My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old, she is now 2 and she absolutely loves it! She has thrived so much from being there and always has a smile on her face at drop off and pick up. The staff team have really focused on my child's interests and based wonderful activities around what she likes. The overall care they provide for the children is amazing! I highly recommend this setting to anyone looking for a safe and trusting environment for their children. Thank you Bright Horizons Guildford!

The nursery is amazing. Teacher and manager are always ready to support my son with love. But they are ready to listen and help the parents as well. You can see how they love their job since you put your first step in the building.

I am extremely happy with the nursery. My child loves going there, and I can see this from how exciting she is when we reach there. I love the activities and how much they care to teach the children different things. I enjoy so much the daily update whether in terms of pictures of what activities have been taken during the day or even the update from the key person when I pick up my child. Also, from time to time there are personalised messages for the development of the kid if she did any interesting activity or milestone. The environment overall is very friendly.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Guildford since the age of 9 months, she's now 14 months old and loves going to nursery. Her development over the last 6 months has been amazing and we owe that to the brilliant team at Bright Horizons for that.

As first time parents were nervous about leaving our baby in someone else's care. However this nursery has been amazing. The staff are warm caring and attentive and our son seems to be settling in. We love the daily updates and being able to see his confidence growing. It is safe and happy environment we couldn't ask for more!

Our daughter started at this nursery last year, just after turning one! From the get-go, all the amazing staff such as her key worker could not have done more to help her settle, support us and make the overall experience effortless, carefree and one we could not recommend more highly to others. They truly care immensely for the children in their care and do everything they can to support not only the little ones but their wider families. The daily updates and any communications for that matter, are both thoughtful, kind, efficient and thorough. Thank you so much Bright Horizons for making this overall experience so amazing and one that we shall truly never forget.

My daughter started with Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery and Preschool last year and I am very pleased that I picked them as a nursery. They organised a good range of settling-in sessions at different times of day and took detailed information to ensure as smooth a transition as possible. They give good detailed updates on what she had been doing as well as more detailed observations and regular reviews. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and my daughter seems so happy there - she runs in in the morning and is clearly comfortable with the staff. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The staff at Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery and Preschool go above and beyond for my little one. I really appreciate their proactive attitude to designing activities that foster the development of my child but are also often themed around current events and holidays. The staff at the nursery are always easy to talk to and are clearly very passionate about my child's well-being and ensuring that they get the most out of their days at the nursery. One of the things I appreciate the most is the progress reports, highlighting developmental milestones my child has met and what the nursery can do to help develop them further. Overall, I don't believe these lovely staff members could do anymore to make me feel more at ease as a parent leaving my child with them, knowing they will have a brilliant and nurturing experience in a safe environment. Thank you to all the staff members of Bright Horizons for always going above and beyond for the children and even the parents. Both my children enjoy coming here and I feel confident they are being cared for. This is particularly important as one of my children has severe food allergies. The nursery and preschool has a warming and welcoming atmosphere. I would recommend this nursery to family and friends.

My little one settled into life at BH Guildford quickly and easily, thanks to the amazing staff that made him feel safe and welcome. The staff are amazing at keeping us updated through the app and we have always felt listened to when we had questions or requests. The app has made the transition much easier for us as we can see what he is up to during the day. We also love seeing the updates at the end of the day! My son has a food allergy and the staff have been very attentive with this. They also look for cues that he is ready to try new textures, which has made a huge difference to his eating habits. Overall, we are very happy with our little one’s development since starting at BH. He has learned a lot and always seems very happy when taking part in the activities. Would 100% recommend it!

Our son has been made so welcome. He feels safe and adored by all the staff there, not just those based in his classroom. As a result, he has settled quickly and clearly feels safe, happy and fulfilled at the nursery. They have so much love and patience for the little ones which has made the transition to starting nursery really easy for us all. Our son is showing huge improvements in his communication, confidence, his eating/self-feeding abilities, holding a paintbrush, the list goes on and this has all been carefully taught and encouraged by his lovely team of teachers in fun and engaging ways. His newfound independence is spilling over into all aspects of his life. They do so many lovely activities and play based on what the kids enjoy and they celebrate lots of special events, including from the multitude of cultures that make up the class, so it feels as though the children are celebrated as individuals. Our son is so happy there. Such a special place. Highly recommend.

We have been very happy with the nursery and extremely satisfied with the all members of staff who are very helpful, kind, and caring. Our daughter is super excited to go there every day which is always great to see as a parent. She is making great progress and enjoys all the day-to-day activities she is involved with. Highly recommended.

My son turns 2 in May and has been at the nursery since he was 5 months old. He adores going to nursery and quite often doesn't want to go home at the end of the day! I'm regularly updated throughout the day on the app, and have always found the staff very helpful for advice if we need to discuss anything to do with his tantrums! We are due our second child this year and will be signing them up too!

We have been so pleased with our choice of nursery for our son. He has settled in so well at this nursery with a thorough settling-in period that made us and him feel at home. He loves going to nursery and all the staff have made lots of effort to get to know him. His keyworker is informative and so attentive to him and his needs, we get regular updates and observations for him. The management are very approachable, always happy to speak to you and answer any questions. We can’t recommend it enough!

I can't describe how great the nursery and the staff are at the Bright Horizon Guildford. My little one started there when he was 2 years and now he is turning 3 years. During the last year he was going there very happily, learnt so much, made lots of friends and most importantly he was safe. The staff are wonderful they became our second family supporting us during our hard times.

Excellent nursery. Excellent care. Excellent teaching methods. My son is taught a lot and he does enjoy going to the nursery. Clean, tidy, punctual and caring staff. Plenty of learning methods, and activities.

Couldn’t be more thankful to this nursery! The last few months have been hard navigating going back to work and settling my child into nursery and they have been supportive at every hurdle! It’s a really hard concept learning to let go and have other people look after your baby but all the staff at Bright Horizons are so lovely and welcoming! Always able to chat and advise you and they care so much about the children. I am so impressed and my daughter has settled in so well to nursery now, she loves going in!

I feel emotional writing this thinking we will have to leave our nursery family soon to move on to reception at a school. What a great experience this is to see my child happy, wanting to go to nursery every day to see her friends and show her teachers something new. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Guildford Nursery enough. It is important to know that my child is safe, has a good time and learns a lot day by day. Even at times when we had something to mention for improvement, we have been heard and this has been a key point to our relationship with the nursery team. Thank you for the important work you do, well done!
