare them for school.

Our little one is learning so much already. Accommodating and friendly staff, fantastic reception team who makes the time to get to know each baby and parent. Each baby gets a little book with photos of their loved ones made. Outside area is super. Location is great with access to staines station
for those parents commuting to London. Updates via an app daily letting us know about food, nappies and naps. Without a separate room for sleep it can be difficult for babies to sleep but this would be the only issue.

Our son started at Knowle Green in December. From the outset the staff were warm and supportive during the settling-in process, which was hard for us all. Our son quickly formed a bond with his key person who he absolutely adores. She is consistently friendly, fun, and deeply caring. All the staff
are incredible and have all complete confidence. Since starting at Knowle Green our son has developed so quickly in so many areas and we continue to be impressed by the facilities and commitment to learning and developing at the nursery.

Knowle Green is a fantastic nursery which I cannot recommend enough! All of the staff are extremely friendly and understanding, and made me feel reassured and at ease from the moment my son started. It is clear that all staff love their job, and this is seen on a daily basis. My son has built
fantastic relationships with them, and it's so nice dropping him there in the morning, knowing he is going to have a wonderful day. Very impressed with all the safeguarding procedures.

All staff are friendly and welcoming. We really appreciate the front-of-house always saying 'hello >name<' to our child when we walk in. Our child currently has some specific dietary needs and we're very thankful these are taken seriously and the staff have been careful to ensure our child's safety.
Our child has settled in well - the gentle ease in has been incredibly helpful for both baby and parents! our child's key worker has been lovely, caring and kind from the beginning, our child feels safe and loved. All the pre-paperwork guidelines and info have been very clean and helpful. The quick responses back from email have also been great. We feel we would recommend the nursery to other families.

We have 2 children. This is our fourth nursery since having our first child. It is by far the best we have experienced. There is not one negative thing I could say about this place. It is outstanding!

Everyone at Knowle Green has been fantastic at helping settle our little ones in. I was very nervous about them starting but everyone was really kind and very thoughtful at making sure they both felt at home. They both love it, and its made going back to work so much easier as I know they're happy

We have been blown away by our fantastic experience at Knowle Green. The staff are so lovely and supportive and they have supported our daughter and she has settled into nursery. They do fantastic activities and they get wonderful care. We could not recommend more.

Our youngest son attends the nursery and has been doing extremely well. The staff are all kind, and attentive and make all of us feel welcome. Our son has gained confidence in speaking, can walk, and has developed his interpersonal skills really well. We are delighted.

We are extremely happy with all the staff and the nursery. Our daughter has settled in well and enjoys coming to nursery. We really like to received photos and updates as it reassures us when she is not with us. She has even learnt to say some staff members names.

We were all quite apprehensive about my foster child joining nursery but we couldn't have possibly chosen a better nursery. She has settled down so well considering her past trauma and the staff have all been absolutely fabulous. Her key worker has been tracking and developing her progress, along

I have recently registered my daughter after moving to Staines.
I was so pleasantly surprised at how amazing the nursery is! The staff are so great with the children, they helped my daughter settle in so easily, she feels very happy there and very comfortable with all her teachers.
The manager
and a particular staff member are so accommodating and super kind and helpful. They do many events for charity which is lovely. I cannot recommend it enough.
