The whole team at Longfield Bright Horizons have been absolutely outstanding with the care and development for our son. He's naturally very shy and cautious but with the warm welcome they've given him and all the bespoke support and genuine interest into making him feel comfortable, he's very happy
and looks forward to nursery. The Nursery Room Team have always gone the extra mile to really help towards making his experience a positive one.
We love how the team will always give us an update on his day and highlight what he's been enjoying. They give him lots of opportunities to do the activities he really loves (forest garden, climbing and football) but also encourage lots of new activities and skills. The team have also given extra support to help with his speech and confidence which has really come on tremendously since starting at Longfield. We're incredibly grateful for all the team and the management team, we highly recommend Longfield Bright Horizons to everyone.

My son has been thoroughly looked after from 1 year old with Bright Horizons Longfield. All the staff are so thoughtful and supportive, always encouraging his development with the warmest and friendliest atmosphere. I will always highly recommend and continue to use them for my family.

Lovely experience. My toddler started in April and struggled at the beginning but all staff were so gentle and supportive all the way, now he is enjoying his time at nursery. They have done a brilliant job teaching him to eat with cutlery and I can see brilliant results. I would highly recommend
this nursery.

I am thrilled to share how wonderful our experience has been with Bright Horizons Longfield Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both my daughter and I feel at home from day one. Their genuine care and enthusiasm shine through in every interaction,
creating a warm and nurturing environment. My daughter absolutely loves it there and looks forward to attending every day. Her excitement and happiness speak volumes about the quality of care and the positive atmosphere at Bright Horizons Longfield. Highly recommended for any parent looking for a loving and supportive nursery!

I was recommended this nursery and both my son and daughter have attended/attend here. The staff are very attentive, kind and caring which you see throughout the nursery. The communication is great between staff and parents. The procedures the nursery has keep the children safe. The nursery setting
is spacious and open so the children have lots of room to play. It was nice before and since its recent refurb is even better. Both my children have been/are extremely happy there. I highly recommend this nursery.

My child is in the baby room and since he started nursery, he has come on in his development in leaps and bounds so I am so happy with the nursery. Whenever I drop my son off, he always smiles at whoever comes to collect him so I know he is being well looked after. When we made some transitions, the
nursery was alongside us with the transition to help us. The pictures I see when he is at nursery are always of him smiling and having fun. The meals that are prepared for him each day are healthy and filling which is good because my child loves his food!

My child is very happy in her nursery setting and cannot fault the level of care she receives from all staff at Longfield, the app is updated regularly so I am aware of what she has eaten during the day, and they have supported us with potty training and transitions from longer to shorter naps.
Absolutely amazing nursery my son went here as well he was equally as happy.

An overall positive experience from Bright Horizons Longfield Day Nursery and Preschool, all of the staff, from reception to the nursery teachers, are amazing. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough, giving confidence and reassuring care.

Supportive staff, environment set up in accordance with the children's needs, good place which helps the children develop mentally and socially. I was really happy when my child started this nursery as I knew she would be in good hands.

The team at Longfield Bright Horizons really go above and beyond to create a caring and safe place for the children. My son has made so many friends and comes home happily chatting about all the fun stuff they’ve got up to in preschool. One member of staff is always updating us on progress and
opportunities to help development at home too.

Nursery has really helped my daughter's development and it's slowly building her confidence. She has built a great bond with her key worker and some of the other members of staff in her room. They provide great feedback of their day.

Both my sons have attended Bright Horizons Longfield. The staff are exemplary, they give informative and honest feedback on my child's development and well-being on a day-to-day basis. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

The room leader in my daughter's preschool (preschool 2) is amazing, she is very welcoming, brilliant with my daughter and you can see brilliant with the other children. Any questions I have she will try her best to answer them! They always have fun activities to do, lots of crafts and baking.

This is a great setting. Our child really enjoys their time at Longfield and gets so much out of their time there. This is our second child to attend the nursery and we aren’t disappointed with our choice. The staff are really friendly and caring and the children get great exposure to a lot of
different activities and experiences.

My daughter loves going to nursery. The staff are all really lovely and she has an amazing connection with lots of members of staff. My eldest daughter has now left but often asks to visit when we collect our youngest daughter and she loves seeing the staff who are always so caring towards her.

Both my sons attend Bright Horizons Longfield and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
All of the nurseries in the local area I didn’t get a good feeling from upon visiting but Bright Horizons was so different. The staff are just the best and go above and beyond with our boys. I feel so comfortable
dropping them off every day as I know they are happy, safe and so well looked after. Staff in the baby room are such superstars. My son is so fond of them and I love their kind and nurturing nature.
My other son is in preschool and through the years and they have looked after him so well. The activities are fab and the general vibe of the nursery is so lovely! I’m so glad we picked them.

Cannot fault the nursery at all, my son has come on leaps and bounds since starting here! He absolutely loves going in and is treated amazingly by all the staff there. Since starting in September his speech has massively improved, he is now potty trained and just happier in general. Staff have done
an amazing job settling him in and their compassion and care doesn’t go unnoticed by us.

On the whole, we are very happy with Bright Horizons for our son. He always is so full of beans when he finishes and they obviously keep him well entertained throughout the day.
Food is varied and he always seems well fed.
In recent months there has been a lot of changeover of staff in his room,
and I feel this may have unsettled him a bit. We get very little feedback on how he is doing and if it is not one of the more experienced workers we see at handover, we get very little information at all. We would love to have more information on how he is progressing and interacting with others along with ways we can help extend his development at home.
